The property here is overpriced as per now because of the builder tactics since the first lockdown. The rates going on currently are not stable because economy is dwindling and real estate in sonipat is growing. We must keep in mind it is sonipat still a developing city. This city is quite far from the city,if somebody knows to drive then it can be managed otherwise not. It is very empty currently. Builder is trying to show population being settled but in reality 95% of properties are vacant. So one cannot live here right now, retail shops,showrooms and medical stores are hard to come by very close to you in this region

This place is just opposite to the Jindal University Sonipat. It offers you villas, plots and independent floors and commercial shops. It is a gated society and adjacent to Jindal city Sonipat. Rates of plots in this society are cheaper in comparison to Jindal City. You can think about purchasing your dream home in this society. Thanks.

I am Sangeeta Jha the owner of flat no. E- 45. Location of flat is very nice. Here maintenance is zero they take money for maintenance but don't doo it . Over here street light are so dim That can't see anyone standing near it or away you can't see anything it's full of darkness. Area near the house is not cleaned, over here the saff is very rude and full of old people they are old how will they gaurd te society . In cleaning they are zero surrounding is soo bad and uncleand . I got struck over here but please think before buying house over here . Mantinanace is soo bad. .

I am having a flat in Express City (A113, First Floor). The place is very pristine and pollution free. Its bang opposite JINDAL UNIVERSITY. Thus enjoying a premium location, it's very much near to KMP EXPRESSWAY also. Maintenance of the society is also good.

Express City is a well planned township , with wide RCC roads , good landscaping alongside the roads ,parks are well maintained and spacious . Apartments are technically designed and well ventilated . Staff is very cooperative and sincere . Main attraction of this area is its Greenery . In brief a good and peaceful living place .
