I don't know how this place has a good rating. They are one of the dirtiest hostels I stayed at. They don't allow turning on the AC in the middle of the Delhi heat! What's the point? The bathroom was dirty. The rooms were dirty. If you want to take a nap in the afternoon, you cannot in the bed you paid for because they won't allow you to turn on the AC. You must sleep in the common area where there may or may not be place. The kitchen was deplorable and i would think one hundred times before touching anything in there. I really don't know how such places survive. This place is run by people who know nothing about hospitality. They don't have a smile on their face when you arrive. Zero stars

Located in a relatively quiet residential neighborhood the place is accessible by Yellow line metro. With a well thought, carefully crafted and executed ambience, Amigos India looks to alienate the outdoors from indoors. With the doors and windows closed shut and ornamented with thick curtains, it embalms one with warm and cosy feelings. And true to its name they treat you as friends; even their pet paws, Caramel and Sasha, are going to be your furry friends. Might be something for people with allergies to think about. The sleeping quarters are good, without any dank odours or moldy appearances. In addition to sleeping space, one is privy to cooking space upstairs albeit with limited essentials. They seem to be operating with several e-commerce platforms and it could get a little confusing with what you'd get as a part of your reservation, otherwise the stay is a breeze.

I arrived at the hostel randomly thinking that I will needing a stay probably only for a night but then I thought of extending it for another few nights at a reasonable price. I have felt very safe at this hostel and plus the staff are friendly and responsive. They manage to give you quick response most of the time. The owner is a sweet person plus they have got a in dining restaurant where one can order some light meals , the food provided tastes good . I am thinking to stay in Amigos maybe when I get to visit Delhi the next time again and will also recommend others and travelers to not hesitate to stay over. One can also easily get an option to rent out a two wheeler from them in case you need to..safe hosting . Peace โ˜ฎ๏ธ ๐ŸŒ

Wish we were staying here longer! Only stayed one night but the crew at Amigos were so hospitable. They really do make it feel like a home away from home. Thanks so much ๐Ÿ˜Š

It's quite near the airport. Absolutely loved my stay there. The owner made the breakfast himself and I loved the warmth with which I was welcomed. Much recommended if you're in transit.

Indiaamigos was a nice hostel to stop in for a few days in Delhi. Having previously stayed at the moustache which is more in the hustle and bustle of the city, I appreciated this location which was a bit less hectic. The rooms are a bit musty and not luxurious but do the trick for a hostel budget. Thereโ€™s an upstairs yoga studio with weights so I got to do a morning workout which was a nice bonus. Plus you can use the nearby gym for 100 rupees if you want the full equipment (just not on the weekend). Plus there are two hostel golden retrievers which are total sweethearts!

Booked for 2 nights, was OKOK Experience. As they will turn off AC in the morning before 8AM. Then AC will be turned on at night after 10PM. But in common areas you can get AC. But in so much hot weather they should understand this issue. And also they should mention this on there website or booking portals. One more thing I didn't like is that when you are having your breakfast (Means eating anything on the dining table) two dogs will come to you staring at you. I like dogs but this is not good. Bed was also not so comfortable. The flush in the washroom was not working, so many used toiletries were there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hostel, and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles from the staff, who were incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay. The vibe of the hostel was also top-notch. It had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with plenty of spaces to relax and hang out with other travelers. Speaking of which, one of the highlights of my stay was the people I met. I had the opportunity to connect with some amazing individuals from all around the world, and it made my stay all the more memorable. Overall, I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, and social place to stay.

A really nice property in Chattarpur for a quick trip to Delhi. Location is easily traceable via Google maps. There's a common kitchen space as well which is the highlight of me staying here again and again. Rooms are spacious. Dorms have good lighting and the washrooms are clean as well. There's a common area meant for yoga or other activities. You can chill out with the fellow travelers and share stories. The vibe is good.

It's been an amazing experience & above my expectations I would say. The best parts have been this is somewhere you would feel at home & you get to make lot of networks and contacts. Also, there are Pros and Cons based on everyone's experience everywhere like even in the 5 Star believe me, but overall you won't regret to stay at Amigos India!! I wouldn't hesitate to revisit. Thank You.

