It's the first time that I am writing a review for a doctor after meeting just once that too just few hrs after meeting her. My father has been a patient of another psychiatrist for the last 4 yrs. Till 2 yrs back my mother used to take my father to the doctor. Though my father did improve but he never did fully recover.Difficulty we faced with the doctor was long waiting hrs. Both my parents used to get tired after returning back but still continued with the Dr as his clinic was just few min away from my house.After my mother's death due to covid 2 yrs back I started my father's consultation online with the same doctor as being working and my working hrs being 12.30 pm to 9.30 pm,I couldn't manage time to go with Papa and wait for so long in any of the doctors clinic. But to my surprise, the online timing was also not maintained by the doctor. He would always be available for online consultation after 45 min -1 hr from the scheduled time.My father was desperate for doctor change and also wanted offline consultation with someone. Pressure came on me and I didn't know how to manage offline consultation considering the long waiting time of most of the doctors. I discussed this with my senior in Office. He suggested me to take my father to Dr Sudeshna's clinic. So I took an appointment and took my father today to Dr Sudeshna. I reached much before time. There were other patients before me. So I was a bit apprehensive about us being called on time. But to my surprise she was done with the previous patients and asked us to enter her cabin exactly on our scheduled time. Believe me this is my first experience so far where I didn't have to wait for long. My father liked talking to the doctor. She made some changes in the ongoing medicines. Don't know how much effective the new dosages would be.Time will say. But both me and Papa are sure this time that we would want to continue with her. After long I feel so satisfied that I could fulfill my father's wish without comprising my job timings. Thanks Doctor.
