I had never heard of the hospital, but discovered that it was contemporary version of Sant Parmanand at Civil Lines. We came to know of it on reaching the hospital to admit my mother who successfully underwent hip bone fracture fixing surgery under the supervision of Dr. Amit Kumar Srivastava. Reaching the hospital was not much of a problem, but parking inside the premises would be once the hospital starts operating on its full capacity. As it was a new establishment, not many wards and beds were occupied. However, the cleanliness, rooms, elevators and other patient-friendly amenities were simply great. Be it pathology, pharmacy or operation theatres; all were well-equipped. The duty doctors, nursing staff and support staff including security personnel were adequate and were caring on the whole, but I feel some life skills exposure and their close monitoring will enable and empower them to form a lasting bond with the patients with genuine warmth and professionalism well in place. More and more people are getting to know of the existence of this emerging medical establishment and some proactive measures will surely work in building its desired image and reputation.

There is no parking for visitors at all in such a big hospital. You have to park in the various lanes surrounding the area risking your car being towed away.

Hospital Staff, especially at the reception desk is too unsupportive and arrogant. They don't guide you with the hospital room details and anything. Moreover, TPA Desk has no information and rely on your medical insurance agent. If this is the case at the entry of a hospital, it is obvious that after admission you are going to suffer more. It is a request to the hospital staff to be more polite and adjustable, as there is a reputation which beholds this hospital's name.

Pathetic service provided by the Hospital staff.. Strongly suggest u to not go in Sant Parmanant Yamna bazar hospital . Marked a return complaint in the hospital and same copy uploaded in here also with hospital stamp .

Worst experience, dont come here, no proper management, At OPD. No proper number system, anyone can go any time, no nurse us there to ensure proper procedure

Pathetic experience with Private OPD of Dr.Shekhar Saxena. Despite taking advance appointment of 2-30, and paying exorbitant fee of INR 1200, the staff of the OPD made my mother age 64 waiting till 4 pm while allowing their own and known ones out of sequence. At 4 pm finally the called us in one of the interconnected cabin of Dr.shekhar and then again made us waited for 15 mins there while other patient outside under perception that doctor is giving so much time to the patient..My mother was almost in crying state seeing such pathetic and inhumane behavior and asked me to take her back home.. The receptionist and the secretary of Dr.Shakher kept watching all this shamelessly and without any regret. The ego of the doctor and brand name of the hospital was overwhelming on their faces...Shameless doctor saxena was also listening to all this in his cabin but no one was apologetic .We came back without consulting this doctor and let go fee of INR 1200..There is nothing " Sant " aspect of this sant parmanand hospital .Neither in fee nor behavior nor attitude . Only one word " Pathetic"

Even any Government Hospital are so much dar better than this Hospital. This Hospital have Pathetic Administrative Services, Lab Reports & Test. They Gives Emergency Ultrasound Date after 15 days. And gives Doctor OPD appointment after 10 days.

Civil lines branch very good but yamuna bazaar branch poor class hospital. Hospital employee poor poor class. Very bad bad working. no help any employee.