Amazing host, Amazing place, Amazing vibes. Can't recommend enough to solo travelers who like to chill at a common room and meet new people from all over the world. And don't sleep on the breakfast it was tasty.

Well, to begin with Amigosindia, the first point that comes to my mind is their cordial hospitality. Because of the uplifting atmosphere and friendly vibe at place, I made so many friends from different parts of India and world as well. In terms of indoor games, they had plenty of options to offer and if you are a dog-lover "Caramel" & "Sasha" are gonna keep you occupied. You may enjoy the evening on the rooftop. To wrap this up, I'll say if you are looking for a budget friendly stay, be it a short stay or long trip to roam around, definitely visit Amigosindia. P.S.- ๐Ÿ๏ธ Parking is available inside the premises.

Amigos India , truly lived up to its name sake. After arriving in the initially intimidating capital city and having to navigate the taxi hustles, which by the way I was reached out to by Amigos on how to avoid this. Being the nicest considerate gesture I've had from a hostel. Upon arrival late in the night , I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and an offer to have a delicious egg wrap that the owner host family member recently ordered. Even before checking my details. What a simple yet incredibly kind gesture that I was in much need of. This location has a comforting mountain cabin vibe , that I really enjoyed lounging and socializing in. Rooms were clean and well kept. Definitely recommend . Keep up the good work Amigos India ! Thank you for the stay !

In single word it's "HOME". I stayed there for 2 days and it was hard for me to say bye to this beautiful place. Abhishek was the host and omg he was so so so nice. Also the beautiful artist of amigosindia (i loved the poha btw) then the cook uncle who made yummy food. What i miss the most is caramel and sasha..i love you babies. And what more... Guys if you are in Delhi and looking for a stay then do connect amigosindia. You'll love it and while leaving you'll be having the same feeling leaving your home. Love and love only โค๏ธ

One of the best places in town to stay in. The dogs in the picture seem cute but are mean, talking of mean Sasha's a cutie. The food is homelike also the place is overall very clean. Yoga, Gym, laundry available on request. The location is good, also you have places around if someone wishes to explore.

This place has become like a home in Delhi for me. Friendly staff, guests, as well as wagging tails welcome you. Washrooms are clean and all amenities are available upon asking. I recommend anybody to go for it without a doubt.

I had wanted to check out this hostel for some time so I booked a one night stay here for this delhi visit. I was greeted at the reception by their super friendly dogs. They have 2 common areas one of which is at the reception itself. Their rates were quite pocket friendly, the overall vibe of the place is quite chill. Travelling solo I felt quite comfortable and one might even feel at home. The beds were clean and they also have a rooftop to hang out. The nearest metro station is 2 km away. They switch on their ac only at night in the dorms so it can get stuffy in the summers during the day with only the fan however it's on in the common area at all times. One issue that I faced was that despite informing them that I'll be checking out early in the morning there was no one at the reception and there were a bunch of people sleeping in the common area so I had to wake up some of them to identify the manager and get the refund for the locker key; so that part I think was a bit too casual for me.

I stayed here twice. Abhishek who manages the hostel is very friendly and helpful with late check ins, onward journeys etc. I had an issue with my bed the first night after a late check in and they were quick to resolve it. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is simple, but good. The bathrooms could be cleaner. If youโ€™re looking for a very social hostel, this isnโ€™t it, as the location of the hostel is far from the centre and I didnโ€™t see too many international travellers (could have just been due to my short stays tho). That said, it is good base to arrive from the airport late at night, which was my experience as itโ€™s closer to the airport than most hostels. They also offer an airport pickup which was handy if youโ€™re new to India and donโ€™t have an Indian SIM to get an Uber (it was quite expensive though). You can organize tours to the Taj Mahal through them as well. Overall, I would stay again.

Amigos India became my Delhi home. Very welcoming and uncomplicated, especially the staff. Rooms are clean, shower is hot. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ With Uber itโ€™s easy and rather quickly to get to town. Thank you for you hospitality and for your open door in the middle of the night. See you again, hopefully!

