Their customer care service is highly disgraceful. My call was answered by a snooty Female receptionist who didn’t even bothered listening to what information I was seeking and hung up. Dear Lal Path lab’s peanut-salaried receptionist, learn better manners and behave more seemingly in your public dealings.

The most uneducated, disrespectful staff of the DR. LAL PATH LAB, RAJGURU ROAD, PAHAR GANJ branch especially the so called HOD(Head of the Department) of the branch Madam RUCHIKA (such lady is not supposed to get respect but its my courtesy i am still writing Madam to her). Shameless and unprofessional behaviour towards the customer that too for elders and senior citizens. I dont know why Dr. Lal Path keep such people who themselves need some medical attentions. The concern authorities should shut down such branches as we don't want such arrogance behaviour towards the customers. We don't want such kind of miss-behavior content in our society who doesn't know how to talk to the elders. Highly Unprofessional and Extremely not recommended.

One request to Dr Lal pathlab administrators. Please hire someone who is educated enough to handle customer and listen to what they have to say. This branch have a arrogant staff. I asked a question and the person is shouting. Really disgusting behavior of the staff. Sorry but you have lost a customer today.

Worst service. Can't rely on them. We were assured that test report will be sent to us in 24 hours. But they couldn't send it even after 72 hrs. They won't respond to Whatsapp or call. They won't even care even if the pateint is dying. Pathetic.

Very bad service…lab Printer was not working.They said me to print it by my self through any Printer shop.If we suppose to print it by our own then why should we gave you the money.
