When I stepped through the doors, I was welcomed with warm hospitality that was very heartwarming. The rooms were very neat & clean, and very delightful. They were providing us with a complimentary breakfast as well. The best thing about this hotel is its location because it's very near to the metro station. Moreover, It is situated near major business hubs, shopping centers, and iconic landmarks, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The restaurant staff were very amicable & provided delicious food on time. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff are available at any time to assist if any service or help is needed. I recommend everybody who wants to have a party should visit the Eros Hotel

Eros is one of the oldest hotels in this area and this was my second time at this place. The property is well maintained, rooms are spacious and well appointed. Breakfast spread is sumptuous - the space is a bit congested though.

Me and my husband booked a candle lift dinner for my brother and sister in law. They enjoyed it a lot. As we explained to them in the same way they decorated. Food also they really enjoyed. My brother said it was a superb surprise. It's near the metro station in Delhi. So it's convenient to travel to Delhi.

It may not be a brand but has all the features of a brand. The housekeeping staff is quick to respond. In room dining is swift. My 3 day stay here was nice and comfortable, all needs taken care of. Their pool side is just awesome. Reception lounge , Bar, Restaurant and open area seating, all of them well maintained and spacious. The hotel is worth recommending since it’s also close to all South Delhi places.

Old and discolored furniture. Rooms Are not maintained well. Bathroom didn't look like if it was cleaned. I picked this hotel because of central location to Lajpat Nehru place and Lotus Temple and it was a bad decision ☹️. Room Service was good and fast. whenever I needed anything the response was quick and things were delivered right away. They forgot to keep the hair dryer in the drawer that was labeled "hairdryer" 😬😡. But when I called it was delivered within no time. Compared to my other stays with properties like Hilton, Sheraton, Crown, Hyatt will not recommend this place to my family members and friends who are visiting Delhi India. Such a underwhelming and disappointing experience. I am baffled and curious as to how this hotel classified as 5 stars. VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️ 😡. THERE IS NO NEED TO RESPOND WITH YOUR STANDARD Message. we visited the oriental restaurant as we were invited to dinner with friends. The hotel has a laid back and quiet ambience which is very refreshing compared to the hustle and bustle of most hotels.Its decor is classic and in very good taste. we got good valet parking service. The food and service at the restaurant were excellent. the prawns were of excellent quality and large size. All the dishes were flavourful and plated nicely. i would definitely recommend this place to those who wish to have a quiet and quality evening out with family and friends.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. I stayed for 22 nights here at a stretch. Initially I had booked this hotel for 3 nights and had got it at a rate of Rs 5600. My room Rate was being extended at the same rate all throughout 22 nights. I was staying in single accommodation. Since I was looking to extend my stay further for another 10 nights I made a request to duty manager to kindly give me a bit of discount. One day prior to my checkout date he said sir we will try to give you a discounted rate of Rs 4500 +Taxes coming to be Rs 5040 and you need not worry will extend your stay at this rate. Next day i was swamped into back to back meetings, I get a call from them at 4pm that we will extend at the same price, and then after sometime I get a call from Mrs Rubina saying the rate is now increased you need to pay Rs 7200 per night and giving me a deadline of 2 hrs or vacate. The behavior was utmost unprofessional and very rude. There were so many times that my room wasn't cleaned, while leaving the room I would make this request to please clean my room. When i would come back it would never be cleaned. I had to call them 3-4 times to get the room cleaned. Their staff is always asking to give them good reviews with their names. I must say they try to extort money from you and are a highly unprofessional run hotel. Reserve this hotel at your own risk, as there are chances you might be harassed.

True to an A rated hotel - bigger but old infrastructure. Located absolutely central to all major activities and eating joints of Delhi. Everyone in the ground staff expecting tip for slightest service is pretty cheesy. Lights could have been brighter.

