HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service! No one responds nor do they pick up your calls and have zero regard for your timelines. I had bought a size smaller so I wanted to exchange it for a bigger size and I sent it back to them more than a month before Diwali hoping to wear the correct size on Diwali. They called me to check what size I wanted and told me I would get the new piece in 3-4 working days and today is the day I wanted to wear it 2 weeks after theirs call and the pair still hasn’t come. The lady was laughing on the phone when I was yelling obviously not taking me seriously. Despite many messages and calls I did not receive any response. DO NOT BUY from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Placed an order ten mins back online instead of size 38 I placed an order with size 37 and these were two pairs. Immediately called them asking to change it to 38 and they said they can’t do it. It’s not like they have delivered the item and I’m asking for an exchange. Veg disappointed with the customer service!! You can definitely say no if the item was delivered and I’m asking for an exchange. It’s only been TEN MINS!!

Overseas buyers beware. Ordered two kids juttis that were on sale. Clearly one pair was worn/used as it was filthy looking and the souls had ware and tare. According to “customer service” the shoes looked absolutely fine and they do not ship used shoes. They’re a joke. Take your chances if you’d like to lose out on money… one of the pairs was fine.

Poor quality and craftsmanship. They claim to use high end raw materials but it’s not true. The shoes are so expensive for what they are giving. They are not sturdy enough, mine ripped apart only after wearing it 3-4 times. They did nothing about it. Gave me lame excuses. It’s just fancy not durable. Refrain from spending your hard earned money on needledust.

The designs are good but the services are poor. I wore the footwear for the first time and it got worn-out from the base. I called them and they said we dont do repairs. Really disappointed. I might not trust the brand to buy such expensive footwear again.

Great collection in this store, love all the designs, very comfortable juttis (have been buying from Needledust for ages now). Specific to the store: extremely helpful staff, including the store manager and Anjali (who very kindly gift-wrapped my juttis).

I went to Needledust store at Saket. The collection was amazing. The sales rep named Shikha was extremely helpful and she helped me try different Juttis and mules. I ended up buying one of them. After I went home, I realised I forgot my bag at the store. I called the store, and Shikha helped me get my bag. She went over and above her duties and courierd the bag to me on the same day. I was impressed by the customer service that she provided. I will definitely visit the store again thanks to people like Shikha! Keep it up Needledust!
