Pernia's Mehrauli has been my biggest nightmare in my whole wedding shopping process. To be specific, anyone going there or going to Pernia's Hyderabad should beware of stylist named Sana Khan. Extremely incompetent and clueless. I ordered a Pallavi Mohan gown on November 1 which was supposed to be finished and ready for trial by December 15. I could only reach Dec 20. In those 5 days, Sana did not even check the gown properly whether all points related to the discussion were adhered to. When I reached Dec 20, the gown was completely different from the designed discussed and the sketch given to me for reference. Also, it was two sizes too large. Terrible work by Pallavi Mohan. Sana took measurements and gave me an appointment for 3 days later. One day before I was supposed to fly out back to my current city as I'm from Bangalore. On the day of, NO WORK was done. Second trial was same as first. Masterji did pinning morning of my flight. Obviously 3 hours later, it was not ready. They said they'll send it to Bangalore. Such incompetence, such unprofessional behaviour. And then the whole team stopped picking up calls. Especially stylist in question, Sana Khan. My Shahpur Jat outfits were done on time. Such seamless experience mostly. I thought Pernia's is a trusted brand. But such rude people. And Bangalore team is no different, just as bad. Reena, Sana and the whole team of incompetent people made the experience terrible. Pallavi Mohan as a known designer was a huge disappointment. I'm 5 days away from my event and I have no gown ready to wear. This brand is pointless. Just for show. Very untrained and low IQ people. They think just dressing well and speaking English is a qualification to work there. Sana especially never picks up calls. Super attentive until money is paid. After that madam is either "travelling for work" or "late this morning" or "out sick". And never agree to pay more than 30-40% advance. So that you're not stuck. Go for Pernia's only if you want hassle and unprofessional behaviour and delayed orders. Really not worth the drama and energy and time. Local designers are better.

I had an awesome experience at Pernia's. I flew all the way from Canada and was not disappointed. The selection is amazing but what made the world of a difference was the service. Thank you to Sonaali and Rajiv for going the extra mile for us. Not only did they help with my outfits, they made sure we got to our hotel safely and continued to help with any other blips we had throughout our trip. Definitely will come back here and highly recommend for others to check this location out!

Bought a lehanga from Pernia’s pop up studio and it is absolutely amazing! They did the customisations exactly how I asked. The team is a delight to work with especially Shivani. can’t speak enough about my amazing experience with shivani! From my very first communication with shivani via WhatsApp, she was kind, helpful, and replied promptly. She also arranged delivery of my lehanga at my place in the busy wedding time. Had a great experience at Pernia’s Pop-Up with Mr. Prabhat Pankaj assisting me pick my outfits. He was very patient and helped me try several outfits. Later, he shared the pictures with me over WhatsApp. Overall it was a very pleasant experience thanks to Prabhat 🙏

The worst designer showroom. They took the sizes thrice still the bridal dress fitting is not as per the sizes. Missed my occasion due to them. Don’t ever think to buy from them. Moreover when you ask them to make to you talk to the store manager/ owner they are not available….
