Scam dont ever waste ur money i bought a cake for 799 they tolde my phone wad switched off but i am sure itd not and after that they want me to pay redelivery charge which was 150 amd i got a email that there is no redelivery for my order

The quality of the product is poor, and the picture seen on website is extremely different from the order provided. I would avoid F&P and all its associates whether it is for cake or for flowers. Customer service post-delivery is extremely painful. Please avoid at all costs. Do Avoid, call customer service several times.
