Bought a blazer worth 50+k , the store people can’t even get it delivered within 3 kms of their store . When asked them to Porter it they couldn’t even spend 200 rs to send it to me. After that when I managed the time to go to their store I requested them to send the package outside the showroom as there was no space to park the car and there was also no balance left on my purchase , they forced me to come all the way to 2nd floor ! I mean stores selling budget clothes provide better customer service !
