Rude manager. They don't allow you exchange!! (even within the exchange period). I bought a brown pair of shoes from this store. I wore them once and realised that the shoes were very uncomfortable. Despite being in great condition, the manager refused to exchange them

Very less collection of formal shoes. Staff is corporative and their to help you. It's in West patel nagar market. Nearest metro station is patel nagar. Two wheeler parking easily available but difficult for four wheeler

Excellent services, they also do home delivery for products if product not available on outlet, in less then an hour. MR. Praladh singh and outlet manager are wonderful person they never let coustmer dissatisfied. Thank-you team bata.

Not much varieties available, also the staff judged me based on my looks and later complied when they found out I have the capacity to buy hush puppies 😅... So lame !! Anyhow, you can order through them from online site also. Parking is not available in front of store for four wheelers. A couple two wheelers can be parked. Timings are till 8pm during the current Lockdown period.

Quality of Bata footwears is going down after lockdown in the aftermath of this Virus induced lockdown. This particular store from Patel Nagar New Delhi area doesn't cares about customers requirements but only about their sales. Overall not good products and experience as it used to be.

Bata shop is now renovated with more comfort. As it's in the main market, so very easy to go & purchase footwear's of own choice. Staff is friendly and cooperative. It was a nice experience.👌👍😊

Every time I visited the store my exp was good...But recently I had purchased purse worth rs 1699...The quality was as I had purchased it from local market n wen I requested the store manager to return it he tried to refuse
