The worst ever experience in my 6 years of visiting this place! The manager was extremely rude. When he offered us a table of 6 for just the 2 of us, he kicked out the friends I asked to join me for dinner saying that we cannot increase the number of people even though we had been there for over 2 hours!! Who does that? I come from hospitality business managing over 300 customers everyday but never have I recieved such an inhuman and indecent attitude from any F&B outlet.

I happened to visit this restaurant this Wednesday and I must say my experience had been completely terrible due to the kind of quality I got to see in the service they are offering to their customers. The food didn't seem to be fresh at first which made my sister sick later the same night. I was appalled by the treatment of the staff thereafter as they didn't seem to bother when I told them to replace the order and the Manager on top showed himself up completely helpless and told us that the owner has instructed them to not practise the replacement of orders. In what low-grade restaurant does all this is being encouraged?? What a SHAME!! *Would NEVER recommend*

What should i say about this place This place used to be a fav. One But not now Everytime u go they say its reserved How tables are reserved through call But they dont take your calls Then they say only regular customers are allowed , hahaaa Seriously i think i hav visited this place N no. Of times and u get such silly answers.. Always say these things I think 3-4 staff of theirs know me very well but don’t understand their theory… I m putting this review but i dont think they care about reviews…. Stale meat. Got severe gastroenteritis after having their Turkish Roasted Lamb. My friend had also experienced the same earlier. I was foolish to try it after being warned.

AVOID. IGNORE. Too much hyped place. You can't just walk in. You need a reservation one day prior by calling on no. +91-96502-xxxxx (since I am not promoting the business I didnt mention the full no.) managed by Mr. Puneet. Arrogant staff. I am sure owner doesn't care what staff is doing at the ground level especially Mr. Rahul Sharma. Negative rating to the guy. This guy asked to see the space online and on Zomato. Lol. Such fancy space doesn't have an online presence. You do business in 2 ways. One by being transparent to the world and other by hiding. And they hide it with private space tag. People get anxious when you tag it with privacy as if you are running something illegal. At the same people become curious to visit the place and end up spending for unworthy places like KEYA. Seriously IGNORE IGNORE IGNORE. KEYA AND PLATE both.

Full of attitude staff and policy. Went at 5pm and said we don't take walk in guests whereas 75% of the place was empty. Will never go again. Better to go Mocha where they are more than happy to serve with so much positivity.

Sure, I would be happy to write a review for Keya DLF. I recently visited this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. We started our meal with their special cocktails, and they were delicious. The restaurant has a great variety of cocktails, and the prices are reasonable. The menu has a great variety of options, and the prices are reasonable. We ordered their special sushi and it was one of the best sushi I have ever had. The sushi was fresh and well-made. The restaurant has a great variety of options, and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant is also very clean and well-maintained. The decor is beautiful and adds to the overall ambiance of the place. The seating is comfortable, and the restaurant has a great vibe. What I really loved about this restaurant is that they have a great selection of desserts. We tried their chocolate cake, and it was amazing. The desserts are freshly made and taste great. The staff is very attentive and quick to respond to our requests. They made sure that we had a great experience and were always available to answer any questions we had. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Keya DLF. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the ambiance was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a great place to grab a meal.

The worst staff ever, i don’t understand why the staff has so much attitude, being rude to ladies on Wednesday when its a ladies night, throwing nonsense behaviour, keya before used to be fun and so good but now after u guys have changed the staff its not the same vibe anymore…, literally never ever coming to this place.

I will come to know about this place only when I can go here. I only get time on weekends and their call directory never gives a dinner slot. Tried already 3 times - first they will ask how many guests, then their gender and age, then they will ask name of all. And then they will message sorry sir, we are full (I M not kidding - have messages to prove it).

Mr. puneet saxena(New staff member) is an as**** and i hate this place now will not recommend this place to anyone very rood staf, disrespectful as well….

The food was average - my greek gyro chicken roll was decent, but the Pesto pasta was something that you expect from college canteens, and not upscale clubs/ restaurants like Keya. Pesto is not everyone's cup of tea to make

We are sitting in their restaurant ordering food and drinks. I make one request to see the Lounge room upstairs to check the vibe as we wanted to bring our friends tomorrow to host them for a party. And they said you can’t see the place - you need a reservation and here I am sitting in their own restaurant eating and ordering drinks. What a sad logic ! Disappointed ! NOT RECOMMEND!

Happened to have food at this place, just randomly! I am still drooling over the chilly panner they served. Extremely tasty. The pizza was thin crust, and super cheeezy! Loved the ambience as well! Amazing serving staff. Best experience.

Please dont feel offended of they dont allow you to enter as they take right to admission very seriously. Sheesha or Hookah is must try over here.

It has been running for years now but the place could use a revamp. You wont be able to eat anything if you dont have a table so make sure to have a prior reservation.
