I recently visited Bikanervala and had a delightful experience. The interior was charming, creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining. The standout dishes were the Kachori, a crispy and flavorful treat, and the Kadhi Chawal, a comforting and creamy combination with perfectly cooked rice. The restaurant's variety of vegetarian options was impressive, and the overall dining experience left me satisfied and wanting to return. And I enjoyed Rasgulla as desert.

Pathetic Service by the Staff (Manager) along with the quality of stuff (pics attached for reference). Got Fungi in the fresh pack of sweets and on complaining , they don't bother to revert on positive note and don't feel sorry for the same. Manager is on another high level. It simply shows the case of Extreme Carelessness.

SUPER OILY FOOD AND ZERO SERVICE !! was going here for lunch sometimes The place is very well done in terms of interiors facilities and parking The food and service is not consistent though Couple of times they goofed up between the table number and bill so the food came late but at least the quality was OK Last time now will not visit again the experience was HORRIBLE!! ,ordered amritsari thali which had more oil than the chole itself pic attached and ordered ice tea which came after the food was finished after complaing several times the guy behind the counter was not interested in making it 🤔 Finally had to raise an issue with the floor manager Just a great looking place will not win customers food quality and service will ensure repeat and long term customers Please look into this !!

This chain of restaurants serves some excellent vegetarian dishes. I would like to single out the Shahi paneer for particular praise. It was one of the tastiest paneer dish that I ever tried.

Overall - better than several other Bikanervalas. Cleanliness in the washrooms is a concern. Sensors of taps and dispensers don't work either. The food is standard Bikanervala quality. Table service is a welcome change. Servers could be polished though. Security guards are prompt and helpful. Use the nearby paid parking, if needed.

It was my 1st visit to this Bikanervala 165 outlet. This outlet is very spacious, well maintained with all comforts of sitting arrangement. There 50 to 70 people can sit and enjoy delicious food and sweets.

The enchanting atmosphere, impeccable service, and delectable cuisine on a diverse menu make it a highly recommended choice for a delightful dining experience.

Top notch! We were hungry around 10 pm and came to this brand new and super premium Bikanervala. The interiors are super well done, furniture selection & lighting are exquisite. None of the desi QSRs have such beautifully done interiors. Hats off to the detailing game here. Food was super tasty and service was quick and attentive. This is NOT A SELF SERVE restaurant, so sit back and relax. Staff was super nice and polite. We ate Amrtitsari kulcha combo & Hyderabadi chaap/naan combo (excellent). Great job Bikanervala. Bar has been raised.
