Our recent stay at the Grand Uniara A Heritage hotel was superb. We enjoyed the complimentary wine hour and our time at the in house bar. The room was basically a king room and the most comfortable, super clean, nicely decorated and covered with all needs. Shout out to the service of hotel staff. The food was incredible. Especially the complementary breakfast was out of the world. All staff members were professional and pleasant. This hotel is environment friendly.

Very spacious, stone construction and teak wood furniture. Peaceful for sure. Excellent location. Service issues are there. Staff is courteous but many are unable to smile. In dining area, the attendants can struggle to communicate in English (may not be able to differentiate between an omlette and a fried egg). There can be times when no one is available to support around the food tables or counters. Less forthcoming and take time to open up. The good part is that they are all genuine people so one likes to ignore the service shortfalls.

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. I will be back without a doubt. Service is absolutely over the top. The staff will make sure you enjoy your stay to the fullest. The atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful. The rooftop restaurant is a must visit. The view up there is very good for Jaipur. I recommend anyone stay here. I do not speak Hindi and I had no issues with language almost all the staff speak English and can help you with whatever you need. Much love for the Grand Uniara my stay in Jaipur was the best time.

I had a delightful experience at this hotel. The rooms exude a charming traditional ambiance, complete with exquisite chandeliers. The service provided was both swift and welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable. The outdoor pool added an extra layer of fun to our visit. We did face a minor inconvenience of an unpleasant odor emanating from the bathroom but we received prompt staff assistance regarding it whenever we requested it. Notably, Pratibha and the front desk team demonstrated remarkable efficiency in promptly addressing any minor concerns we encountered. Our stay was a truly pleasant and memorable one.

The rooms are fairly spacious though the bathrooms are on the smaller side. They have a nice pool too. Not all of the staff is well trained. A waitress at the restaurant was downright rude when we were placing our order. No need to get so snappy just because the guest is unfamiliar with a local dish. We stuck to room service after this experience since my young daughter was pretty stressed with the uncalled for irritability....and that too, we were the only guests at the restaurant at the time. The breakfast buffet is quite average and limited for a hotel in this range.

The property is big from the outside. And the entrance area is good. It has garden on left side and it is big one. The interior of the rooms are also very good. The roof top is quite simple I say it will not impress much. I had dinner at the ground floor and the taste of the food is very good. Paneer makhani was very awesome and vegetable pulao was also very gud. Overall you can visit this place once with your family for dine in. The interior will give you nice shot for photos as well.

We went for a family dinner hence don't consider my room review however I can best comment for the dinning place. So, here the update - the hospitality and the food both were good. The sitting is decent. The staff was welcoming. Parking is close by however if you intend to have a late dinner you might have to walk around to reach the parking spot.

Excellent location. The property is amazing. Grand architecture. Very tasteful decorations and furniture. Fantastic restaurant. Beautiful rooms. Lots of open space. There's a well maintained swimming pool. The only problem, if any, is the service. Some of the staff members are kind of clueless about what they are doing.

It is truly and amazing hotel! The services are good and fast. The hotel is so beautiful, you'd want to roam around and visit each floor😁 There's a swimming pool available. In the dining area, they have buffet available. You'll even get evening tea in a different area and it'll just refresh you. The halls are spacious and beautiful, you can just take a soothing stroll. The rooms are spacious too and comfortable. They even have a banquet hall. I'd say it is worth your money.

Rooms are extremely big. Really heritage look. Service is also very nice. Bang on the main road, big lawn behind. Breakfast is also very nice. However, ordered food quantity is less though they are expensive.

Visited just to dine. Though quantity was good in each variety of vegitables but it was extremely spicy. Not popular - throughout our dining stay we were the only ones to dine... Unorganised and slow service.

Its very hard to say anything negative about this outstanding hotel. To avoid strings of superlatives, lets say this is one of those hotels that you will really remember. Don't choose it if you like contemporary style and the latest gadgets. Choose it for its uniqueness. Great staff, lovely guest rooms, fabulous dining( yummy food), a million photo opportunities round the classic interior. We randomly crossed this hotel and decided to stay without any prior booking Small but cute entrance royal lobby Big rooms this hotel has its old charm which we liked the most Best was the staff- being toddler mom I don’t remember when last time I enjoyed my meal peacefully but during our stay staff looked after our baby while we enjoyed lal Maas (I don’t remember everyone’s name but Komal was extremely helpful) Suggestion- Please have at least one Highchair for Babies

No valet parking!!! The hotel is at prime location but without a designated parking space, it's very hard to find a parking spot. Food is OK, I went with my family, definitely the portion size is not for family. Order everything double of what you are thinking. I am not recommending this place.