Enjoyed resting here for a couple days while planning this adventure. It helped that they are neem karoli baba devotees. Everyday they let me know food was being served. Appreciated the well loved dogos being around too. Even if for a night (like most places in India) recommend staying here.

I stayed at Amigos India for a week and I'm very glad I did. Although it was 95ยฐF / 35ยฐC outside, the rooms stayed air conditioned and were regularly cleaned. Waking up in the morning and having eggs and coffee with other guests was a nice way to start my day. Abhishek was always helpful and willing to address any problems that arose. As for the location, being in the Chhatarpur Enclave, I was a 30 minute drive away from the city, so I was able to get a taxi to the India Gate one day and to the Qutub Minar the next day. I think Amigos India is a great place to stay as long as you can get good transportation.

It was my first time in Delhi, and staying with amigosindia was good decision. Itโ€™s little far away from main road but the place is good for solo travellers like me. Everything was good in place no issues to highlight, only concern is the network fluctuations with both wifi and sim networks.

My team of eight stayed at amigos for over two weeks and absolutely loved our time here. The free breakfast was wonderful and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and inclusive. The rooftop is awesome, beautiful views and lots of space to hang out. The area is super safe, especially for a group of 20's girls. They also had free yoga classes which were a wonderful way to start the day. I wish we could stay longer!! We'll definitely be back.

Before starting my review, I would like to say that the owners and managers are really good people. Would rate them 5/5. Coming to my review of the hostel, would say that if you are looking for a 'hostel vibe', you should think of some other option. I found it a bit shady. Bathrooms were dirty. The beds were really uncomfortable. And yes, they don't change the bedsheets immediately after a guest has left, for another guest. Geyser went bad and they denied us any alternative. And the place, it's far from the heart of the city and again, in a shady place. Metro is not close. Food is extremely costly if you are a budget traveller. Baingan bharta and roti was for 125/-

I have enough prior experience in staying at hostels/hostel chains. But today, can't really comment about the "hostel experience" as I stayed in a private room owing to Covid fears that too for just a night. Room was big, clean enough , washroom was clean as well. The bedsheets however were stained. The host/owner was cordial and professional. From a dorm resident's perspective , I think the premises would come off as very small/ lacking an open air area. Even stuffy. Another negative aspect was I think the location. It is indeed near the metro (2-3kms) , but it's situated deep inside narrow alleys which make it seem farther. The place was lacking the hustle and bustle of a hostel(but ofc I stayed only for a night) and it's the post pandemic dull which seemed to have set in. Guessing the place is lively normally. Conclusion : Brief stay was comfortable and good. Had a good night's sleep! Improvements would never hurt.

One of the best hostels to stay in Delhi! The owner Avinash is super polite and accommodating. Super cozy place, homely food. On top of that, you get to meet the cutest lab(doggo) in town, Sasha. This will be the goto place in Delhi from now on.

I was in the hostel for over a week. Suresh (the frontman) helped me through everything, really a sweet guy. The guests staying with me in the room were really accomodating. The rooms were always clean and tidy, that really made my stay well. Met Sasha (the dog), the cutest little thing! I was a little disappointed with the bathroom being a little less cleaner than I'm used to, but it was shared so that's okay. The only low point in my stay was two alternate nights when a couple of guests/people were having some sort of party just outside our room till later in the night. Loud music with smoke and everything took away whatever little sleep I was hoping to get. I guess the management can Look into it and make sure this does not brings a bad perception of their otherwise amazing hospitality. Hope this review is of help! Cheers!

Sai is also cool person rooms clean and tidy. home type food quality. the small kitchen there. NEGATIVE:- location far from the metro (3-4kms). it's in a poor area as the roads are very dirty. auto available and charges 40-50 rs. but I appreciated sleeping in a quiet area after all the day in Delhi. The property is well organised & value for money. The in-house vibe is serene which is an added advantage for long term stays too, cleanliness is maintained. The owner & staffs are all nice & make sure to solve any issues on priority which is appreciated. Also, met some amazing ppl, made new friends & had a gala time. Rest, the locality is fine with all the essential shops nearby, good connectivity & not far from the metro as well. All in all, a good happy stay!๐Ÿ˜ŽโœŒ๏ธGo for it.
