I brought a full plate chicken briyani from Annie's kerala kitchen .on 23/7/23at 8 pm clock for my friend. but we open the pack after 2 hours. and there was a bad smell. we can't even to taste because of the bad smell .and we confirmed that the briyani was not the fresh one . we even call the restaurant and the line was busy . and on 24/7/23 ie.on the next day once more we called the staff didn't pick up . after 2 hours we directly gone to the restaurant. he told us that it's not there fault. then we asked for a refund he just refused for it. we just told the staff we have to talk to the owner. we talk to him on phone he was rude to me .and he just told its not there fault and do whatever u want . is the way to talk to the customer and we not expect from a south Indian thank you for showing the real face 🙏

One of the best places to enjoy some delicious Kerala cuisine. It is economical, family friendly and the food's absolutely delicious. The portions are nice and everything that i ate was amazing and worth it. The ambience is simple. A must reccomend.

Worst Food ever I had from Delhi Kerala Hotel..I ordered porotta, Beef roast and fish fry. Porotta was average..the beef roast was below average, actually it was not the roast which they had given us. And he fish fry was also below average and it was too bad..the masala and the raw fish taste is still giving me a sensation to vomit...I'll never ever recommend this hotel to anyone

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.I recommend this place to everyone.Would love to come here again and again.

I was early but they still served me a delicious portion of Kerala parotta with egg.

Tried the Chicken Roast. Beautifully made. Spices were perfect. Appam was also delicious. Looking forward to trying the sea food

One of the best mallu food on budget at delhi.. regular customer here for over an yr now.. though occasionally they disappoints on some dishes.. overall happy to dine or to swiggy again n again😃
