Stayed here as part of a packaged tour. It's very convenient to the metro station. The hotel is clean and comfortable, basic 3 star Western standard. The walls are paper thin and no double glazing on windows. So you hear all noise inside and out. Suggest requesting a room that has an even number as these face away from metro and road. Staff are courteous and friendly Breakfast is good, with a selection of food. The only thing is they play loud pop music, not great first thing in the morning and hard to have conversation. Beds and pillows are comfy and soft.

The staff members are friendly and helpful. However, the rooms are not good. Food is alright. The view from the room was awful. It's a dirty and filthy place. Hate it. They need to do a thorough cleaning and upgrading of the stuff. Never coming back. I stayed for 8 days, and it was horribly expensive.

Was a very comfortable and elite stay. Radisson has already got a great reputation, which I could see that they maintain it so, too. The thing was that I was traveling with my pet cat and they denied letting me keep him at first because of their rules and stuff, but after persistent requesting they let us keep him downstairs at the security room which was quite a compassionate act. Even the guard there was a generous person. (Mr. Praveen) Thank you so much for giving us the complete freedom to go to and fro to the cat whenever we wanted to. Your cooperation is indeed appreciated.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional.It was cleaned, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Nice location right beside moolchand metro station, good staff even the room were nice and clean. Only issue was the restaurant was average and very expensive they charge almost 350 for plain untoasted sandwiche which only have mayo and tomatoes, even the breakfast was average.

We stayed twice in this hotel, once after our arrival in Delhi and the night before our flight back home. The reception was always kind to us, the lobby is clean and welcoming, I enjoyed a small welcome drink right by the reception. We had two different types of rooms, both of them were clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was adequate, we also had lunch one time, which was fantastic. The restaurant staff was also attentive and friendly. Check-out was uncomplicated and fast. Any additional request we had was taken care of. I strongly recommend this hotel!

We booked this hotel for one reason that it was close to our parents place and we were coming from Sydney to spend some time with our Parents. Big rooms, great location, friendly staff. Entire hotel staff is customer centric and ready to offer there services from the time you enter the hotel to having Breakfast etc. our Housekeeping expert Mr Subhash Chand has been so accommodating with us to ensure that our room is cleaned as per our convenience, not to forget his friendly nature….he well deserved to be recognised for his service. Also want mention Mr Rawat in the restaurant who served us such a delicious tea made by him every morning during breakfast, we certainly missed him for three days when he was away on leave….thank you Mr Rawat. Last but not the least was the chef Chamooli (I may have spelled it incorrectly) on Eggs counter whose smile is infectious and omelettes are outstandingly delicious, I guess it was his service more than the food he served. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care . I can confidently say that it’s a top-down culture, senior/owners must be taking good care of the staff and in return the staff takes care of the customer. Our 9 days stay was very pleasant, except the air conditioning which wasn’t operating for 4 days and we had sleepless nights. Thank you again to all the staff members for this great experience.

Wonderful hotel near Moolchand station , which is perfect if you are looking to use the metro to get around Delhi. Rooms are spacious and neat, and the bathroom is adequate. The staff was wonderful from the security guards outside that made every effort to assist us with getting around to the concierge and the from desk. The breakfast, however, could use a little of an update but was good. Overall wonderful experience.

Though hotel is good, staff is not. They have attitude which is not good in hospitality business. I conducted a training, they refused to provide WiFi. I had to ask for small small things till they would provide. I will never try this hotel again.

I'm giving one star less as I found some small bugs in the bathroom (similar to fruitflies). There were any of them and they came to the room as well. Hope that's a problem that's probably resolved

Centrally located. Right next to the metro station. Valet parking available. Ample parking space. Front desk was above average. Got attitude Vibes from the staff. Housekeeping was excellent. Top class. Room was clean with all basic amenities. Nice and comfortable with good view. Breakfast was above average affair. Overall good stay. Recommended for stay.

Not a Radisson experience. I have stayed in many luxury hotels, and this Park inn does not qualify for 5-star rating. 1. We booked a superior room (double bed) but got a Deluxe room (twin single bed). It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. Upon complaining, the manager said they have no other room to give, and this is an upgrade so I should not complain. 2. The food is bad. Very limited options in breakfast, and those are also not up to the mark. 3. There is no shower in the washroom. The hand shower is made such that it should be used as a shower, and the water pressure for that is very low. 4. The staff is not very polite. It is basic courtesy to be polite to the guests. I didn't see that, it felt that they were doing be a favor by staying there. I will not recommend anyone to spend so much for staying here. Prefer Marriot, Sheraton, ITC which are also somewhere in the same price range.

Nice hotel located in front of the metro. We actually had quite good experiences with the metro in Delhi , so it was nice. The hotel was very clean and overall good. A bit loud, so if you can ask for a room, get one that isn’t towards the metro. Breakfast is definitely the highlight of the hotel , variate, tasteful and didn’t get us sick. We didn’t use the facilities but the hotel has a swimming pool and a gym. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Clean, friendly staff, very good starting point for touristic escapades (metro station right here). One problem that I experienced were the breakfasts. Tasty, right, but very monotonous, Indian-style, breakfasts. We were here for a week and at the end we started to be tired of them. Except that, very good hotel.

