The seating is the only thing comfortable here. The processing of food is veryyyy slow so you musn't visit if you are short on time. The waiter didn't take the correct order on the first go and after delivering the wrong order after 45 minutes, asked us to wait for another 15 minutes just to confirm whether he can get us another order or else asked us to take the wrong order if we didn't have time. It doesn't even end here, even after 20 minites of further waiting we received yet another sundae ( in which they just added the brownie) and told us that this is their brownie , lying right in front of our face. We put our foot down and refused to accept it and asked for our bill. We were further asked to wait, and we did wait for 10 another minutes after which we went to the cash counter directly. The cashier had the audacity to tell us that its not their fault and that is their branch's brownie which is different from other branch ( like bro? Please stop). We were so pisaed off we just put the cash on counter and stormed outside. The whole experience was traumatic for me especially when I have visited atleast 3 branches of ccd and thus had high expectations. But this is probably my worst experience at any cafe in Delhi. extremely dissapointed to say the very least. Apart from the rant, something you shouldn't try is their mojito, its terrible and legit basic nimbupaani without any flavour of mint in it. Really dissapointed with this branch.

I came here for the first time today. We were told to sit anywhere so we chose the seats by the window. My husband and I placed an order. About 5 minutes later, a waiter comes over and asks us to move because a group of 4-5 people came. They then made us sit in the middle of the shop with zero privacy and the view was of their register and the wall. Pretty rude. If you're not going to seat customers, then don't force the customers to move later when a larger group shows up. My husband and I cancelled our order and left. The inside is also not very welcoming. There's almost no decor and the seats look and feel like an office conference room instead of a coffee shop.

Hopped in without realising that CCD prices had gone through the roof and were on par with Starbucks and much higher than Third Wave coffee. That said, could also have been that the prices vary according to location but I don't plan to step into a CCD anytime soon to find out. This outlet is probably one of the largest I've been to, with seating in various sections. There was hardly anybody there late at night, so service was quick. Coffee tested just Ok, probably because so many blends are now available to buy and make at home, and one does not really have to go to a cafe to sample exotic blends anymore.

Absolutely disastrous experience. Staff is rude and in a hurry to push you out even without finishing your coffee. Humiliting experience in front of your clients

The CCD Square has a prime location in the inner circle of Connaught Circus. it has a range of slightly over-priced coffee. Service is slow, but since most customers tend to linger, this shouldn't be a concern.

It is nicely placed and seating area has ample space and comfortable. Quite a number of items were missing from their menu when I last visited,So that needs to be taken care of course. Staff was prompt and attentive and service was good. Several travelers find this a convenient option to wait for their trains since they let you sit long hours and have a clean washroom.

EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGER & SCAMMERS!! DO NOT VISIT - Today went to this outlet and manager who was a lady was shouting at a customer on the top of her voice (extremely unprofessional) because he wanted them to measure why X mL of coffee doesn’t look like X mL in cup and as they are charging extremely high. Lady manager was playing Women Card and Victim card that how can someone ask a lady and started shouting. - I ordered a specific coffee worth ₹352 X2 Café Latte and when they brought the bill, on the bill it was mentioned some other coffee - Cappuccino worth ₹400 X2. They changed my order and charged me for that other coffee without even asking me. On raising this to them, they took 40 minutes and said sorry sir, the 352₹ café latte was not available so we brought something else (WITHOUT ASKING/ INFORMING) . And the manager was the one who was teaching that employees to say all these tricks. EMPLOYEES ARE CORRUPT. please check your BILL. They SCAM PEOPLE BY CHARGING HIGHER KINLDY KICK OUT THIS STAFF, especially MANAGER.

The cafe is nice and has a good sitting arrangement. The cafe is on the first floor and hence sometimes not easily discovered. They have a very limited menu and don't even have some items mentioned in their menu. The quality of service is very poor. The waiters are unprofessional and distracted.

Pathetic service ! 25 mins to deliver a cold brew and that too after 2 reminders !! Such a good place to sit and spend time but spoilt by poor service and attitude by the staff . The CP Outlet charge more money as taxes and extra topups to a coffee without informing prior. Though when asked they refunded some amount but just because I like coffee I go there however I have started looking for a similar taste coffee shop.

I visited CCD in CP . The place is really amazing and one cannot get over the fragrance of coffee beans🥺

The staff is very unfriendly. They have no idea what the filter coffee is (came more as sort of a bad cappucino)… When asked to prepare filtered coffee properly, they made an americano and tried to charge for it again, even though we returned the previous “filtered” coffee. The tikka chicken sandwich was not good either. A long way to go in terms of coffee preparation and customer-oriented service…

Food was alright but overpriced. The hygiene was bad, everything was sticky and the washroom was all wet and dirty. But the bad thing was the staff, guests were constantly moved from seat to seat even though the restaurant was half empty and we were asked to ask for the bill ‘because of Saturday’. Overall meh.

