The room was as shown in pictures, but the bathroom was ill maintained, half of the fixtures are old and rusty. The corners are dirty and seem to be never cleaned. Hot water isn't 24-hour. We were supposed to leave early morning, but there was no hot water so we had to call reception about it and wait some(30 min). Tea Kettle from the last guests was not replaced. The blankets were not washed, seemed to be used. No parking space for cars. Just 3 spots for the entire hotel. Restaurant service was slow, food was good but not the best.

Decent place for the price...location access maybe restricted during late evenings due to traffic control to the nearby markets...lots of restaurants around Staff were welcoming and available when needed, always helped us to handle our luggage Breakfast also was pretty good with different menus each day Hot water heater is switched on only on demand Wifi is just strong enough, but was down completely for a night which was a bit of a discomfort Overall good experience just like all other nice reviews which made us chose Sopan heights

Rooms are good and comfortable...food service is also good....washrooms are clean.....but i am giving 2 stars because of the greedy staff...they charged me extra 1600 for blood stain...due to periods of my gf (natural process) and which is removable...i will never stay in this type of hotel again in my life....staff behavior is not good at all....

I have stayed in Sopan Heights Hotel from 31 Jan 2023 to 5 Feb 2023. I was on Business Trip for Exhibition. Rooms are clean and good. Breakfast is good and sufficient. They have a lift and in good working condition. WIFI is good in the room. Staff is cooperative. Mr. Santosh Thakur, Manager is of helping nature. Safe and peaceful neighbour hood area. At night the room service is very slow and need lot of follow up. I think this may due to hotel was full for exhibition. Overall experience is good. I strongly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay again.

I’m very much happy and satisfied with my stay in hotel sopan heights. The rooms are spacious, hygienic and comfortable for stay. The bathrooms are very neat and clean. The staffs are very friendly and kitchen service is awesome. They make you foods according to your preference.The complimentary breakfast which the hotel provide is also very good. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BOOK HERE The hotel is quiet good with great location and neat, comfortable rooms . BUT WE HAD A VERY BITTER EXPERIENCE WITH THE MANAGER .We had checked in on 15th Oct and had clearly mentioned that we wanted a room for 2 days .We had our tickets, out of Delhi, booked for 17th. Unfortunately on 16th ,when we were out on our business we were REPEATEDLY called by the manager saying that we have to vacate the room as he has other guests. Inspite of clarifying that we had our room booked for 2 days and requesting him to allow till 17th, he insisted on throwing out our luggage from the room. As we were very far from the hotel and in the middle of our work ,we could not come and vacate immediately . (Our belongings were lying spread out in the room as we were not packed for check out.) Requested him to wait till we returned, but he did not listen and my daughter and I had shift to another hotel at night. The hotel could have at least informed us when we were going out in the morning, so we could have planned accordingly. The whole of 16th we were under tremendous tension as the hotel kept calling and disturbing us, threatening to throw our things out. So any one planning to book rooms there please be careful. They can throw you out when ever they decide to without any intimation.

Hotel is very best in terms of location,room service and cleanliness. One point to keep in mind for every person who is going to check in about the food items bill at the very early stage. Sometime wrong amount charged for lesser amount of menu item. Also one more suggestion, don't order multiple plate of same item at a time. Always try to order one after another to reduce any kind of anomalies. Only for that reason I am giving overall rating as 4* .

We recommend this hotel absolutely! Kindness of the staff, clean and quite. We had clean bed linen, towels and papier toilet. AC and wifi going well! The breakfast room windows facing on a quite garden...so relaxing!

Good clean hotel, good customer service. Can be a bit difficult to find as it is off the main road. Good breakfast and food available till late night. Bijendar and Deepak were very polite and helpful and rest of the staff also. Will stay again

Well first off, I loved both my stays here. And i will stay again. Location: Less than 5 min walk from Karol Bagh Metro Station, adjacent to Karol Bagh market area. The hotel is in a lane off a main road. The area is fairly peaceful. Service: Reception, housekeeping and room service staff were all polite and cheerful. Breakfast was also quite good. Room: Spacious, bright. I had a room overlooking an adjacent garden, which really lit up the place. Perhaps some of the bathroom fittings need an overhaul, but they all worked fine. In summary, highly recommended...

