Minus 50 stars..got hospitalized..head massage was really good but if dnt hv any knowledge abt the back points then keep it to head massage only...your men pushed the lower side of my spine with so much force that it got hurt...and within a half hour the pain became so agressive that I had to go to the hospital and take painkiller injections. Xray .doc said vertebra got little displaced. Pain ribs tk a gaya which got breathing issue n hv to got hospitalized 4 days. Its still pain n go with time.

saw their ad on Instagram. After visiting there they suggested me kerasmooth treatment as my hairs were damaged by some other salon earlier. After taking kerasmooth from them, my hairs became silky and smooth and damaged hairs were repaired to a point. Staff was very polite too. Will visit again soon 😊

I am really upset with what they have done to my hair.. I went there for a hair smoothening treatment , They also recommended me the shampoo and Masque and suggested me to use only those products for a long lasting result. The smoothening stays for at least 6 months, But in my second wash only, My hair is frizzy, wavy and definitely needs a hair straightener after the dryer to make them look straight and better.. wasted almost 8k ! The staff is definitely friendly and approachable and that one star is For Them! .. I wont recommend them for any hair treatment specially which can cost you thousands! My empathetic apology to the staff at VIOZ! Coz i am also from a service industry and i know , What a bad but genuine comment feels like , Please guys , you need to work on this ! I am literally regretting my decision of getting it done ar your salon!!
