This review is for the restaurant , Level 2 - Radisson blu Hotel. The ambience was so soothing and the food being delicious with a variety of scrumptious snacks. The service and staff were very warm and kind. Thank you for the amazing and warm hospitality. Would love to visit again and will definitely recommend to family and friends since the place was out of the blue! Also proper precautions were taken during this period.

Visited for breakfast today. It was a wonderful experience. Food quality, display, freshness and number of items were value for money. Fresh counters of waffle, pancake and egg served perfect as per our demand. Pranjali was fantastic and warm, providing excellent service in the morning, also great in checking to make sure everything is okay. Keep it up and thanks for the cute compliment.♥️

No way this hotel is an any star. Room smells terrible from the cooking at the banquet halls. Party music till 5AM every day. Mosquitos in the room all the time. The only thing good is all the employee treating you respect.

Its our 2nd visit to the hotel as a good first impression was made. Amenities are good as required. The staff is very polite but there is a little language barrier at times. Couple of improvements that can be made are a few fixtures and fittings in the bathroom.

We stayed here during our wedding. The rooms are spacious, clean and totally comfortable. The breakfast was easy and very tasty with many different variety of foods to chose from. The quality of the lunch and kitchen food was also fantastic. Very helpful staff outside the front door helping us with bags, and the hotel is exceptionally safe and secure. Only issue was that the staff on the front desk were extremely slow and every task required three people to work it out. Otherwise, a wonderful hotel to stay during our wedding weekend and my first trip to India!

I visited the Vyom spa and my husband and I availed the signature massage service. The masseuse was professional, experienced, polite and courteous. The steam afterwards was enjoyable. The service both at the reception and at spa was as can be expected from a 5 star hospitality established. Overall it was a v relaxing experience and one I can confidently recommend to others!

The team here are lovely, and very helpful the gym is equipped quite well for the everyday average lifter.I have stayed here before and always like coming back to this hotel. The sauna and steam rooms are sweet!

Food Ordering to table has no serious fool proof process. We had to remind the service person 3 times to get the eggs that we ordered.

At the price, best 5 star option, rooms are spacious and restaurants have good variety for both meals and breakfast. Though service was a bit slow and welcome drinks was not offered. Staff were confused about restaurant timings for meals. I think Night shift room service was being managed by trainees and they had not many answers. Location is good but surprisingly it was very difficult to get Uber/Ola and wait time was long. Staff behaviour was very cooperative and polite 5 star for that. Just near the hotel there is Mela ground and i really njoyed wandering the Mela which was going on.

Had a very nice stay and the grandeur was befitting the reputation. The hospitality was par excellence and every guest is given a five star treatment. The food was amazing and the service was very prompt. Valet parking has an automated system where you scan the WR code and you car will be driven in promptly. It was an overwhelming experience.

This review is about their restaurant on Second floor named "Level-2". About Food: ============ A. Minimum 20 Minutes waiting even when you are only single customer there. B. Once scoop of ice cream worth Rs 550/- served in a bowl without any topping or wafer. Zero presentation. Even you eat at your home with better cutlery. C. Staff was busy enough to look out at customer need. They don't care of customer want to order something more. D. I ordered white Sauce Chicken Pasta and a Chicken Pizza. White sauce pasta was not delicious and serving was super poor. Wooden Pizza Serving Bat was in a pathetic condition. Pizza taste was good but overall experience spoiled the mood. E. Even a small city restra serves you food in better cutlery than them. F. Chocolate shake was served in a glass which was poorer than the glass the road side vendor serve you sugar cane juice. Its like they even don't know which type of dish should serve in which type of utensil. About Service ============ A. They are busy in their works and you go there just to disturb them. B. Even a scoop of ice-cream they served after 15Minutes even after 3 reminders and this is when these were not peak hours. What will happen in peak hours I can imagine.

The place is decent for holding corporate parties or conferences. Food is ok. There is a scope of improvement in case of the delicacies served and their taste. The decor is cozy. Location is superb and is easy to spot.

One thing Raddison really needs to work upon is their check-in process. There were hardly 2 people ahead of me in the queue, but it took me more than 20 mins to get through with the check-in process. The room I stayed in was spacious and had almost every facility you could need. The only downside was that most of the interior of the room was black which sort of made the room gloomy and dull.

