Food and beverage arrangements were good. We stayed in room 4413 for pyeloplasty. Post surgery care was good. Son enjoyed egg curry, chicken curry and dal made by staff. Thanks to Amit, Varsha and whole staff for the services and supportive behaviour.

Good hospital extremely helpful and friendly junior staff. I was treated for heart failure and was looked after by Amit & Ishwar at the Cardiac ICCU. Amit & Ishwar went out of their way to help me. The hospital administration needs to learn and implement being professional. The administration department needs a complete restructuring. The Critical care department is outstanding and is looked after by Dr. Shaid. This department is possibly the most professional and humble department in the entire organization being nurtured in the very professional & safe hands of Dr. Sahid

I have nothing but positive to talk about overall experience at BLK Max, in particular about the expertise and experience with Dr. Bhushan Nariani. I got my father's knee replacement surgery performed under Dr. Bhushan. Overall, I only have to say commend highly about the expertise, total team work of Dr. Bhushan's team, focus on patient care, extended care beyond the hospital by having a network of physiotherapists to assist patient recovery. My father was operated in mid-Nov/23 and I am writing this review after a month so that it gives me time to fully assess the outcome of surgery. Very happy with the progress made by my father. Doctor's team creates whatsapp group that helps in quick resolution of queries raised on whatsapp, thus avoiding unnecessary visits to the hospital. Thank you Dr. Bhushan and team for your commendable patient care and successful surgery.

I would highly recommend this hospital. My mother was taken care very well. All the doctors, nurses and other staff was very polite, kind and helpful. My mother was in room no, 732A and Aarti and Babita working there were very helpful and were going out of the way to help us at the difficult time.

Broke my leg recently, was admitted for a few days. Everyone has been extremely helpful and supportive. Special mention for Dr. Darvi for her guidance and support, she has been super helpful and understanding of our needs and preferences.
