Good
ambiance
yet
have
some
important
flaws
-
1.
Fast
food
and
sweets
have
different
billing
counters.
For
sweets
the
quantity
receipt
have
to
be
collected
from
sweets
counter
and
again
have
to
roll
back
for
submission
to
billing
counter
for
payment.
This
actually
delays
the
billing
process
and
cause
pain
for
a
customer
who
wants
mix
of
both.
At
times
even
the
machines
at
sweets
counter
don't
work
so
they
route
customer
back
to
billing
desk
and
by
the
time
you
reach
there
again,
you
will
see
3-4
people
in
front
lined
up
for
billing.
Assorted
sweets
billing
is
still
understandable
through
sweets
counter
but
why
billing
for
fix
quantity
(in
denominations
of
500g)
can't
be
done
from
main
billing
counter?
Not
sure
how
may
customer
raised
this
issue,
but
it
actually
kills
the
excitement
of
visiting
such
a
renowned
place
for
food
with
family.
Roaming
around
through
one
billing
counter
to
another
takes
half
of
the
time
and
not
feasible
for
senior
citizens
which
I
saw
were
going
through
the
same
trouble.
2.
This
is
another
issue
and
has
been
there
ever
since
I
started
visiting.
The
credit
card
works
only
at
1
counter
and
rest
of
the
machines
only
accept
cash/UPI.
They
have
a
similar
statement
whenever
asked
about
this
issue
which
is
"
the
issue
is
knowledge
but
no
fix
time
for
resolution".
It
feels
more
like
a
deliberate
attempt
to
avoid
card
transactions.
Because
it's
hard
to
believe
that
such
a
renowned
chain
is
sitting
over
this
issue
for
months
and
letting
the
customers
suffer.
3.
You
operate
with
very
less
staff
at
sweets
counter.
Moreover
your
staff
at
billing
needs
to
be
more
polite
and
customer
centric
rather
being
adamant
and
arrogant.There
effort
to
defend
the
delay
process
due
to
billing,
missing
counter
staff
and
other
factors
are
not
acceptable.
Haldiram
should
stand
with
their
process
and
protocols
however
feedback
for
on
improvement
and
quick
service
should
be
accepted
and
worked
upon.
For
now
your
staff
feels
that
customer
is
bound
to
come
no
matter
what
so
let
it
be
their
way.
4.
Lastly
the
number
provided
on
your
website
for
this
location
isn't
reachable.
It
disconnects
after
a
single
bell.
Hence
there
is
no
way
for
a
customer
to
check
for
desired
order
before
coming
which
may
save
fuel
as
well.
I
come
from
Gaur
City
2
to
your
place
but
if
the
above
points
won't
get
considered
in
future
I
would
better
go
to
Crossing
Republic
or
Sec
63,
which
are
closer
too.
