Best ENT doctor in Saket area. I went to her for my severe throat infection and I got relief in 1st dose of her prescription. Very kind, humble & listen the problem very patiently. Her prescribed medication is also not very costly. She told me to take medicine for 5 days and visit her again only if problem persist. Although she was very confident that I don't have to visit her again as the infection will go from her prescribed medicine. Thank you ma'am for taking good care of your patient.

I have been visiting Dr. Sanjucta Ghosh Arora for several years now, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have her as my ENT specialist. Her kindness, expertise, and continuity of care make her an invaluable asset to her patients.

Couldn't even get though the appointment process. My friend tried to book an appoint on friday via message, they replied on saturday saying she needed to come on sunday at 12:30pm. When my friend messaged to confirm on sunday before her visit they said the message went to her by mistake. What if my friend didnt confirm like normal people and just showed up as per the date and time given to her? Sanjucta needs to understand her clients are not regular people. They are unwell and in pain! You can't just send a message for appointment date by "mistake." Highly disappointed and extremely unprofessional.