So hospitality of this hotel staff is very good and i had a good stay overall but some problems were: Problem is that being a 5 star they don't have Sauna, Steam and jacuzzi. We are paying for 5 star property and not getting these basic facilities. When i ask from reception ma'am she said there is a reason for this. Swimming pool guy told me it's closed since covid. Also,property is very old. I am not saying that rooms are bad. They're just old fashioned because old property so it's fine just prices should be lower if room is too basic. They have a 3 in 1 shower, bathtub area. I mean it could be separated so that guests can use one thing in one time like other hotels. But staff and hospitality is really good. They treat guests very nicely. Whatever guest's ask they provide is the best thing. will recommend this hotel for sure but like everyone says price should be nearby 6k with breakfast for old property with basic rooms without sauna steam and jacuzzi.

One of the best experiences in Delhi. A lovely hotel, right from the rooms to the food and the services. Three nights here were worth it. The morning breakfast spread is one of the best, and very diverse menu each day. The room service was also good. We loved the Jaipur Gemstone Store, definitely sure the name is wrong but we shopped quite a bit from there and loved it.

Went in there cafe for some drinks and food. Very nice experience. Balanced cocktails and great food quantity. Full value for money. Staff was courteous and professional. Bartender did good job with cocktails

Incredible staff and management. We were to surprise a friend at the bar and then the room which everything went smoothly as planned. The hotel had a separated bar area from the cafe with sofas very much distanced from one another. The staff were very polite and cooperative. The kitchen customised a dish when we rejected the salty dish of chilli chicken and sent it to our room. Please note that Helium balloons are not allowed inside the hotel unless you inform the staff in advance. The reason that I had dedicated one star is the furniture and the bathroom which are quite old and need to be changed and renovated. The pool view rooms of top floors I’d say are the best for in the distance you can see the Lotus Temple as well.

Amazing and extremely beautiful. Treat to your eyes and soothing peaceful aura at places for sitting. Coffee served their can be MUCH better according to the prices charged. I mean 850 bucks for 2 regular coffees that do not have SUCH difference, I think it TOO much.

Good hotel. But there is a scope of improvement. They denied early Check-in despite the fact that make my trip page of theirs was showing that they provide early check in. Secondly I told them to give a single bed but they denied saying they had only twin sharing bed. These last minute glitches can spoil the mood though. All else is good.

Though the hotel looked dazzling from outside...there were damp patches all across the walls in the room... and considering that it is a 5 star hotel the customer service/house keeping was awful...it literally took them 3 hours to deliver a bottle of water in the room and that too post numerous calls...

Stayed here for a conference. The location is very good. Nehru place metro station is at walking distance. There is a shopping mall opposite the hotel and many good restaurants are nearby. Food is good and breakfast buffet has many options. The rooms are big and the decor is nice.

This has been my all time favorite place to stay however I was really disappointed about the maintenance of this beautiful property. Rooms hardwood was un even, could feel it when I was walking, there was lots of dust under the cabinets and drawers. The management must take some actions to fix these issues to keep their loyal customers coming back.

Everything was poor here. Took 40 mins to check in, once I got the key bell boy asked me to take my own luggage, else he would take 20mins because it’s a bottle. So I have to take it on my own, it doesn’t stop here. While trying to open my room with all luggage in my hand, keya were not functioning. Took another 10mins. The first thing I order after check in was some glasses and ice, it probably after 50mins. Well this continue as again later when I asked for glasses and ice , it arrived after 30mins. Best part, I asked order food at 10:45pm and the at 11:50 when I called again the staff was not even aware of my food. Ended up ordering from Zomato and checked out because of all such services at night only.

They have some really amazing restaurant options!

Room service and room dining were very slow. Their elevators used to create problems almost every second day while was staying. Food was average but Nehru place is one of the main city hubs so their location is very in the middle of everything and the hotel is right next to a food hall so it's easy to pick up things or dine nearby. Room cleaning was alright but still enjoyed staying. Hotel just needs to catch up with the modern-day, that's all.

What a place! It actually gives the ambience of international 5 Star hotels. The view is everything..very beautiful. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are amazing, very comfortable. And the pool cannot be missed, although it's not functional now due to covid.

Near perfect experience. Rooms are nice and decent with enough amenities. Service is a bit slow but staff is well behaved. Breakfast was for sure the highlight of the stay, huge variety and astonishingly tasty. Overall had a pleasant stay. Check-in and Check-out was smooth as well.

