One of the finest tea shop you’ll encounter. I’ve been munching their delicacies for many years either by dining in or via delivery. You won’t be disappointed by the food here. Talking about the store, it has ample seating area and you won’t find it crowded which is a big plus. The staff was very kind and restaurant was very clean as well. Do check out this place either for your breakfast munching or if you are transiting via Delhi as it is just a few kilometres away from New Delhi Railway station.

I like the ambience and the friendly staff greet you with smiling faces as soon as you enter the place. I tried their variety of iced chai - peach, ginger lemon, lemon, jaljeera, etc. and pretty much liked all of it. Also, they serve these iced-chai in cute bottles that have "Chai Point" brand stuck on it. I am not a tea giy, so, I cannot comment on their selection of hot tea. They've got decent variety of snacks as well, ranging from samosas, patties to Bombay vada-paav. One little irritating thing that I noticed on my recent visit is the fact that the staff keeps coming upto you to request you to write reviews of Chai Point on Zomato and do a check-in on Facebook. I understand if they did it randomly once but during our time at Chai-Point, it so happened that they came upto to us for the same thing twice. That gets a tad irritating. It did made me feel that I am being force-fed to do something which I do not wish to do right then and there. Reason enough to give them a 3 star rating, overall. 🙏

This outlet of chai point in the N block has the coziest sitting arrangements, very welcoming and extra points for neatness. Tried their new food item Chicken Seekh Egg wrap(peppy keema paratha) which was soo good and soo saucy, it looks small in quantity but it will definitely fill you up. With it we ordered the Masala Tea and Cranberry Ice tea. Masala tea is average but their Iced tea looks like very carefully made, they have the right amount of sourness, sweet and the taste is delightful. Apart from these they have nice selection of Sandwiches and New parantha combos with Curries. Cranberry Ice tea is a must try here !!

This outlet is great. The lighting, the attitude of staff towards their customers, the service provided. Your order won't take much time. The happiness is delivered real soon. But the only issue I have is that it is much cheaper online than it is at offline stores. A piece of banana cake which is available at 52(with discount) is priced 96 at the outlet. So if u looking for a date to spend some quality time you should definitely visit this place. Keep in mind the pricey side and so place your order accordingly. Hope this review helps. Give thumps up if yes.

I am a chai lover and with regret I am writing that I had a OK OK experience last night at Chai Point. It was my first visit to this place, earlier I use to order online only. Ambience was good and snax was also nice. When I was standing at payment counter, I unintentionally picked small honey sachet and asked counter guy - " can I have it " - he said it is on chargeable basis and again it happens for jaggery powder sachet as well. It is also chargeable. I was little amazed that these are just sides for tea or coffee and these guys are charging for it. Strange.!! Overall experience ok. Bun Maska and Maggi was good otherwise. Kokum tea was not sour (but it was sweet) as we thought so ask them to add lemon in it.

I went here in afternoon, firstly I was going another cafe adjacent to this but because it was jam packed We went here. Being a chai loved Me and my husband had masla tea. And my friend had ice tea. Along with that my daughter had samosa and we(me and my husband) had Bombay masala roll and our friend had brownie. Bombay Masala Roll was good. But samosa was bit spicy and most importantly after having that my daughter got unwell. She had vomiting. Its completely unhygienic. Completely NO for me. If I go than only for Masala Tea.

Last weekend, I visited this place to have a cup of tea with an old friend. We ordered to gold tea along with Samosa bun. This place looks nice yet small. The menu is limited and I don’t think the food quality and quantity that I got served was appropriate and justified to its price. I would rather go to a thela serving tea and just have it from there on the roadside with Samosa bun in my hand. Bun Samosa was completely dry with no taste to it.

If you're looking for an affordable place to it, you should definitely visit Chai point. Food tastes okay but justifies the price paid for it.

Based on true experience today 4 Sep 2022, i visited the place and i ordered through online which is veg puff they want me to do CANCEL the order because the item was sold out for "online customer" after again i ordered veg alloo patti which is sold out last peice for "online customer", third time ordered veg chilli cheese toast again this last peice is also sold out for "online customer" i asked him what you have which is not sold out now, and your priority should be for Diner not for online customer, we visit the place for relaxation but due to this kinda services i am highly disappointed, so after fourth time ordered cheese Maggie which is okay by taste but not enough quantity -(Not worth for money), but very disappointed beacause their they priority to serve for online customer first as compared to retail client. Recommendation :- Don't go there if you're looking for a spot to go on a date; they'll ruin your mood and leave you with little options. Their inventory management is terrible, and online customers are given priority.

Everything was disgusting. Just wasted my time and money. Bread was like a week old and chai was kind of hot water with flavor only. They should close it. Stomach feeling sick right now.

I guess they are minting money in the name of Chai what everybody drinks on daily basis. Fooling people with their Masalas and fancy item names in the menu. I visited yesterday on 13th Dec 2022 and had a horrible experience with my order of Chai which ended up coming back to me in form of just Hot Plain Water. They charge 150+ for standard chai which is fine if they deliver its worth but they are no way close to that. Good Luck to their business and customers. Watch out People.

Forget Starbucks this place became one of my favorite places for tea and dessert in Delhi. They have a vast array of teas to choose from the best being masala chai in the clay cups. The food here is more western with cakes and buns but a few India dishes. It’s super clean and the staff are generally very good, highly recommend. They accept MasterCard and Visa here...

Rcently been to chai point on weekends after the lockdown. Even at the rush hours you won't find it crowded. They are maintaining social distance and taking proper precautions. I had cold coffee and ginger tea. Both taste good. Also tried their peach and cranberry iced tea but they weren't so good. They provided quick service. You can enjoy your evening with good music and beautiful ambience.

So we ordered Pav Bhaji. Bhaji- like a slurry which was smelling as if it is spoilt. Could have caused stomach upset. Pav - dry and stale. Chai Point should take serious steps for quality control. Would caution anyone ordering from here. The whole order is in the dustbin where it belongs.

👍👍 Absolutely love their rice combos. Paneer rice is my all time favourite. Great option for dinner, if you work nearby. If you're looking for a place for quick bites, then you need to visit this place.
