Doesn't deserve any star. Worst hotel or i can say a nightmare for any traveller. Agent keep wandering and make person fool to book hotel. Rooms r dirty AC not working. Worst part is receptionist and hotel worker they r so ill mannered and literally ready to fight u. One should keep far far away from this hotel.

Its a very bad hotel in the world manager fight bcz of i entry in hotel for mewt frnd i dont now why there are work uneducated person they dont have experience just they know that battmizi se kese baate krte he customer se plzzz owner you have to take class of your workers thank you i will never recommend for stay this bad hotel thank you

I wish i could give negative ratings for this hotel, it was such a bad experience we booked the hotel for 12am to 11 am we reached there by 5am and told them we will check out by 8am. We paid 630rs and he was not happy because we paid it in the oyo app and he said that is very less. Fan was not working in the room ac was there but he switched it off by 7:30am. He called us at sharp 8am and asked if we were ready to check out. When we were about to leave he told us to give 5 star rating for the hotel we said we will give it later he said he wants us to give rating that time itself and forced us to give 5 star rating very disappointed with the hotel service and hope oyo will take some action against it

Well I don't generally post reviews but this particular hotel has to be reviewed. 1. First, the hotel is clean and nice but the management is damn so bad. 2. They don't have geysers but gave us electric heaters which ought to be put into buckets. 3. The room which was allotted to us didn't have it's lock working, so we had to leave our room open when going out. 4. When we arrived the hotel, at 12 in the night, they shifted us into a large room with 4 beds instead of giving us two separate rooms which we booked. 5. When we went to the reception to ask when are they going to give us two separate rooms, he started yelling at us in an ill mannered way and told to just wait till the afternoon. We just didn't want to make a scene as we came from Hyderabad to just spend two days of our holiday, so we didn't fight back against his ill behavior. But honestly, the rooms are good, except some not working doors and geyser and that make receptionist's ill temper.

It's good for the price. For a short trip it is nice. Ambience is quite and clean. It's near Paharganj side of NDLS Junction. Food menu is there if you wish to order something. Wi-Fi is available and if you are staying in winter season then hot water is available for bathing. Check your door lock before entry as sometimes it's jammed. Carry your I'ds for entry. Be careful if you are going with or influenced by the broker outside, they'll charge more as commission for them. Overall good experience till now.

Average hotel to stay ,charged 1k for AC room , staffs are good here but bedsheets and pillows are not cleaned . AC of the room is old one so it makes noise. Washroom is not good. Overall just below avarage.

Worst Hotel ever !!! I booked a room through OYO and reached the hotel reception at around 11 pm. The receptionist made me cancel my OYO booking and asked me to either pay cash or leave. Since it was late and I was too tired to find another hotel and had an early morning departure, I cancelled my booking and paid cash (more than my OYO booking). The room was also not the best. There were no toiletries and towel provided. The AC and TV remotes had 1 battery each and I had to toil with it to use the remote. The AC was not working. Upon enquiry, I found out that they had a master switch for AC at the reception and didn't turn it on probably because I had a short stay and wouldn't care to complain. Asked for drinking water and I had to pay 50% more than the MRP for it. At the reception, they continuously kept bad mouthing OYO. Their trick is, they let you reach their property using OYO and then badger you into cancellation. This hotel doesn't reflect well on OYO's part. Not at all Recommended !!!

The room provided by them was not clean enough to stay there and also the bed sheet has some stains it was not comfortable enough to live there and also after booking from OyoWe have paid around 500 to the executive and after checking earlier in the morning the executives said us there will be no extra charges.But after reaching there,the hotelCharges extra Rs.300 for checking in earlier but the executive said there will be no charges from the hotel at the time of booking it was completely like a fraud but although after paying the extra money we didn’t get a miss clean room it was having AC but the AC was broken it was not working when it was on India Oyo app there will be facilities like AC clean room nothing was there so it was just like a fraud.

Clean linen & bathroom in air-conditioned room at less than $13/ night. Don't expect the TV or fridge to work, but WiFi worked pretty good in this OYO hotel. Staff will provide services as long as small tips are regularly doled out. Elevator doesn't work. No parking available. Located in Paharganj at 7 mins walk from Ramakrishna Ashram metro station. No cards e-wallets accepted, cash only.

Very nice this hotel ,we like it and always we will try to stay in this hotel only all staffs cleaness etc in every respect all are very good

The hotel is very dirty and the staff are very rude and arrogant. Very bad smell is coming from everywhere. Washroom has no water. After taking money for room charging extra 300 for no reason.

Third class hotel..i don't recommend to any one to visit this hotel...They have charged a higher price for ac room, but ac was not working, water supply and room service was pathetic...the hotel manager behavior was very bad, the guy doesn't know how to speak with the customers.hope oyo will take some action against it. Worst experience!!

This is good but not in affordable according to the service and hygiene and expected to locality. They charge you same price either 1 hour or 24 hour to stay and expensive to other hotels with same locality, hygiene, rooms size etc.

Worst hotel to stay. Also, they made their agents to cheat people by telling low price and the other day they will change the price. You will see the receptionist changed on the other day telling us to pay the remaining price.

It was a great stay, Friendly staff, rooms are quite good, location I like the most near by R K Ashram metro station, and i feel very secure for couple friendly stay❤️❤️
