Best shop for shoes and sandles both for mens and womens and excellent qualities.

It is a nice store with great collection of ladies and kids shoes. Staff was warm and very helpful. They have lots of designs and superb quality footwear. Value for money shop. Reasonable prices. Proper parking space in the market however during peak hours you may find it difficult to park your vehicle.

Their Customer Service is absolutely non responsive. No replies on the WhatsApp number shared, no replies on the email. Always check online price on their website before shopping in store (They have different prices).

They have all the shoes you need for as May occasion. I heard about them from a friend. There collection is really good. I picked up 3 pairs on my 1st visit to the shop.

I always have a good experience but today it was not fine. Just to find insole, the person took 45 mins. I even informed at the cash counter that service today is very slow, still no one helped me to get my size of footwear. I left the place stating I am not satisfied today with the service. It seem the owner of venus steps was not at the cash counter and team couldn't manage the customers well today. Disappointed for today's service. Though I am a regular customer of this shop. I requested to get me footwear cover as I need to travel abroad. They denied to provide me.