The rooms were great. But the check in ( and check out) experience is just plain disappointing. Took me 45 mins to check in and 30 mins to check out. 30 mins?? They nickle and dime for everything ( including water), leading to someone needing to go to the room to check how much water you consumed or food you ate. Every 4 star or above hotel that I have been to ( including other Radisson Blu's) have had atleast the first day's minibar and snacks covered under the rooms charges. But nooo. Not this one. Surprised they didn't charge for soap or conditioner. The morning buffet is as disappointing as the service. I understand this has become more of a business hotel ( where people on official come and go in a day). But, for a hotel rated 5 stars, I have had better everything in hotels rated much less. The only reason I am giving a 2 star is because the à la carte food was good. Other than that, horrible experience. Atleast get the checking in and checking out process smoothed out.

Very rude behaviour by the reception staff. We were offered a smoking room or a room with twin beds. We required a non smoking room with a king bed. No rooms were ready by the checkin time. We had to wait in the lobby after a long tiring flight. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would never stay here again.

The food and quality of the place is great. Hospitality wise brilliant service. It can be far from the city so be aware. The food is excellent and must try breakfast. Amreen was extremely helpful and really kind and made me feel warm and welcoming.

Overall the experience was good enough to make me come soon surely. The engineering team which we used for our bath tub casket(small whole) was very helpful especially Mr. Amar and nitin gupta with this manager named laxman. I'll like break up my experience to Stay & Comfort - Amazing Acessablity to property - passes through very high traffic route to reach Food - Loved it along with good wine collection and will like to Appreciate efforts of Chef Loukesh, Chef Ranveer, Ravi from. ORO bar and the entire team who fed me at breakfast and dinner Spa & Saloon - was a good feeling Something's I didn't liked that also I'll mention below..... This is my personal view. Swimming Pool - have to take 3 different elovators up & down to reach, water is very heavy though communicated as RO treated & and facilities like steam sauna and changing rooms are on 2nd floor and pool itself is on 7th floor. I was confirmed that I can check out at 3.30pm at checkin time so I'd booked multiple Spa services however it was curtail to 2pm last minute so I'd to cancel few spa services.

Received a warm and grand welcome, the team lined up at the entrance with beautiful bouquet of flowers, clicking pics, giving the feel of a celebrity 😜, enjoyed it thoroughly. Headed to the restaurant where beautifully done up table was laid. Some amazing Mocktails and Cocktails were offered to start with. Some of the delicacies from the new menu were offered to us, which were decided by the team after thorough research with the liking of their clientele. Very hard work goes behind before we get the lipsmaking delicacies on our table. The sit down dinner started with Gosht Zafrani Shorba, which increased the epetite....followed by starters. Zucchini and Mushroom Filo Parcels.... beautifully done up flower like parcel stuffed with zucchini n mushroom spiced with cheese, crisp n delicious. Bhatti Paneer Tikka.... stuffed with dry fruits, spices, the marinated cottage cheese were awesome. Mutter Khumb ki Shammi ....very delicate, done with mushroom, green peas, cream cheese, caramelized mashed sweet lentil.... just melted in mouth. Veg appetizers were as delicious as non veg appetizers like Crispy Fondue Fish, Dum ki Nalli, Aatashi Murg Tikka. There was no room for main course as were already full, still tasted with one one spoon...Lahori Paneer Masala, Dum Aloo, Mushroom, Dal Makhni, Charcoal smoked Yellow Dal..... and the non veg delicacies too....all were just amazing, very painstakingly done. Dessert .... beautifully presented fruit cream in white chocolate cup, Baked Moti Jamun, Chocolate Fudge Brownie.....wow. I visited Their banquet named Mapple Gold, to attend the marriage function. Banquet having 5/6 large Halls. Each hall having capacity of 150 to 400 person. They can manage 5 functions at the same date and time. Food is good, Having good Parking place.

Good breakfast menu and great service. Mr Prakash, the F&B manager is very polite and friendly. Mr kamlesh, the floor manager is very efficient. Corridor and common areas maintenance can be improved. The lift is very slow

This hotel is in serious need of renovation. The rooms smell musky soil and like toilet. Iron stand is moldy and dirty. The corridor smells like toilet and is very dirty. Wall base is breaking and gives an old feeling. Sound insulation is bad, so you can hear nearby loud events. Staff at food section is rude and they hangup with acknowledgement however food is good. Overall return on cost paid is not worth it.

Yes if there is option of less than 1 , then i will go with negative rating. Receptionist Miss Maninder is not having knowledge how to talk. But Janvi knows it better . Rooms are not clean , breakfast not as like as was before covid. Need improvement

I was stay 3 days in that when ever I Call for food in restaurant in front deck No body including duty manager pick up the phone . And for dropping the luggage they took 1 hour from reception to room and height is when I check out I cal for collating the luggage the duty manger him self come after 1 and half hour . After calling by me several time . Because of that late collecting of luggage I miss my important meeting. Whole fault because they are running hotel less staff . And very bad experience. I am not happy and next will never stay

Pathetic staff special at the main reception. Ultra slow, Highly inefficient with zero customer empathy. You keep telling them about what you want and they will keep ignoring you. Architecture and floor planning is quite similar to a high end hostel. Food is not at all of Radisson standards.

