Bad unclean rooms with the staff denying our oyo booking. Charged more than what oyo had requested. Then they reported to oyo we did not show up Even the rooms werent clean enough and the washroom was really dirty. for the price they are charging one can get a way better place to stay i would never recommend this place to anyone in future especially if you are booking from oyo. the person at the reception clearly denies oyo booking and charges more than the offer prices once u visit.OYO 6886 Hotel Gold Palace

Oyo ratings are false. Don't fall for it. Hotel rooms are very old. Bathroom was not clean. Bed's mattresses were really uncomfortable. No charging points in the room. We have plug off the tv to charge our phones. Rats were there. All the material in the room were outdated. Only good thing was that the staff was friendly.

They might be suffering losses so I apologise beforehand for writing truly. This was my last stay there that too because my stays of 2010 to 2013 were so pleasant, so we chose here. But felt like it was taking last breaths of its existence. Don't wish to describe the environment even.

Bad time,service management , room quality is very third class than deluxe room, food quality is also third class compared to daily food in local hotel.

WORST WORST WORST. I had an online booking with this property. The rate memtioned in the online booking was different. When I checked in, they did not say me anything. But during check out, they stated some other price and charged almost Rs. 500 more. Cheaters, Arrogant and Above All Self Proclaimed Dons. Be careful. They may even punch you on face if you don't pay them what they quote. Filing an FIR against this property

Hotel is having a lot of issue. Cockroach are roaming all around. Very unhygienic food and room, dust everywhere electricity keeps on fluctuating. If minus ratting would be there I could have given. Don't waste your money. No AC no hot water bathroom is very very dirty. You can see cockroaches in the pics attached..

Good rooms to stay. Hotel staff are also friendly and supportive. Nice place to stay at affordable prices.

I traveled in september. Third class room. So much mosquitoes. Bed wasnt good spring came out from bed. Lift also smell bedly. Satff wes rude. I booked from oyo but they refuse for check in on that amount. Oyo representative was also pathetic cant solve my problem finally i had to pay more amount. So nvr go this hotel. Hotel the karlo kastle was so good hotel much chipper than that. Try it. U will love it.
