It's situated on the edges of the town close to the boundary. Further, it has more than adequate parking spot. The dinner lobby situated on the right of the entry has a fair region. The food served was OK though the cutlery was very old. In general experience was normal. As a chef I would say food was pathetic as costumers I would say food was ok ok .

The hotel service is very good. Staff is helpful and supportive. The food can have more options in the morning buffet. The room is not as spacious as compared to other four star hotels. The cleanliness and room service is really good. Suite room is really good, other rooms are small with even smaller washroom. Clean, cordial staff. Breakfast options can be improved, breakfast was cold as well. Dinner is good. However if you have any special requirement- like decoration n all, please talk to the manager itself, as other staff might give you wrong information by mistake, I faced it because of which my surprise celebration was spoilt. However they compensated by upgrading the room and good service. Good Location. All in all a good place with few improvements suggested.

On the highway. Adequate parking space. Improvement in food quality, average price, good varieties available. Freshness is great on baked items. Need more food varients to serve the cosmo crowd.

The rooms are maintained very well and it was very pleasing. I was staying there a week before christmas. The resort personnel are very helpful and polite in taking care of our needs. During my stay, the restaurant was not functioning (maybe due to winter) and no Wi-Fi access. That was bit disappointing! Apart from that I will say that the overall experience with my stay was enjoyable.

Was here to conduct a two day training workshop. Decently appointed rooms. Large lawn available for conducting outdoor activities. The conference hall was just average. Staff was courteous. Food was good, however, service in the restaurant could be better.

The taste of food is not up to the mark. Rest everything was perfect.

Excellent place to be. Attended several marriage functions and office events. The food is decent and staff is courteous. The garden is an ideal place for marriage functions and can easily accommodate over 1000 people. The place is so Big that it can accommodate several functions at a time. Approach road is a little dicey so make sure you follow google maps instructions carefully.

Rooms are moist and not cleaned I attend the marriage ceremony Drainage system are poorest During rain blockage and pitts. Food preparation staff is not interested to serve gently I never think of BOOKINGS such resort Not experienced staff or unskilled staff hired for resort 😒😒

Have attended a residential wedding. The quality of food and service was hopeless and not worth the cost.

The room was so comfortable, the food at maple emerald absolutely spectacular (we ate two meals there). Our waitress was just wonderful. Looking forward to staying with you in the future. It a very well managed marriage/ party venue with ample parking. The food (baring a couple of dishes) is absolutely scrumptious, the snacks (in the middle of winters) were served piping hot each with a distinct flavour. Value for money surely.

Very nice resort for wedding .. Went to attend wedding here, well maintained and well decorated. Location is also very good and easy to reach...in Delhi-Gurgaon main highway.

Amazing lobby entrance loan area and washroom too plus I visit both the rooms premium & dinning but I like the premium one in which I find jaccuzi , everything is very well orangized here I ton can't find a dirt particle over there plus they don't have any issues regarding unmarried couples whether its boy or girls only one can submit their ID on counter , sofas of lobby are amazing in sitting , corridor is also very neat & clean , they also have a banquet for functions and only one restaurant is there that is ELEMENTS , its a 4 star hotel as said by a staff member , many amenities are given by maple in rooms like tea section , mini bar is there , wifi also have a section where one can keep the luggage , rooms are very well maintained , separate washrooms are there for male & female where reception is there and there is a way goes to their loan area I am amused after I saw this , they also have one more building in which I have not gone & 2 gates are there one for employee and one for customers , I get permission after some time to click pic & take videos , when I see prices online its very good and in these prices one get so many amenities be it for one day or other day .

Exterior seems a bit old, but inside is good. For wedding functions, the banquets seen to be too small. Felt claustrophobic in the banquet. Food was so so.
