Pathetic staff and they don’t know how to talk The very first thing they asked me to wait for 20 minutes to just submit the sputum sample And the owner is lady and she behave very rudely i just asked for recipt. Of payment she was behaving very very rude She gave me one print with bar code as recipt and when i left then call me and said that’s not recipt i have come to lab again give her back else test cant be possible and she talked in very improper manner which is acceptable

Technician do not maintain proper hygiene.. Like using of hand gloves at time of taking blood.. Using good quality of cotton.... Pathetic experience.. Not expected from this big brand.. Very disappointed
