used
this
company
for
a
3
hour
Delhi
evening
tour
and
everything
was
going
smoothly
till
something
very
upsetting
happened.
Sparing
the
minor
details,
the
booking
via
the
GetYourGuide
platform
was
very
easy
and
I
opted
for
an
evening
3
hours
tour
of
some
interesting
places
in
Delhi.
The
driver
turned
up
on
time
the
car
was
very
nice
and
clean
friendly
driver,
so
far
so
good.
We
reached
our
first
stop
and
the
guide
was
already
there,
friendly
and
very
knowledgeable
about
the
area.
Just
before
our
last
stop
the
guide
asked
me
if
I
could
give
him
a
review
on
the
platform
I
used
to
book
as
he
said
he
would
get
customers
the
following
day
based
on
previous
reviews,
to
which
I
was
happy
to
obliged.
He
even
shared
his
internet
with
me
and
asked
to
me
do
that
on
the
way
to
our
next
stop.
This
is
in
fact
part
of
a
canning
plan,
to
divert
the
tour
into
a
tourist
trap
shop
where
they
said
itās
to
show
us
traditional
handmade
artefacts.
They
are
overpriced
itens
with
pushy
sales
people.
It
took
me
a
long
time
to
get
out
of
there.
Once
they
realised
I
was
not
gonna
buy
anything
they
were
only
too
happy
to
see
the
back
of
me!
My
three
stars
here
go
to
the
driver
and
to
the
fact
that
I
saw
some
places
of
New
Delhi
I
have
not
seen
before.
The
guide
knew
I
would
not
be
able
to
change
my
review
on
āGetYourGuideā
platform
and
so
under
false
pretences
asked
me
to
review
earlier
and
would
leave
the
out
of
my
true
bad
experience.
Despite
my
ranting
at
him
for
taking
me
to
tourist
trap
against
my
will
he
wasnāt
worried
as
probably
taught
heād
never
see
my
face
again
so
he
didnāt
care.
I
am
all
in
favour
of
supporting
the
local
economy
however,
I
do
believe
if
you
are
paying
for
a
private
tour
you
have
the
right
to
be
asked
if
you
wish
to
do
something
or
not.
Given
I
only
had
a
few
hours,
spending
over
half
an
hour
being
pushed
goods
I
donāt
want
is
not
a
choice
I
would
have
taken.
Despite
telling
them
I
would
not
buy
anything
they
still
push
me
towards
goods
until
I
took
a
firm
stance
and
said
I
was
leaving!
Putting
people
under
this
kind
o
pressure
is
in
my
view
despicable
behaviour!
I
have
contacted
āGetYourGuideā
and
asked
for
my
review
to
be
taken
down
which
they
already
did.
I
also
made
a
formal
complaint
about
this
practice
which
is
against
the
rules
of
transparency
and
the
company(
Taj
destinations
tours)
will
hear
from
them.
I
have
requested
a
follow
up
to
ensure
they
go
through
with
my
complaint!
In
future,
if
you
wish
take
customers
to
your
vendor
friends
,
and
partners
you
should
give
customers
the
ultimate
choice,
specially
when
you
are
using
the
time
they
paid
for!!!