The hotel is ideally located near public transportation. Just opposite a metro station. The rooms are nice and spacious. The guy at reception Mr. Atul was reallu nice and provided an upgrade. All in all nice stay. Recommended. The breakfast soread was good and extremely tasty.

No warmth in reception. On arrival after a 3 hour flight n one hour drive, not given water or welcome drink,no offer to sit down and do formalities. Next, we asked for extra bed before checking in and were assured but now after check in shown a dirty sofa bed which doesn't look comfortable. Housekeeping staff is very very rude, says no extra quilt can be given. One per room that's it. And you call this Radisson????poor service. Will never recommend

In this hotel we have luxury rooms everytime. I book this hotel inside room nice balcony for couples it is best view point Hotel staffs are well behaved.Location of the hotel is very good Moreover, auto rickshaw and shared taxis are abundant and available day and night. A lot of restaurants "Lunch Home" are nearby, so you don't have to worry about foods.

Can't say it's been a great stay so far, I've been waiting approximately an hour and a half and still waiting to checkin. Despite requesting an early checkin, and the hotel staff absolutely aware of my travel schedule. Apparently the house keeping doesn't keep the front desk informed....interesting predicament I am in, tired, hungry, longing for a shower, but no room. At this point I don't care about the room, quality, location or how many stars this hotel is, I just want a room. Lack of apathy from the front desk who I am sitting right in front of doesn't really help 😀

I stayed with my wife at Radisson Blu Lajpat Nagar, from the 12Nov to 14Nov, before travelling to Agra - Room 211. Great front desk service and support from Aman Shaik and Atul. Sorry that i don't remember all the names, but each one of the staff at the hotel provided excellent service. Staff are very courteous and hospitality is awesome. Food is great. Kebab platter and fried rice ordered thru room service was excellent. Actually beyond our expectations. Breakfast spread is great and offers a good variety to chose from, each one of the dishes served were delicious. The breakfast experience during the two days stay was very good, the staff were checking and interacting with us all the time. The rooms are clean and kept well, room service is great too. The shower in the bathroom is a great one, with a rain shower head, just the one you need after a tiring day. Overall, a fantastic experience and would love to stay at this place again. Recommend for couple and families who want their stay to be enjoyable, memorable and worth the money paid for.

The food Taste is not so good the snacks like spring role was not good. But if someone looking to go to lunch or dinner it may differ as i visited there banquet. Before you go with google review look for review from a friend who have visited as you know what kind of food your freind or known person like so its easy to take call then as one like a dish and the other person does not like it . So always look for suggestions from a friend

We had two deluxe rooms for the family, the location is great, next to the Moolchand Metro station in South Delhi. The food options were limited but quite expensive, you may better off exploring various options outside. The AC and the quality of the mattress and the bedding it terrible. The AC is not effective and each day we had to call someone for help, the mattress is old, if hoping for bigger bed you are out of luck as they have joined two-single beds together, the bedding is so warm that you can't sleep with covers on. Overall, we did not get one single good sleep in this hotel. The staff is ok, breakfast options are acceptable, we enjoyed the personal service we received during the breakfast service.

Good hotel. Stayed a night. Excellent a/c & heating system with very good interface. Everything is good and well maintained without being grand. Toilet fittings are high quality and well maintained. Restaurant has a comprehensive menu. No carpeting in the room though there is a rug. View from my room war not great but it was just a night anyway. Not sure whether there are rooms with a worthwhile view though. Room service was quite prompt. Front desk is helpful and efficient. Covers the ground very well for business travel or short stays I think.

double bed in superior room is quite small for two persons though room rent is almost 6000. And room is marketed for two adults! Rest good. Less place to keep clothes etc.

See the condition of their kettle it is totally rusted from inside, nobody bothered to clean or renew the kettle & they have been serving me tea in these rusted kettle ...all three days kettle was different but its condition was same ...upon asking fruit they gave me this orange which i expect atleast one month old ... Main course meal full of salt everyday

This hotel is located a 30-second walk away from Mool Chand metro station on violet line. This is very convenient if you are travelling solo and don’t want to take taxis to reach hotel. Rooms are spacious. I was upgraded to business room for free. Very clean and ambient. Breakfast buffet was very good. But room service from restaurant is very pricey.

Stayed in this hotel during our first visit in Deli couple days ago (went to see Taj Mahal). The best impression about Deli! Courteous, helpful and friendly staff! Each member! Stay was good but food was rubbish Need to improve quality, taste and freshness. In breakfast buffet chole was stale. We ordered fish tikka it was stale. As a star category hotel we don't expect this. Hope you will improve

Super impressed by their sizzler restaurant - super quick service and polite staff and great Outdoors. Especially, Mr. Sahil was very helpful to suggest customise the menu as per dietary requirements. One of the best chicken sizzler i had!! Will visit soon .

Very delayed room service response. Unhelpful restaurant staff. Every order the staff kept talking about the cost as if they were trying to see if we are able to afford it. THE CONCIERGE was the best staff member and very polite. The front office staff was also unhelpful

Good location and great staff. They take proper care of you and are available to answer any queries 24/7. A certain gentleman by the name of Charan Singh did a great housekeeping job on my unit. I had a 1 night stay in this hotel but it was truly beautiful, safe, hygienic and comfortable, No complaints what so ever, everything was up to the standards and the location is incredible, metro and bus stand is just within 100 meters and there are many places you can visit nearby.
