We had a great experience. The food is served to your table once the prepaid order is placed at the cash counter. There was no waiting time at lunch hour. The quality of food was great. I tried the sweets and Rajma Chawal both tatsed good. Toilet was clean.

Traditional Indian food and snacks point, good presentation proper sitting and serving, quality well up to the mark, menu placed on every table. Table service is provided over the table which I experienced at a few of the outlets. The combos and varieties are great. Traditional sweets and sweet dishes are also available and also attraction. The chain is renowned for the quality and it's hygiene. The good clientale base having all-over India.

Bikaner wala on the first floor have a place for Rajasthani cuisine. The thali is just amazing with multiple choices served by very courteous staff who make you feel like a maharaja. Never had a better Rajasthani food ever. Must try!

It was the first time that I went to this outlet of Bikanervala. I had a “Masala Dosa” and “Veg Manchurian Dry”. The Masala Dosa was very disappointing 👎. I didn’t like it at all. On the other hand, the Veg Manchurian Dry was superb 😋. The flavours of the Manchurian were very good.

The location of the shop is perfect for people tired furniture shopping . The options Scalia le r good too but The bhel I had was pathetic .. too sour .. the tea served was not fresh too ..

It's a really good place . Ambiance is kinda familiar. Service is also fine . Taste is also fine now so good . You can visit with your family .

I had this fruit sweet.. it was delicious.. but then I had chole bhature which was worsttttt.. tooo oily and seems like too stale or something ... Would prefer haldiram over Bikanerwala.. prices are almost same of both the chains.. toh haldiram is better

Food preparation is average, however they do serve which is a plus.. Staff is a bit slow and overall experience is nothing but average. So. Overall not recommended Location is good with ample parking space Crowd is not very trendy here

Taste is everything, in rajasthani thali though u will get everything unlimited but taste nothing. Service and ambience is very good no doubts but there is only water in their sabzis and lassi and all things , they are just below average taste, no taste at all. Total wastage of money.

Bikanerwala, kirti nagar Chole bhature - 8/10 Raj kachori - 3/10 Masala lemonade - 0/10 Cbole bhature tasted good but quantity if chole is too less for the big sized bhaturas. The curd in raj kachori had a bitter taste And masala lemonade was only water n lemon topped with masala that dint taste anything. The service was fine. And the hygiene was also maintained but the food was not good. Although it was full but that may be coz its the only brand outlet in the furniture market and everyone tend to go there. Overall - 3/10

Whenever i visit Kirti Nagar, with my client. I use to take break here. Today also I did the same. Very nice food 😋 and interior too. Staff is also very good.

Rajasthani Thali was amazing. Food was excellent. Service level was top class. It’s a owned by Bikanervala. Restaurant is on the first floor. Ambience was good. There is ample parking space infront of the restaurant. Bathrooms on first floor were clean. It’s a good option for families.

Ambience is good but service is late and the food is good when we ordered Vada i thought it is gonna be a normal size like normal south Indian vada but we only got 4 pieces and it was like size of 2 thumb and we received it very late food 1/5

Food is expensive to quantity served. Had ordered tomato soup served cold. Burger was just another burger. MC D basic burger is better which is half the price .

For some reason it was showing closed on Google however when we reached here, it was open n crowded. Ambience, nice and pleasant. Service, terribly slow. Food 1/5 Ordered Idli. Came with hint of chutneys. While the idlis were soft ( ignore the occasional stone in your mouth) the chutney, white was tasteless and full of water. The red chutney tasted palatable. Ordered tikki. Though the tikki was totally cold it tasted good. Wanted to order black coffee, their machine wasn't working. Available collection of sweets, savouries and other packed variety is good.

Please restructure this restaurant. On my last visit they were mostly out of snacks at 6 in the evening. They served Kulhad chai in a paper cup and the staff was not organized about orders as they were mixing orders. They served us Dhokla which we never ordered. We requested them to take it back but nobody was listening and Finally we handed the same over to the cleaning staff. I like the food but service has gone down rapidly. Kindly look into the same.

Very bad experience, All the food got served in one go including snacks, which made the main course cold. Also the food was tasteless and not prepared in Desi ghee. Even the service is so bad. Even the steel spoon was not available. Had to eat with plastic fork and spoon. No serving spoon also. Will not recommend this

Chole Bhature is must to taste. Service is good. Lots of varieties in sweet. Thali and combo meal is good to take a round on next visit.

Been to many outlets of Bikanerwala but this one is lower in comparison. Spread over 2 floors, often the first floor air-conditioning is off even while the ground floor is full. They will give you a table number so that food can be delivered there itself after you submit the token, but twice it happened with me that the food was lying ready but no one came to deliver. Food quality is nice and hence giving it 3 stars. But how can you expect customers to sit in a restaurant without ACs in the summer months?

Ordered Chowmin & Masala Dosa along with fresh lime water. Both dishes were tasteless & fresh lime was bitter. When complained about the it, they replaced fresh lime water with lassi which was equally bad. Next day we had food poisioning. Looks clean but actually it's unhygienic place ran by unprofessional.

This Bikanerwala outlet is a bit disappointing. When ordering the food we heard the manager telling the guy at the counter that snacks are finished. It was before 6:30 pm. This isn't expected from Bikaner. However, we got kachori and sabzi. We ordered 2 kulhad chai but then we were told they are out of kulhads. One of the waiters came and kept dhokla on our table which we did not order. When we called the waiter back he didn't even look at us. Another waiter came and we told him to take the dhokla back as it wasn't ours. The waiters seemed to be very confused. You could see it all over there. Staff can definitely be trained better here. Service should be improved.

The place is very understaffed which leads to the following. 1. Every 10mins you will see a customer shouting at the kitchen staff. 2. No one to manage the kitchen except the cook . 2. No cleaning, hence spilage all over. 4. Long wait to get the order.

Very very poor service. Food was very bad. Dosa was stale and cold. Chole bland, no taste. Lemonade was served without mixing the contents, sugar syrup was lying at the bottom of glass staff is not courteous and the place is not hygienic at all. Very bad experience.

Ordered Navratra and south indian food. The falahar poori were uncooked and taste of bhaji was bad. Dosa seemed stale. Horrible experience. Won't recommend it to anyone
