hotel
was
worst
experience
ever
I
have
been
through
when
stayed
in
hotel.

hotel
staff
to
hotel
service
deserve
0
stars
from
my
side.
The
series
of
worst
experiences
started
when
I
reached
the
hotel
after
wandering
about
for
an
hour
it
is
far
away
from
airport
,
1)
The
hotel
staff
at
reception
didn't
have
manners
on
how
to
talk
,they
don't
even
care
for
their
reputation
,I
was
shown
an
offer
by
phonepe
to
pay
instantly
but
they
denied
to
take
payments
and
said
we
have
no
rooms
left
even
if
a
booking
id
TLBQ0914
Was
assigned
to
me.
They
said
do
whatever
you
want
,call
Oyo
and
make
a
complaint
we
don't
care
.
2)
They
didn't
provide
us
towels
,they
lied
everytime
I
asked
for
the
towel
by
saying
towels
are
wet
and
not
available
3)
the
room
service
was
so
pathetic
that
it
would
make
you
rethink
your
idea
of
staying
in
this
hotel
at
first
place
.they
don't
listen
to
your
requests
and
if
they
do
that
would
be
after
1
hour
4)there
is
no
parking
facility
but
it
was
shown
on
OYO
website
that
this
hotel
has
parking
5)
no
card
payments
accepted
but
this
one
also
shown
on
App
6)
Door
didn't
has
the
sliding
lock
it
was
in
a
broken
state

Ac
was
sounding
abnormally

We
were
served
tea
as
breakfast
in
the
name
of
veg
breakfast
as
they
mentioned
it
on
app
in
broken
cups
And
when
I
said
nothing
else
just
tea
then
they
gave
me
"4
slices
of
breads
"
with
no
roast
and
butter
Overall
experience
was
horrible
and
I
don't
suggest
anyone
to
ever
visit
this
place
.truly
bad,one
last
word
for
Oyo
"
OYO
you
must
keep
a
check
on
the
code
and
conduct
of
these
hotel
that
you
represent
else
they
keep
fooling
in
your
name"
