I have been through place for the good floor until I meet mt Gaurang and he took us to ats villages and damn what a society what a swimming pool everything is perfect there we bought a house there and we r very happy with the investment good place.

This property is by one of the finest developers “ATS” . It is a strip of land with 3 and 4 bhk apartments built on it. Nicely constructed with all the basic facilities like club, swimming pool, outdoor and in door games etc.

The highlight of living here is the security provided, nothing and no one goes in or out without your permission. Nice clean surroundings lush green.

It's a lovely society in Sector 104. It might look far on the map, but it's comfortably situated just next to the Express way which makes the traveling quick. The security is good, and they ve put multiple check points for visitors. As the society is large, they use mini shuttle service (like golf carts) for easy movement of people within the society. The apartments are having a good size plus they also have a few independent Villa's. So all in all, it's a great place to live.

Live here and love it! Good construction.. very good club house and great view at the back side of the society so green and peaceful, bit expensive though but totally worth it!!
