Booked for one day stay on 03rd December through OYO site and also got confirmation from OYO. However on reaching Mahipalpur that evening near to the Hotel as per google map, we searched entire area for this Hotel, but couldn't locate and nobody could help us to find this hotel, since it is infamous. Then we contacted OYO number, the representative told us that the Hotel is closed for maintenance. Hence we had a tough time in Mahipalpur even after booking thru' OYO. This is one my worst experience with OYO. I am happy that I didnot pay online even though OYO insisted. Then we took a room in the same area, Vasanth Kunj Main road itself (which is a non-OYO - cheap and best with Geyser, Room A/c. etc for a reasonable price of less than Rs.900/-). Please don't go for OYO room in Mahipalpur/Aerocity areas, wherein cheating is much. The OYO representative there is not helpful and is having kickbacks from few hotels in that area.

Good rooms but not excellent because they were saying that they recently started this hotel so they don't have much resources in comparison to other hotels. Otherwise Good. People were good infact.

Staying in this hotel was worst experience ever I have been through when stayed in hotel. From hotel staff to hotel service deserve 0 stars from my side. The series of worst experiences started when I reached the hotel after wandering about for an hour it is far away from airport , 1) The hotel staff at reception didn't have manners on how to talk ,they don't even care for their reputation ,I was shown an offer by phonepe to pay instantly but they denied to take payments and said we have no rooms left even if a booking id TLBQ0914 Was assigned to me. They said do whatever you want ,call Oyo and make a complaint we don't care . 2) They didn't provide us towels ,they lied everytime I asked for the towel by saying towels are wet and not available 3) the room service was so pathetic that it would make you rethink your idea of staying in this hotel at first place .they don't listen to your requests and if they do that would be after 1 hour 4)there is no parking facility but it was shown on OYO website that this hotel has parking 5) no card payments accepted but this one also shown on App 6) Door didn't has the sliding lock it was in a broken state 7) Ac was sounding abnormally 8) We were served tea as breakfast in the name of veg breakfast as they mentioned it on app in broken cups And when I said nothing else just tea then they gave me "4 slices of breads " with no roast and butter Overall experience was horrible and I don't suggest anyone to ever visit this place .truly bad,one last word for Oyo " OYO you must keep a check on the code and conduct of these hotel that you represent else they keep fooling in your name"

Pathetic, Discomfort, Not at all recommending the property to any one. Such a horrible experience I had . TV not working, Washroom was super dirty, landline not working, After so much of request they change pillow cover and bedsheet which was very dirty earlier. This disgusting property deserved to be rated less than 1. Bunch Of crook's are handling the property.

Not happy. Room was ok. And location seems to be dangerous. Suitable for solo travellers. I won't suggest the couple's and girls. Free food provided, but food cooking and handling was terrible. Water bottle is unsealed ( Uncrushed bottles are refilled).

This is the total wastage of money even if you are getting room at rs 100 still you will regret because they don't have power backup no kitchen facilities and there is no hygiene at all. Bhai tatti h in short y hotel or staff bhi sale gawar h kuch bhi nhi pta unhe na hi WiFi h or na hi acchi location p h basti m h yr.

Oyo 22978 Larch Western is the worst Oyo I have ever stayed at. The points on which I want to glitter some lights considering Oyo's Pride and Promises done to the customers. 1. I reached on 08.08.2019 at 3 am and I saw everyone in the reception desk and including the waiter who took me to the room were fully drunk. Full of unprofessional hecks were there..Rude and Goon type behavior. 2. Next Day at the very Morning I asked for Breakfast, after calling for several time at 11 am they gave me pieces of bread and cold tea for the same. I don't know what for Oyo is charging 149 rs each plate for such horrible food. 3. All over the stairs and in the toilet, cigarette buds and matchsticks were flying around..All the rooms smell like alcohol. 4. Next Day morning they charged me 200 rs extra for breakfast though it was complementary with my booking. 5. When I asked for another room, they refused to give the keys for the same.. and argued with and abused me. I was scared as the location is very remote and no transport can come to us for help. Therefore I shall strictly not recommend Oyo 22978 Larch Western No One.. especially foreign travellers as well. Considering Oyo's reputation I feel really worse. This kind of unprofessional stuffs can definitely let Oyo Down.. I hereby, am, demanding for full refund for this booking and the extra charges collected by OYO 22978 Larch Western, Mahipalpur

Very bad hotel. No landline in the room to call room service. Blankets were very unhygienic. Staff was not ready to change. Had to call them 4 times before they finally changed it. Room was stinking and bedsheets were extremely dirty.

There are no basic amenities which one would find in a hotel. Like no wash basin in bathroom, no facility to lock bathroom gate from inside. Room was not clean. Used bedsheets and pillow provided.
