Recently stayed at the hotel with family, I must say my choice for this place turns out to be one of my favourite way to spend my weekend. I like almost everything at the hotel from staff behaviour to cleanliness. The roof top bar was one of my dream come true night , the view from the top was awesome including ambience, music and food was also great. Enjoyed the swimming pool early in the morning. Breakfast buffet was too good. Highly recommended place to stay.

Worst stay of my life. The stay comes with free breakfast and dinner but oh my, what a scam it was. Breakfast had no tea, if tea was brought out then cups were not around. Dinner we had curries but no chappatis. The desert was stale and few. In short, I had horrors that I might not be fed enough for each meal. The property has open parking and you might be asked to park in the complex next to it. Saving grace were the good bellboys. I won’t recommend this property as prices are comparable to other good properties if not more.

Stayed here during a trip to Jaipur in March 2023. The room felt a bit cramped, but was decent. The staff was professional and service was quick, whether room service, in-room dining or front desk. Their breakfast buffet spread was good, though the taste was average. The hotel is across the main road, so day-time can be a bit noisy in the room due to the honking sound. But, overall a decent place to stay.

Lemon Tree is good but not worth the price. I tried paneer sandwich which was just average in taste. It is one of the oldest shop at Jaipur, which is providing the same tasty food from the beginning till now. They have lot of varieties of sandwiches. They provide tasty sandwiches with pocket friendly prices. If you are in Jaipur and want to taste something different in sandwiches, try once. You won't find better sandwiches in Jaipur. Although the prices are a bit higher & decor is not much photogenic but if you are a foodie and visit restaurants for tasty food, Prakash sandwich is the place you must visit.

Excellent stay. We carefully went through reviews of many 4 star/5 star hotels in Jaipur. After carefully reviewing quite a few and considering the distance from Bapu Bazaar/Johri Bazaar and other important places, and the cost, we zeroed in Lemon Tree Premiere as the preferred hotel. It lived up to its expectations. Great service, very neat and clean hotel, everyone from Reception (Karan and one lady whose name I forgot) to Room service to Restaurant were polite and forthcoming. Seeing the tub in the bathroom, the kids were interested to do a bubble bath. In no time, they provided us with the liquid we needed for it. Gave us free upgrade, no charge on 2.5 hours late checkout etc. etc. Key things: cleanliness of the hotel and promptness of the staff.

From the moment I checked in, I was greeted by cutting-edge technology that enhanced every aspect of my stay. The rooms were not only spacious and comfortable but also equipped with state-of-the-art automation, allowing me to control everything from lighting to room service requests with a simple touch. The resort's fitness center was a tech-lover's dream. It featured the latest exercise equipment with built-in screens for personalized workouts and even offered virtual reality fitness experiences. It made staying active during my vacation an absolute joy.

Call Lemon Tree to check availability of rooms, the guy whom I spoke was interested only in geting my credite card details. When I told him to wait, he got upset and hung up the call. Then after a minute or so, a guy called up to me again and he sounded the same guy who hung up on me. On inquiry, he said he is Vinit Goyal. When I tried to explain him about the employee's unprofessionl attitude, he hung up on me again. Of all the Hotels I never expected such things to happen to customers. Very bad experience. I request the Hotel to kindly find out the guys and take necessary action. Regards Dr. R.O.

Impressed by the standard & quality of hospitality offered. Great investment. You won't regret your experience. Although the staff can improve a bit more on professionalism hence I kept that one star. Probably they aren't getting well-trained staff in the region, so they should resource the same from outside.

Best hotel located near to the airport. But the room service was not at all what I paid for, despite highlighting the issue, it was not resolved until the day I left. The staff are good and very cooperative, not sure where the gap is. The local hotel management have to definitely look into the room inspection process before assigning the room to any new guests ensuring all things are functioning properly.

Very kind and helpful staff, very good food and nice clean rooms. Senior sous chef was very kind and the nice cleaner who sadly can't talk was very kind I would stay here again

Rooms a little dated but clean. Service was good. I had issues with the WiFi and they sorted it. The restaurant serves good food and the staff are friendly. The only issue is the traffic noise and honking which can be heard from the room. The gym is adequate and there's a small pool upstairs. Rooms are accessible without using a key card in the lift Some rooms have a bathtub which you have to climb into, to use the shower. If you want a normal shower you probably have to request The room also has a night light. Very handy

Very unprofessional. Asking money for basic amenities. Had a very bad experience while booking the room itself. Don't expect such things from hospitality industry.

Stayed here for a month. Service staff in Citrus is great - 5 stars for them. But overall, the hotel is average. Hygiene is an issue - both in restaurant and room. Reception staff needs more training in "going the extra mile". Housekeeping staff also needs more training in following through specific requirements.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Team is very polite and helpful. Room is okay and you will get all basic amenities (shower gel, shampoo, dental kit, comb, slippers, iron/ironing board etc). There is a wide variety of dishes for breakfast and even a coffee machine. 😎 Overall stay was pleasant and nice.

