Gurgaon Toastmasters Club (GTMC) has been my gateway to Toastmasters - and a gateway to public speaking! While i used to chest thump often saying that i knew English Language, I hadn't put it into effective use. GTMC has helped me channelize my talent, hone my skills as a speaker and I stand before you as a Competent Communicator - in 6 months time. If you feel that you have to hone your skills, speak your heart out - then GTMC is the place to be. We meet Every Sunday, 10:15 AM to 12:30 PM. Do drop in, and experience the joy of speaking!

I’m Rohit, a proud member of GTMC (Gurgaon Toastmasters Club). I started my toastmasters journey almost a year back!! My journey with Toastmasters has helped me to grow personally and professionally. I can see the changes in me and have also received feedback from other members on my improvement. Attending and participating in the club activities has helped me to come out of my introverted shell and to interact with other like-minded people, which I was always hesitant about initially. I’m now very comfortable reaching out and maintaining good relationships with new people, and this skill has helped me immensely both personally and professionally! Before joining the TM club, I was very confident with my skills, but was not that good at persuading people and explaining things in a simpler way. Regularly attending meetings helped me to get that confidence to make my self a better articulator. After delivering and playing different roles in the meeting, it has helped me immensely to improve my confidence to speak up, even on a topic on which I don’t have much background. TM has helped me overcome public speaking fear, and I’m still on the journey to improve it further. Being an EC member for the last two SAAs and the current VP VR allows me to explore the leadership side. Being VP of PR, I'm trying to take the club to greater heights and to maintain the legacy. I wish I had joined TM some years earlier.

The club is crowded, dull and not entertaining for guests. One senior member there is too critical who is idolised by everyone else in the group. Not very encouraging for someone who is new at public speaking and wants to overcome his/her shyness. Probably competitive for people who are already good at oratory.

One of the best club , mixture of veterans and new participants. Very conducive environment for experiment.

Gurgaon Tostmasters club(GTMC) is great place to be in if you are sincerely thinking of grooming your public speaking and leadership skill. It is one of the most experienced, mature Toastmasters club in NCR.

Best toastmasters club in Gurgaon. Well organised events. The club executive committee is committed to its members development. The feedback’s received are constructive.