Updating my review after spending full three days and providing my initial feedback to management. Chef addressed our concerns with kids food in best manner and my kids were happy at receiving end. Service: Still need better communication and more polite from all. There was a definite disconnect between the teams. Eros is 25 years old but is still one of the best hotels in Delhi - the hospitality is supreme, the rooms and the property are extremely clean and well maintained and the food is delicious. The location, unlike most luxury hotels in Delhi, is very convenient - lots of stores, restaurants and pubs are a stone throw away and so is the metro station. An absolute gem!

Certainly one of the best hotel to stay in Delhi. Recently, me with my partner stayed for 6 nights during Diwali Holidays. The staff was super friendly and all our requests have been taken care of with possible minimum time. The room was spacious and clean with all amenities in place for us to enjoy the stay. One of the best experiences in Delhi. A lovely hotel, right from the rooms to the food and the services. Three nights here were worth it. The morning breakfast spread is one of the best, and very diverse menu each day. The room service was also good. We loved the Jaipur Gemstone Store, definitely sure the name is wrong but we shopped quite a bit from there and loved it.

Location of the hotel is it's biggest positive. In Nehru place, close to lotus temple, a very upmarket food court and other eateries. Close to most south Delhi colonies. It has a 5star feel to it but seems to have gone past its prime. The rooms are good size, clean with good quality linen and bedding, adequate furnishing, complimentary bottled water provided. Some drawbacks include minor things like missing hair dryer and iron, no bin liner, toilet brush. The walls are not very sound proof and I could listen to all conversations of the guest next door. My stay included buffet breakfast. Very good range of Indian and continental cuisine but the service was appalling. Overall comfortable and good value for money but it needs some makeover and attention to regain its status

It's a 5 star hotel in the centre of Delhi and 40 mins drive from the Airport. The rooms are cozy but not spacious. Also there are no balcony in the rooms, so to get fresh air in the morning or before sleep or for even an occasional smoke, you have to go down to ground floor beside the pool. Food is very delicious.

Hi. Most 5 star property in Delhi are more or less the same when u compare brick to brick. Location south Delhi all of them are placed well. So what should be the difference then. Service. I am writing this review standing at the reception waiting for me to be checked in. Now the actual checking time is 14.00 hours but I am trying to check in at 12.30 hours. I was told there are no rooms but I can see people checking in just right in front of me not 1 not 2 but 5. That is may be because I may not be rightly dressed to get a small favour. Any which ways the service sucks so would try something else the next time.

So hospitality of this hotel staff is very good and i had a good stay overall but some problems were: Problem is that being a 5 star they don't have Sauna, Steam and jacuzzi. We are paying for 5 star property and not getting these basic facilities. When i ask from reception ma'am she said there is a reason for this. Swimming pool guy told me it's closed since covid. Also,property is very old. I am not saying that rooms are bad. They're just old fashioned because old property so it's fine just prices should be lower if room is too basic. They have a 3 in 1 shower, bathtub area. I mean it could be separated so that guests can use one thing in one time like other hotels. But staff and hospitality is really good. They treat guests very nicely. Whatever guest's ask they provide is the best thing. will recommend this hotel for sure but like everyone says price should be nearby 6k with breakfast for old property with basic rooms without sauna steam and jacuzzi.

The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and there’s so much to do and they clearly are made for relaxing. The bathroom is huge, and the walls of bath can be opened up so you can relax while soaking and watch TV at the same time. The shower is a delight I have never seen a shower so huge I couldn’t stop showering. Fantastic addition to have lots off shampoo and body gel in the bathrooms, instead of those tiny tubes, most hotels have. This hotel is simply stunning. I cannot hold the staff they did everything in their power to make our stay very enjoyable.

It's my second booking for Eros Hotel. I sincerely couldn't give its right evaluation as it deserves more than 5 *.. I can describe it as a Hotel of Humanity. We came for vacation for 2 weeks only but suddenly we had a critical surgery and suppose to extend 2-3 weeks more as well as the admission in the hospital. The thankfully understood our situation and supported us emotionally, morally and financially. They giving some discounts to manage allot the unplanned commitments . Generally speaking, all staff from the guard house securities, reception staff, waiters, chefs to the mangers were extremely welcoming keeping smile.. so respectful. Furthermore, it is an amazing comfortable Classy and quiet place with full of warm.