This place is Grandeur in its own space. The dynastic architecture is mesmerizing. The food quality & quantity might not be upto the mark though. Overall good experience.

Very Bad experience. Location is very good. There Tatava restaurant is good . Room services is extremely poor. No one will come on your call after 5pm. Family living next to my room told us next day during breakfast that they called thrice at 9pm, 10pm, 11pm asking for milk fir there 2 year old daughter, they didn't provide. Another friend living in other room told, he called at 10 pm for blocked tolet. No one came. I personally called them for water bottle in night, no one returned. Pool is I'll maintained. Asked many times to cha Fe water as jts very dirty. No one took any initiative. Other guests were also asking then for pool issues. Nothing done. Main issue is room service after evening and pool. If you can compromise on that, you can book this hotel location is good, property is quite good. Restaurant is good.

Great location and setup, however maintenance was extremely poor. Things were broken, not working and not well kept. My bed matress was so bad and disfigured that had to request for change, but to no use. Repeatedly they used to shut down water bioler, thus before every bath, you gotta call and ask to restart water boiler. Some staff was super courteous, others seemed most disinterested and non skilled. Overall great place for event and pics...not for stay though.

Went to dine at Sattva their pure vegetarian restaurant for dinner. Tried Indian mains which was good in taste however the western food was just average. Moreover the service was below average, purely I feel because they are too much dependent on the interns. There were two lady interns who were quite hard working but with lack of experience they won't be able to deliver the experience one deserves while dining at such an establishment. No restaurant supervisor or manager available despite only 4 tables occupied in the restaurant. While the food was satisfactory the essence of service was missing. We did notice two gentleman outside on the restaurant desk however didn't see them going any one of them on even 1 table to see whether anyone needs anything.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous palace like building, and it gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms with lots of traditional furnitures and lighting, it looks amazing. But I don’t find the quality service as I have to call multiple times to bring up the requests. We booked an online reservation. It’s in the middle of city and all the places that are famous are nearby.

A perfect place, within budget. Brilliant location. The best part is the location. It is located in the middle of the thoroughfare that from one side takes your airport, on the other side takes you to the walled city and the third side it takes you to the Delhi highway. The following best part is it is a heritage hotel and is very spacious. Very big garden and oversized corridors, substantial open space around each floor and the last good part is food. The staff will make sure you enjoy your stay.

Classic example of "uchi dukan fika pakwan". Place is good for ambience or if u want to impress ur would be father in law. Apart from that everything is useless. Food quality - pathetic Food service- pathetic again. Only single person to take order or bring food. On top of that they don't server food in the dish. Restrooms - very dirty. No place to wash hands in restaurant. Need to went out for common toilet. Menu prices- too too high , compared to food taste. Over all will never visit or advise any one looking for good service and taste to visit this place. Points - 1 out of 10

Beautiful boutique property located very conveniently in Jaipur. Loved the premises and the decor. The front office though needs to improve. First they could not locate my reservation and during checkout they did not know that my bill would be paid for by the company that did the block booking.

Do not buy there membership programs. They are very rigid on use of the coupons and make sure you do not get proper services if you carry your coupons! And they just offer you Blenders Pride and Antiquity on IMFL Coupons. And they even do not have all the variety of liquor written on their menu card! I recommend not to buy the membership!

Dear friends. I just want to share our genuine feedback to all of you. Hotel marketing teams are very big cheater. first they sale membership with attractive offers and when we utilities it, they give us least priorities. now our membership will expire soon. And we availed only 30% benefits of all offers. since 10 months we stay there only one night and this was also after 4th consecutive request. very bad experience

It’s a 3 Star property with a 0 Star staff . The hotel is really well located with lots of places to eat , see and shop really close by and It would be such an easy recommendation of the staff was half decent at their jobs . The rooms are spacious and the breakfast was decent as well . Now the only problem is that their staff is really letting everything down … The pool was turbid for 3 days straight and when someone left half eaten food at the poolside one night it was there till the next evening.. and then the morning after . I asked for towels at 9 in the evening and only when I had to go to the reception the next morning did someone turn up to give us the towels . ( made 2 calls the next morning as well ) It can be such a great place but the thing that makes average place great is making this great place a no go . . Avoid even if you feel it’s a good deal .

The food was quantitatively good. Service experience is worst, they can't handle 20-25 people. The event/decoration team cheated by not delivering as they promised or as shown in the photos, at the last minute they can say that only we did it.