I've had better coffee at some camp sites. My "flat white" was frothier than the frothiest cappuccinos I've ever had. Staff are bored out of their minds by the looks and zero atmosphere at 10am... Avoid

The ambiance inside the CCD square at cannaught place is very nice. The location is also good.

I’d gone there with four friends of mine and all of us found the staff quite rude. We’d ordered one desert as we’d just had some lunch and wanted to share something sweet together . We were told that the policy is one order per customer which we thought was quite absurd. The couches and the ambience was not commensurate with the insanely high prices they charge and on top this one order per customer was a concept we’d never heard of. On asking another staff member we’re told that they apply this rule on customers every weekend to help recover and achieve their sales target. There is no mention of such a rule anywhere and we left the place after asking them to elaborate on this rule of theirs. The staff member just went away and hid behind the counter. The service, absurd rule and ambience was quite appalling. There were tables that had just ordered bottled water. It’s unfortunate more people are not questioning this. Do not recommend at all.

Cafe Coffee Day ambience is good service is bit slow but the quality of coffee is awesome !

They gave us Iced Mocha in a hot beverage cup when we were having it there itself, never order Iced Mocha half of it is ice and they are charging 250 rupees for 1 only for ice

With the changes in their menu, CCD has become worst in terms of food options, quality, quantity and service. Been there after few months, shocking and disastrous experience. Im never coming back again.

The so good CAFE COFFEE DAY SQUARE has degraded a lot. The place is same for. Years. But their quality of drinks had been deteriorated a lot. We ordered Mango Shake, Iced Americano, Cheese Nachos and Paneer Tikka Sandwich. Iced Americano was fine, Mango Shake was horrible, Paneer Tikka Sandwich was soso and the best was Cheese Nachos. Their atmosphere was also soso, there were mosquitos everywhere and we had to change seats 2 times due to same. We had to replace the drink once since mosquitoes fell in the drink. Overall we were dissatisfied from our visit and we would not recommend to go to this place now

It's a good place with good ambience in between cannought palace ,one can reach here by walking from metro We orderd cold coffee which were quite good and satisfying - quantity was good too and the flavour of coffee was good tooo If u want to wait for your train journey or want to go for a business meeting it's a calm place with light and soothing atmosphere

Nice place to grab a coffee and some snacks. Perfect place for a date or chilling out with friends or just working. It's a bit noisy though but somehow I found the noise soothing.

I have ordered the first item, the guy told me that it will not be available. Also explained to me about the drink. Which was good so i changed the order and asked for something else from the menu. But after waiting for half an hour I got to know that even that item is not available. If I won't have asked nobody would have told me that for the next half an hour. So i didn't like my experience that you are so occupied that you cannot even inform the customer firsthand that order is not available. I have asked only then they told me.

Service was pathetic. We ordered the brew 3 times. The first time we ordered as we were waiting for the brew. Suddenly the person again came up for the order. And when I said that i have already ordered she said it's not possible. We ignored that and ordered again for the virgin brew. They again ignored and we waited for 15 mins again then I asked about the status of order to which they asked us as what was the order.. Then 3rd time again I ordered and asked them whether they can make it available.. To that they said the brew is not available. We left the place without having any thing except "waiting"

This is located on the first floor, a little hard to find. The vibe of the place is just okay. The washroom wasn't the cleanest, and also looked quite old. The place probably requires a facelift as I felt the place was quite gloomy and dull. Aesthetic changes should be made to make it look quite modern In my opinion.

The space is great. One of the best CCDs i have visited. They sure as hell know their coffee.

The bread used in the sandwich was not fresh. The staff was very moody and rude. The burrito bowl looked good but did not really impress. And they had some sandwiches on the menu which they were not even serving. So why have them on the menu?

They have 3 cappuccino types, we ordered cappuccino they got us the 1 which was most expensive 390. The internet and network barely has reception. So you can't work. The staff was rude man, he walked upto us like 2ce in 5 mins. Sir order. Feeling you get a Sagar Ratna. At this cost Starbucks is a much better place

The square is double-priced fast food lounge where the waiters would come poking, interrupting the flow of conversations and ideas (the purpose of place overall) and asking to get up and hurry up with what one has ordered cz they are running out of crockery and space. The cooling is also not upto the mark. And service people are rude and not trained well.