Had taken buffet dinner and breakfast as part of room package. Dinner was average. Breakfast was far better in terms of taste and spread. Room was fine.

I had one night stay here. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. We had lunch in their restaurant. The food taste is average and is oily. The response of front desk is very slow. Few of the guest had arguments in front of me.

This is a budget friendly hotel in the city of Jaipur. We stayed here for 4days with a complimentary breakfast. They also have buffet for dinner and lunch if you prefer for an additional 800rs. The staff is really courteous and helpful. Our room was cleaned. There is also a travel desk, a spa? gym and swimming pool here but it was closed due to the pandemic. On the roof top we have a pub/restaurant called rebel. The ambience was really good and the food/drinks was good with some live music. Overall a good stay!

Really nice place to stay in Jaipur. The rooms are clean, the service is quick and overall the staff is very courteous. There are areas where th age of the place shows but i think that's fine as long as the rooms are clean. One notable feature was the size of the room, unlike basic rooms which has just enough place to have two beds, this has enough and more room to accommodate couple of more beds quite easily

Good hotel. Good on location, bad on cleanliness, had dust in room, cleaning team took my stuff away (not costly so thankful). Liked the room pattern, the patio kind of structure to sit beside window in balcony to enjoy the city.

This is very nice hotel for domestic market. Staff are nice and courteous. Rooms are good but depends on what view you get and what price you pay for it. Restaurant is very good. And breakfast was good & up to the mark as per this category of hotel. They rooftop small swiming pool which is nice. the highlight would be the rooftop restaurant and bar "Revel". Awesome vibe, nice seating & music. The food is very good but menu can have some more variety.

I stayed with my family in lemon tree, jaipur for 3 days and we really enjoyed it. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The food was also very delicious, specially breakfast. The staff is also very professional.

Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is very attentive. Also got the call from reception asking for any help is needed, whether I like the room or not. Location is also centre place of Jaipur. If you are thinking where to stay, u should opt for lemon tree premier. Infact next time onwards this is my fixed staying option.

Spacious and wooden luxury rooms along with Jacuzzi fitted bathrooms.. however some of the rooms need maintenance .. Housekeeping is good however service staff in resturant are slow.. location is great its just behind Inox having spectacular views of hills .. overall excellent stay

It was nice experience to stay there at Lemon Tree. Loved the Room Spacious,,..,, It would be Wonderful experience if they have taken care of my luggage as they have dropped it to lobby rather than the cloakroom and I got the assurance form them to safekeeping of my luggage. But when I returned for check in, it was lying ideal at the lobby only like anything... They were not even bothered about their service for someone's luggage remained ideal for hours..

Average hotel, below average breakfast, not a typical lemon tree breakfast spread, taste below average, service ok, reception staff highly inefficient, housekeeping staff is good and prompt, rooms are nice and spacious, but the hotel needs a do-over, location is convenient, overall avoidable. Lemon tree has some good properties across India with a good staff and food, this one is definitely not one of them.

It was a perfect stay at Lemon tree. We couldn't have asked for more. Customer friendly staff, having an ear to our request. We stayed here for 3 days and it was very comforting. Their buffet spread(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner), I still dream of it 😋 I use to look forward to go to the restaurant and check out what's new in the menu.. Everyday they had something new to surprise me. Chef Jai and his team, Sonali and Vijay(always smiling and attending guest) did a fab job. Full marks for the hospitality they offered. We also tried their rooftop restaurant Rebel one of the best rooftops with amazing ambience. I recommend this hotel and would surely visit again on the next trip. Kudos to the staff and management!!

Comfortable stay. They can improve the breakfast service. Had to ask for crockery for water, tissues, cups for tea. Breakfast spread was just fine. The servers need to be more hospitable especially for families with kids.

Clean rooms. Many staffs will keep greeting the guests when every they cross path. Such a nice guesture. Good spread in breakfast. Tasty foods. Breakfast is fully vegetarian and has only eggs as non veg option. Good spa and well maintained equipments in the fitness centre. Used both of them. Located next to Theatre, but no disturbance. Good place to stay.

Hotel is good but we faced issues on check in. We booked deluxe room but they provided basic one. They changed it afterwards after confirmation though but we had to wait. Also, we booked breakfast but on asking they said you had not booked breakfast. It was again confirmed after checking the booking details. I mean they did not confirm details prior assigning rooms and facilities.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure my every need was met. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had the best night's sleep in a long time. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, from the fitness center to the delicious on-site restaurant. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay. Five stars all the way!
