I
made
a
hotel
booking
with
OYO
for
this
hotel
on
dated
10/12/2022.
Check
in
date
was
10/12/2022
and
check
out
was
on
11/12/2022.
I
also
made
full
payment
online
at
the
time
of
booking
When
I
reached
to
the
hotel
on
10/12/202
at
11:10
PM
,
the
denied
to
check
in
and
said
that
no
room
is
available.
But
in
real
their
intention
was
to
charge
me
a
handsome
amount.
I
contacted
to
the
oyo
support
team
quickly.
They
explained
that
we
are
cancelling
your
booking
and
they
suggested
me
to
check
in
other
hotel
named
Surya
plus
nearby
hotel
But
when
I
went
there
they
also
denied.
I
keep
on
wandering
here
and
there
till
late
night.
As
already
it
was
12:15
AM
(
midnight)
And
I
have
to
appear
in
exam
in
the
morning
so
I
decided
to
spend
my
whole
night
at
the
railway
station
I
can't
remember
such
type
of
harassment
that
was
happened
with
me.
It
is
a
matter
of
shame
that
you
are
showing
checked
out
in
my
booking
ID
How
can
it
be
possible?
While
i
didn't
check
in
Worst
experience
I
request
you
not
to
book
this
hotel
and
not
to
use
OYO
Use
Goibbo,
make
my
trip,fab
hotels
