Wonderful
to
see
things
are
getting
back
to
normal
after
almost
one
and
a
half
year
due
to
pendamic,
while
still
following
all
the
norms
of
masking,
sanitization.
Had
an
enchanting
evening
at
#RadissonBluPaschimVihar
with
their
launch
of
#newmenu,
interacting
with
#CelebrityChefRakeshSethi,
and
some
other
prominent
Chefs
of
the
industry
along
with
the
team.
Received
a
warm
and
grand
welcome,
the
team
lined
up
at
the
entrance
with
beautiful
bouquet
of
flowers,
clicking
pics,
giving
the
feel
of
a
celebrity
π,
enjoyed
it
thoroughly.
Headed
to
the
restaurant
where
beautifully
done
up
table
was
laid.
Some
amazing
Mocktails
and
Cocktails
were
offered
to
start
with.
Some
of
the
delicacies
from
the
new
menu
were
offered
to
us,
which
were
decided
by
the
team
after
thorough
research
with
the
liking
of
their
clientele.
Very
hard
work
goes
behind
before
we
get
the
lipsmaking
delicacies
on
our
table.
The
sit
down
dinner
started
with
Gosht
Zafrani
Shorba,
which
increased
the
epetite....followed
by
starters.
Zucchini
and
Mushroom
Filo
Parcels....
beautifully
done
up
flower
like
parcel
stuffed
with
zucchini
n
mushroom
spiced
with
cheese,
crisp
n
delicious.
Bhatti
Paneer
Tikka....
stuffed
with
dry
fruits,
spices,
the
marinated
cottage
cheese
were
awesome.
Mutter
Khumb
ki
Shammi
....very
delicate,
done
with
mushroom,
green
peas,
cream
cheese,
caramelized
mashed
sweet
lentil....
just
melted
in
mouth.
Veg
appetizers
were
as
delicious
as
non
veg
appetizers
like
Crispy
Fondue
Fish,
Dum
ki
Nalli,
Aatashi
Murg
Tikka.
There
was
no
room
for
main
course
as
were
already
full,
still
tasted
with
one
one
spoon...Lahori
Paneer
Masala,
Dum
Aloo,
Mushroom,
Dal
Makhni,
Charcoal
smoked
Yellow
Dal.....
and
the
non
veg
delicacies
too....all
were
just
amazing,
very
painstakingly
done.
Dessert
....
beautifully
presented
fruit
cream
in
white
chocolate
cup,
Baked
Moti
Jamun,
Chocolate
Fudge
Brownie.....wow.
