Worst experience. Rude staff and doctor without checking medical history injected 2 medicines in my father's leg. My father fainted due to high dosage and got head injury. Doctor made us wait for 30 mins even after this incident despite the emergence. And he just mentioned 1 antibiotic and left the clinic. Shame on these yrs practice.

There was no option for negative rating that is why I had to rate it as 1. WORST EXPERIENCE !! I do not recommend this clinic to anyone, as per me this truly is a money minded business and not a medication centre. **Dr Sanjiv Kapoor, visiting him was most stupid decision of mine. HE JUST WANTS HIS FEE and IS NOT ALL INTERESTED IN DIAGNOSIS. He DID NOT ASK OR LISTEN TO PATIENT about the complication. He just did treatment- the same treatment he was giving to every second person for all several problems < STEROID INJECTIONS and many PAIN KILLERS > The condition of patient became worse than before. The FRONT STAFF is very disrespectful, not only rude because the kind of behavior was not at all acceptable by a person of ordinary prudence!

Without any diagnosis, doctor injected 3 injection in my wife leg, heavy dose of Allopathic medicine given caused nausea and vomit No detailed diagnosis, directly prescribed medications. Only interested to get money, nothing else Very bad experience Not recommended at all

Worst place with uneducated staff. Pankaj receptionist is the worst person out there. Also the chemist thinks its a joke selling medicines for 3000 and after getting the prices from each medicines the sum was 1200, in defence chemist said ‘I'm joking’, like seriously it it the time to joke or what. If it’s possible to give less than 1 star I would have given.

We have no baby since last 5 years and somebody recommend Dr. Arti Kapoor. Finally by the grace of Dr. Arti Kapoor and her great efforts, we have a baby now. I highly recommend Dr. Arti Kapoor as specialist in gynecology.

All staff of Sanjivni is very helpful. They treated us like their family and care lot. Dr. Arti kapoor is specialist in IVF. I highly recommend Dr. Arti Kapoor.

Giving 1 rating just because of illiterate front office staff. Lady in the front office should learn some manners. She should realise that this clinic is not your home street where you do gossips. The man also didn't have any procedure to send patients to the Doctor. Even he's not in his sense that how to do his work. Dr Sanjiv Kapoor, you should address this concern regarding the staff.