Best location at Karolbagh.. The hospitality of the hotel staffs were also great..

Stay in Hotel Sopan Heights was good and pleasant. Closer to Karol Bagh Metro, where you will get good transportation options, such as rickshaw, bus, electric cars and hire a taxi, if you are tourist. Place is Karol Bagh Market where you will have good cloth options, food etc. Check In and Checkout was smooth and easy. Hotel staff was good and cooperative and the entire hotel was clean. The rooms were big, spacious, had TV connections, and hot water was available from 6 to 12 pm. Bedsheets and room were cleaned daily. Though it was winter, it had heating option, but did not work. The food prices are on higher side, but that's okay, as they allow outside food. Overall the stay was 5/5.

Its Close to the Karol bagh metro which is at a walkable distance. The staff is well behaved and cooperative. The hotel itself is neat, spacious and everything that looks like an item has a functional life. Everything works. Food is good as well, most importantly they have been gracious to serve me food at 1:30 am. Cheers.

One of the better places in Karol Bagh area. Great location and wonderful rooms that are large. A garden view room adds a very different perspective to an otherwise concrete jungle of Karol Bagh. Will recommend if your requirement is nice clean rooms and toilet. There is no parking at the hotel and breakfast though good, is very limited. Special mention of fuss free service from the staff who are very responsive.

The hotel is quite okay. The breakfast is avialble in ground floor and we can order the food through Telecom.. Their service was also cool.. The heater was not working in my room. That is the problem that I felt during my stay..

We arrived at the hotel and they told us that they had changed us to another hotel because they had no rooms. when we arrived at the other hotel and they gave us the new room we saw that it was dirty and the hotel in general was worse and cheaper than the one we had booked. We went back to complain and after insisting they magically gave us a room (you have to be careful because this is a scam in Delhi, they tell you that they will take you to another worse and cheaper hotel and they take commission for this). the attention was terrible, bad faces every time we entered or left the hotel. the worst was one night while we were sleeping, a part of the ceiling in the room came off which occasionally startled us awake. We asked them to explain the inconvenience caused and when paying we asked them to give us a discount for all the problems we had had. They only deducted a measly 100 rupees from us. In fact they wanted us to pay for dinner that we did not take. I dont recommed this hotel.

Located in the heart of KarolBagh Market and walking distance from the KarolBagh metro station. The hotel is very near to Gaffar Market, KarolBagh Market. People coming for medical at Gangaram Hospital can also stay here. Takes 12mins to walk to the Hospital. The rooms were spacious, clean bathroom and the breakfast is basic and good. Limited buffet but does the work. Also, you can ask for omelettes and poach though the eggs are not on the table. Aak for it to the kitchen staff. Stayed here twice in Feb and June. Take the room 105, park facing. 201 is big but is road facing and you've no view because of the next building. There are ATMs nearby and one exactly opposite to the hotel. Santosh/Kundan are the Front Office Executives and we're really welcoming.

One of the best place to stay in Delhi.. i along with my family have stayed for over a week twice, the admin and support staff everyone here is just so good and provide hassle free, comfortable stay experience.

I booked this hotel for my family members and relatives. The owner of this hotel is very rude. His name is shivam gupta, i guess. Firstly ac was not working. There were no electricity in evening and no power back up. When asked for power back he said light nahi ayegi, rehna hai toh raho , nahi toh u can leave or refund nahi hoga. He is an arrogant person. The staff was well mannered but owner himself was rude, arrogant and behaved very badly. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. The owner literaly shouted and talked disrespectfuly. Please do not book this hotel.

Very good Hotel, good location, clean and neat, very good rooms, very good testy food even late night, excellent experience. This is the only hotel will serve you better for you and your family.

Great service and great rooms. In fact the room quality can be compared with many 4 and 5 star hotel rooms. The only point i didnt like was the number of channels available in the television😛