I won't lie , rooms are good, spacious and clean. Haven't tried the cafe & the restaurant. But by the looks at the entrance, pool , lifts to the ball room. It looks more of a 3 star than what Radisson actually is. It's a big property with all the bells and whistles but somehow you don't get that feeling when you're inside here.

The Hotel is clean and following all the CoVid related protocols. I come to India multiple times every year and always stay at the same hotel, the biggest reason is the Staff at the hotel is so nice and welcoming, it feels like coming home. I should specially mention Mr. Shamshad, he has always gone an extra mile to accommodate our needs...

Hello hope you're doing well, It's great to see hotels coming forward and delivering some of their best sellers at door steps. I've been to this hotel quite a free times food is anyways good no matter you eat while dining in at the restaurant or get it delivered at your home taste is consistent. I'm writing this review based on what I had ordered. I ordered for Spaghetti and it was delicious but a slice of bread ( toasted GB ) would've elevated the experience. Food's tasty over here packaging considering on going situation was on point and nothing to complaint about. Will order more and try other dishes on their menu and will update this review accordingly. Thanks for reading this review

Radisson is a 5 star property. Decently build and have 5 star amenities. Due to some construction going on currently on the main road the way to the hotel is a little twisted but all and all it is a fabulous place to be at. Just an add on mapple gold banquet and radisson hotel are back to back with ample amount of parking space.

I visited the hotel to attend the Ring Ceremony of one of my relatives in a banquet hall. Everything including dinner was perfect and tasty. I will recommend for all big and small ceremonies.

Good place to spend a day or two. Was there for attending a marriage. Being a raddison reward member i got an upgrade to a business class room. Room was neat and clean , staff is pretty welcoming , special thanks to RAM from the travel desk for helping me out.

The stay is excellent also the breakfast is one of the best. Their head named Shreya ensured that I get my breakfast even though I was late for it. All in all it was excellent experience.

Pathetic stay. The staff was so impolite specially one of their managers named Pavitra. The service is so poor and they never address your needs on time. The hospitality was so poor. We booked 3 king sized rooms and they gave us twin beds. Even after several requests they didn’t attend us well and the receptionist said if you have a problem then don’t come here. Probably one of the worst experiences I have had.

Visited for destination wedding. Overall venue is not as good. Staff is rude and uncooperative. No proper management. Rooms were ok, like I had to call them thrice for cleaning. Room phone is not working. Poor experience. wait time for lift is long, lift acesss is not properly managed.

Very nice hotel in nice location.... Staff is very nice and food quality is also good. Rooms are clean and spacious with great big view of main road and city. Reception is also very calm and have good ambience .... Washrooms are cleans and spacious. One thing to improve that is, Must provide list of available channels in room. This hotel is located in Paschim Vihar on a busy road. It's very spacious & a good spot for functions. I visited it with few of my friends for a lunch meet sometime back. Hotel rooms are nicely decorated. I'm giving 3 star rating because of a big con that is extremely slow check-in & check-out process. Guests are made to stand in queue & wait for a long period as if they're being given kinda favour to enter this hotel. Remember the time when people used to stand for hours for booking of Rail tickets, it reminded me of the same. & This is really very disappointing because reception staff don't even bother about this fact.

There was a strong warm smell that filled the air , the corridors, and most of the rooms - similar to the smell of boiled lavender mixed with an unknown substance. The food was good and so were the services provided by the people. The rooms were hot and my fan/ac didn’t work.

Beautiful stay and amazing breakfast with a new. Mr Ravi helped us a lot with our breakfast services. Ms pranjali was being nice and took care of us well. Must visit

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff over there was so lovely and helpful in nature. Food was awesome. And the location where the hotel is present as the central location helps to explore the city. It was an amazing experience.

I have been member of Radisson Rewards and due to nature of work tend to stay in various properties across length and breadth of the country. I have found property to be of immaculate standards. The dining facility also offer good quality of food with a very hospitable staff. Would like to mention special word about Hostess Disha who puts in great efforts to make dining a pleasure.

Hotel service was good. Location as well is queue safe. Food could've been better for the price range. However, Pranjali did a dedicated job of assisting the diners to the best of her abilities making it a seamless experience.

It was a very nice experience for the stay and food related things. Pranjali was very gentle and soft spoken girl and help me with the breakfast services. Happy to be here and recommending all for the smooth stay.
