Amazing place. A diverse menu. Food is flavorful. They have good kids menu too. Mr Madan was interactive, attentive and warm and took good care of us while we dined in. Rajneesh, Shubham, Ravindra and Hitesh always greeted us with a smile and were super courteous. They all pampered my little one with treats and were warm to her . All four days of my stay I dined in with cafe. What more can I say about them. Amazing place and outstanding service!

#ReviewsByAditti 22.04.2018 No one should be made to wake up before 10am on a Sunday – it may amount to the most dreadful imprecation for some !!! Thank goodness the food industry thinks the way we do.. And this thought may have led to the birth of the brunch.. .. by eliminating the need to get up early on a Sunday, this breakfast - lunch portmanteau makes life brighter for the Saturday night frolickers. A stylish and sophisticated way to start your day, right in the middle of the day... it's a meal that comes with no rules... the BRUNCH. Originally dreamed up as a multi-hour, elaborate affair for just the upper crust, this two meal blend allows one to enjoy a languorous mid day meal belabouring whether one will order a grilled prawn or a Kebab Platter to go with the order of a Bloody Mary OR a Bellini.. Amidst the ridiculously competitive brunch scene and new marks of luxury springing up every day, .. if a Sunday Brunch is a religious weekend ritual, ... then the one at the #CafeAtHyattRegency, Delhi is easily the city’s super church... ... that good !!! The impressive landmark structure in native sandstone... a place known to be a game changer when it comes to its food and beverage standards.. Hyatt Regency Delhi, high up and high end in equal measure, still stands out for its stately demeanour and a convivial vibe. Cafe, a 24-hour restaurant in the hotel, runs an eclectic Sunday brunch. The selection of continental and Indian food is hard to beat for its wow-factor so long as you are ready to shell out a decent amount of money. A soft brunch starts at 2350/- ++...and ofcourse then there is the bottomless booze range as well.. to suit your mood and pocket !!! There will likely be a line out the door if you don’t arrive early, but it’s worth the wait, the footfall being close to 1200, as the Chef tells me. The lavish buffet brunch that’s a mash-up of eclectic World cuisine intermingled with regional Indian and several outrageous live counters keeps you begging for more.. not for food, but for more place in your stomach!! #ChefJitendra's cooking is clever, different and deliciously multicultural – and does not mess with perfection as they know how to do the standards in the original form. The brunch menu choices include a killer Lal mass and obnoxiously relish Kasundi flavoured Tandoori Gobhi (minus any strong bitter aftertaste) ... the best the country may have ever known.. And a brilliantly flavoured Biryani to boot. Also of note are the many creative iterations of desserts... blueberry Rabri being worthy of mention.. Gutsy highlights include a chaat counter, which could give the best street food vendors in Delhi, a run for their money.. Glorious, bountiful tables laden with endless amounts of pastries, meat, sushi, salads, fruit and food are backed up by freshly cooked mexican... waffles and pancakes. The food is uncomplicated and focused on quality and allowing the ingredients to shine. My view : Kasundi flavoured Tandoori Gobhi 🔝 Lal Maas 🔝 Chicken Biryani with Raita 🔝 Chicken Quesadillas ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Seekh Kebab ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Grilled Prawns ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everything from the chaat counter ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A nutty berry trifle ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Barley Salad ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kottu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polenta cakes / couscous / Potato Galette/ Cannelloni ⭐️⭐️⭐️ At the Market Café brunch, guests now have the unique opportunity to order their dish of choice in an a la carte format, straight from the laid out buffet. The idea is to allow people to create their own buffet with the food of their choice. This concept aims to reduce wastage while ensuring the diners have a magnificent dining experience. There’s something for everyone, to eat — plus lots of opportunity for people-watching. And then Brunches are talk compelling anyway... you will want to linger !! Also when one is #BrunchingWithHimesh !! At Hyatt Regency Delhi Bhikaiji Cama Place, Ring Road, New Delhi, India, 110066

Good and variety of foods available. Salad, Soups, Indian with live tandoor counters. Everything tastes good. This can't be better but need some oriental food too in menu.

The dinner buffet was a total indulgence. Went there on Christmas eve, and OMG! They had roast turkey and pig, cranberry sauce ( i love, but haven't had in ages), live counters, soups and salads galore, loads of sea food and cold meats. Full desi dinner options and the dessert bar (for Christmas they had the pudding and cake). Go there ready to be stuffed. I would say flavour wasn't too bad for a buffet, but i was left a bit wanting on the freshness of the sea food. But then, this is a landlocked city..

The place is a nice one. But the service is one of the poorest one I have ever seen. You have to beg for a waiter to come and serve you. The food is delicious.

Oh I can only say I have been going to this place as far as I can remember. It's one stop place for me for nice relaxing high tea. As being in a center location it's very easy to commute. It's a place where j relax with a my tea and friends over nice long chats.

We were pretty excited to try the breakfast buffet assuming it would something great given Haytt is one of the prominent hotels in Delhi. It was a disappointing experience from start to finish. Food was limited in choices with pretty average taste. The server(we asked two different servers) couldn't even respond if they have a vegan milk option to go with coffee or not. The only good thing was the cakes. We paid 7+k for 3 people and neither the food nor service is worth the cost.

Went for breakfast the building n setting are good but the breakfast spread is not that good... It was a season for mango n lichi but couldn't find any... Coffee was burned... Filter coffee was somehow good.. the dosa was good ... My friend had waffles but it was dried n abit burned too... The staff was very friendly... For two person breakfast i spent 4k+ but comparing to the breakfast spread they should either increase the spread or lower their price.

I had a very bad experience today around 5 pm.i had ordered watermelon juice , dal makhani , tawa fish and lachcha paratha.Dal makhani was really bad.complimentary papad was like you are providing me a papad which is made few hours back..not at all crispy...I can make better at home.Interestingly waiter was just not interested to know the issue, he didn't wanted to resolve the issue which was very surprising. You need to do a lot of improvement in the quality of your food and specially you need to train your waiters for better service.Big thumbs down 👎.

Had the chance to stay in Delhi in this place for a day in August. The lamb biriyani that I got was so good and yummy. Kudos to the chef for whipping up a damn tasty one 🤟🤟 Writing this review only for the biriyani cuz I'm thousands of miles away and I'm still thinking about it 😄

Cafe at Hyatt is a bit of everything and nothing all rolled into one. Yes, you get various cuisines, but it seems much is lost between trying to offer a huge gourmet spread and getting it right. The Indian is passable at best, tasteless to be honest. The continental is a bit better. Desserts offer a redemption but then again it is not clear why would one visit just for them. All in all, a miss you wouldn't regret one bit.

👍👍 Absolutely love their rice combos. Paneer rice is my all time favourite. Great option for dinner, if you work nearby. If you're looking for a place for quick bites, then you need to visit this place.