The food is amazing BUT the service is pathetic. We had to wait for more than 25 minutes to get menu because the staff was talking and cracking joke within their team. Same for ordering food we had to wait for like 10 mins with a hand up so that someone notices you. This all was happening when there were barely any customers.

Ambience was good but the taste of food was horrible... Cold cofee was too bitter... When i ordered a burger... They did't had it... But they served it to someone else... Staff was not at all professional n humble... Infact the waiters were too rude... Were giving unnecessary attitude.

The place across has dropped in taste and things to offer. I have gone to the one next to Warehouse in CP and in Sarita Vihar market, unfortunately both had just average tasting coffee and their food items were also limited and just average. They have reduced their coffee menu as well. If you wish to have regular and basic coffee this is the place but if you wish to have more modern flavours coffee. Try some new place.

Nice and clean restaurant. The devil coffee was tasty. Bit expensive but nice place for relaxing.

One of the best places to hangout and eat. Best place to eat in New Delhi and NCR. I would highly recommend this place for a full fledged meal or an evening snack. A must visit for people living in Delhi. Awesome view! They also have a good seating capacity.

We were told to order for a club sandwich along with our coffee , but after ordering we flipped through the menu and found that there was same thing available as combo which the manager refused and billed us for entire stuff . Avoid this place , other coffee outlets tell the customers before hand about any offer unlike CCD . Hot Coffee too was not served hot either .

10/10 trash - corporate should shut this outlet down, paid 400/- to each ketchup loaded pasta with exactly one corn, and a single broccoli - sad sad sad how does Delhi call itself a foodies paradise ugh

Went there for a professional meeting, nice place nice ambience, be careful with their mug sizes while ordering, they will serve coffee in big mugs which will be costlier than their regular coffee.

Nice Cafe and ambiance. In the daytime, not so crowded so one can do his/her office work there with a cup of coffee. They don't serve Ice americano. Rest overall is good.

I have been here two three times and this place is really a good one. It offers a place for business meetings or personal meetings with a good environment and good crowd. The rates are little expensive but i feel the kind of ambience they provide it does justice to it. They also have a private meeting room for hosting official meets. Good place to catch up with your clients or for your work meetings.

The place as usual is right place for friends short meet ups and really great ambience. The staff were too good and friendly.

Such an overrated place. The staff shows courtesy but also gazes at their customers so much, I noticed it a couple of times. Also, they levied service tax which has been discontinued after SC orders in July 2022. So, next time if you visit there, ensure that service tax is not there on the bill!

Whatsoever phase CCD is going through, they’re still best in Customer services, Taste,Pricing and Ambience. Happy to be the loyal customer of CCD. The Cafe Coffee Day that changed the idea of having Coffee outlets in India.

Couple of things to improve. Got mocktail mohito- it was basically sugar syrup with few leaves of mint !!! Asked the staff , she did replaced but it wasn't mojito. Veggie bites - food was okay, however the server places it on the farthest end of the table. Not a big deal but these little things matter. Tables' paint is wearing off... Wifi is not working Simple fixes can make this place a good hangout spot.

Visited last week, good place for meetings in connaught place. Polite staff. They have excellent quality of food at affordable prices.

Service is slow, but since most customers tend to linger, this shouldn't be a concern.

I specially sought out CCD Square at CP today because I used to be a regular here. It was the cafe that once introduced me to specialty, single-origin coffees from around India and the world. Today, not only does the ambience and menu look tired and worn out, but the service is atrocious too. The menu looks like it has gone through years of negligence & Strong machine wash cycles. Our first few choices from it weren’t even available. Clearly, they can’t be bothered about printing a new one. The wait staff talked patronisingly to me when I inquired about their specialty beans for a Flat White. Only one variety out of the three on the menu was available. Leaving me no choice whatsoever. When I asked why, he said there was no supply and went on to explain how changing the bean would have no impact; it would still be a Flat White. What then is the USP of a CCD Square — with its premium rates — over a regular CCD if one has no choice of specialty beans? And what kind of a cafe says that changing the coffee bean from a Mysore one to an Ethiopian one will have no impact on the coffee?? It got worse. He persuaded my partner to add chocolate syrup to her cold coffee even when she didn’t really want it — and then curtly said that would be an extra Rs 50. We repeated we didn’t want chocolate in our cold coffee. Five mins later, he returned and told us the machine had problems and there wouldn’t be any coffee for an indefinite period. There was no hint of apology or any promise about brewing us a cup. We left without a single cup of coffee at what used to be my favourite cafe. An hour later, we walked into a fully thriving rival cafe that delivered our orders promptly and made no menu promises that it couldn’t keep.
