Location is good but Staff's are very rude, unprofessional. Room service totally worst. Room telephone was not working, geyser was not working. On requesting multiple time they provided 1 bucket warm water that too for 2 person. No systematic billing. Worst experience. Fake reviews about this hotel. Please avoid this hotel

Hotel was very Untidy, seems people over there come for hookups, there were some blood stains on bed sheet. I have to change the room for at least 2 times. Shortage of towels and they charged heavily even on water bottles. I would not recommend other to book a room and delist from make my trip. worst stay i have came across in my life.

First of all it is not a hotel, but a lodge ( written at the gate). Entrance is very dingy looking. Breakfast not included, no morning tea. You have to tell the night before what you would like to have for breakfast, and accordingly they prepare or order from outside, I have no idea. No lunch and dinner prepared. They asked us to order through Swiggy or Zomato. Room not very clean. Paint peeling from the walls and ceiling. Most of the plug points not working. The TV remote was broken, which they could not replace. It was difficult to control the volume with Tata Sky remote, as the sound was too loud even at the lowest volume . So had to keep it off. Fortunately, free Wifi was working. BSNL network was not working, so Wifi was a blessing. The linen did not look fresh. Perhaps they do not change when new guests occupy the rooms . If it was fresh, the fold marks would have been there. They do not change the quilt cover, which looked quite dirty. The discounted price was more than Rs. 3000 per night. I do not think it is worth it I am giving two stars because the staff was good, however the owner needs to improve the quality of the rooms. No towels in the bathroom, although I would have not used it. I do not think I will book a room again in this lodge

Very deceiving photos on hotel booking apps. Pathetic condition of rooms and worst service. Poorly behaved receptionist. Interior is very dingy and shady. Constant smell of cigarettes will annoy you.

Terrible it is!! The staff is super RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL . Rooms & linen are DIRTY. They gave me a room in which there wasn’t any TV also wifi wasn’t working. If i asked for another room shivam(one of there staff) got rude and screamed. This is not the way to treat a guest. I paid full but did not even stayed there. There’s written please call owner for any complaints but he didn’t even picks up the call. Really bad experience with this hotel. I don’t recommend this to anyone.

They provide rooms as per booking cost, if it's discounted they'll move you to a shady room (pictures shared) The staff is very unprofessional, rude and doesn't have any respect for customers!

Looks very shady. I came to stay for a peaceful visit but could not let my guard down. The host and hostess were kind and well mannered. But my understanding of oyo has forever been compromised. I had hair all around in the room and touching anything in general felt unclean.

Good vibe. Old & big rooms. Kind of a weird smell in rooms. Old Western like architecture. If you are looking for a different vibe go for it. Don't expect too much luxury and cozy

The hotel has a fun and lovely vibe, full of art hangings and helpful staff. The only thing that felt a bit wrong was the room shown in pictures does not quite fit in with the real ones. The smaller rooms are not shown on website, which are the most in number. Other than that, the cleanliness, service and hospitality was beyond my expectations.

Good for one night's stay. It's more of a lodge and not a hotel in its entirety and no kitchen, so you'll have to order everything from outside. Price is on the higher side for such a lodge.

Hotel is nice but services are not upto the mark as price, also, food is not served here, one needs to zomato or swiggy or manage anyhow. Early checkins are charged at high and no early check out rewards or concession provided. So, overall its okay.

I had a wonderful experience at hamilton when me and my family stayed here for 2 nights. The staff (what it seemed) talk limited than your usual hotel people but they will help you and give service in same sense. It’s a lodge hence only limited food options are available, although they have a tie up with nearby restaurant but i won’t recommend it. You can walk couple minutes and find many good cafes nearby. The room was clean and had an antique look to it. we got a great deal ,definitely worth the price.

A bit shady. Home converted into a hotel. Prime Location with a 24/7 store nearby. Staff seems a bit lazy. In house hotel food not recommend.

Light went off in our rooms and it wasn’t connected to a generator, while everyone else had lights in their rooms, we were sitting in the dark and even the manager couldn’t respond to that and had nothing to say

I never seen this type of room before. They allocated one corner room, unclean toilet, bedsheets and rat in the room. Disgusting place to stay. Don’t even think of staying here.

Worst experience with the stay. Dirty hotel, Clogged bathroom and the bedsheets were not cleaned. Too loud traffic noise which made it hard to sleep properly at night. Wont recommend to anyone

One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Overpriced , staff not helpful and there is no backup during power cuts. Rooms are old and smelly. Please avoid it and literally any other hotel at the same cost would be better. Don't be fooled by Google reviews which can be manipulated. Take my word , avoid at all costs

for just night stay in Hauz khas area, this is a good option. on main road, good communication available.

Excellent value for money working out about £35 a night. Rooms were basic but clean, accommodating and comfortable. Glen the hotel manager was very helpful printing off our tickets and getting us extra pillows.

Well placed and well maintained. Rooms are well equipped and clean. Value for money, room size is medium or large medium. Complementary breakfast is 'help your self service'. But I am taking one star away as initially they denied my check-in which was booked online at a nice deal, the issue was resolved within 30 minutes after complaining to OYO helpline.

The Ambience is nice clean and a very cool place with clean and safe invironment I saw many Elvis posters framed and kept kind of aunthentic and a cool place good for any age group to stay the staff out here are very supportive and informative and they know what they are doing best at there work had q great experience overall.

Best part is the witty posters all over the place.... Needless to say, extremely helpful and polite staff.. located at Malviya nagar, it is in city centre.. everything is accessible quite easily..
