Hi,
I
am
Shweta
and
I
have
been
a
part
of
TDFS
for
almost
a
year.
It's
great
to
be
a
part
of
it
every
day
i
cherish
going
for
workout.
It's
been
fantastic
to
have
this
journey
with
amazing
trainer
Sarika
Di.
It's
a
place
where
I
can
have
multiple
Workouts
on
different
days
of
week.
It's
never
been
monotonous
it's
always
been
energetic,
fantastic
and
gaining
positive
vibes
from
here.
Yoga
is
not
simply
yoga
it's
power
yoga
we
practice
here,
HIIT,
pilate,
zumba,
dance,
aerobics,
muscle
tonning..we
enjoy
each
and
every
workout
and
the
way
out
trainer
guides
us
matters
alot.
She
keeps
taking
sessions
in
between
guiding
us
about
diet,
impact
of
work
out
on
our
body,
best
practices
to
be
followed
in
between,
before
or
after
workout.
We
also
have
sessions
on
self
defence
which
is
not
a
part
of
fitness
in
other
places,
we
have
all
events
and
celebrations
here
with
specific
theme,
costumes,
food
and
dance
everything
is
appreciated.
I
took
time
but
coming
back
in
shape
and
it's
all
because
of
being
part
of
TDFS,
I
feel
happy,
energetic
and
positive
coming
here.
If
I
miss
any
day
by
chance
i
keep
missing
it
and
feel
bad
too.
I
am
continuing
my
journey
here
and
would
like
others
also
to
join
it
and
cherish
their
days.
