Worst experience ever.... I recently bought shoes costing INR 6,000 from Mochi shoes. After wearing for just 5 minutes only it started hurting my feet very badly..I wasnt able to walk properly.. After raising complaint, company staff told me that it can be easily replaced at any available showroom/outlet of Mochi co. Furthermore after approaching the showroom in Ambience mall at Vasant kunj, they clearly denied for replacement and kept my shoe for fixing the problem. I am requesting to refund my money or give me another pair of comfortable shoes, otherwise I have to go for the legal option along with social media suport as I am not getting any positive response from company since long..

My mother finds it difficult to find shoes that are stylish and comfortable for her at the same time. That's one combination Mochi shoes have not failed her in yet. The South Ext. Store, especially has very polite staff. Perhaps a little slow, but very courteous and helpful.

I had placed an order from Mochi shoes website on 23rd of August 2023 and it showed it will be dispatched within 3-4 days and that didn't happened and the order status showed pickup cancelled, so I called the customer care to check on the status, they said due to some technical error it didn't got shipped will raise a ticket and get this resolved within24-48 hours I said Okay I can wait till that, but after the given time the status was same and called again and they said the same thing, later on 3rd call I asked to cancel the order they said okay will do that this will take 2-3 days and after that 5-7 days for the refund, I said okay. I waited for that time period but didn't received the refund, after that I wrote a mail and also called they said "we would request you to allow us some more time so that we can help you with an update regarding your refund for the said order." and after that I had followed up multiple times and each time that say the same thing, today is 21st Sep 2023 and I ordered on 23rd Aug 2023, you all can see it been a almost a month, I would highly recommended not to order from Mochi Shoes.

Situated in the South Extension Part 2 market, this showroom has a good stock of shoes, slippers, flipflops etc. The shop manager and the staff are cordial and helpful. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.

Staff needs to be trained to be more professional. They are in a showroom in an upscale market....not in any suburb. Product is good but sales staff should be more efficient.

Nice Ambience and Staff. Though, would like a bit more diversity in design. But what I bought at the end was comfy and gorgeous, so, it was a lovely purchase.
