Luckily there was very little crowd on Sunday. The lounge is one of the biggest in Indian airports. There is an elite lounge beside this and this is termed premium (ideally for economic class). Good to have HDFC cards as they charge only β‚Ή25 as entry. The lounge have 40+ comfortable couches with food placing tray and charging points. The food department had varieties - unfortunately only veg was available on that day. I am not sure if it was usual on all days. My friends were frustrated to see that and if one have to pay β‚Ή2500 - should evaluate these facts also. There is a snack counter (self service), coffee & cappuccino vending machine (self service) and a tea counter - served by a staff. The tea counter is always crowded. The meal buffet had 6 options with one main menu as rice or noodles - but all vegetarian. There is a bar counter as well serving good varieties. The prices seem to be similar to the usual bars and you can relax if the place is found less crowded πŸ˜‰

Plaza Premium Lounge in the T3 International Departures wing has all the facilities that a tired traveller needs to get well refreshed before starting on their journey. It has excellent, clean showers, great food, drinks, and nice quiet ambience to rest (see the pics). Palash Paul the floor supervisor does a great job ensuring guests are well taken care of. I highly recommend this Lounge.

A safe place to relax while waiting for your flight , especially beneficial during COVID as it is very sparsely packed . P.S you get drinks and food for free in the entry. Although a note to people , drinks will only be served to people above 25 which sucks a bit. Also the toilets are clean and the staff is good. I found Mohit Saini to be quite helpful in clearing any doubts i had. The only issue is the you as very far away from the main airport gates and that too on second floor, so just start 15 minutes before boarding as it'll take a lot of time to reach the gate.

Very poor catering , even during breakfast time the menu was far below average , not at all lounge worthy. No proper options neither veg nor non veg . Lack of taste in food very poor . Staff is courteous and friendly but the food lacks everything from taste to options . Also due to increased traffic there is usually lines to enter so waiting is there and after that also no proper food is available. Pao bhaji's bhaji was made of soya nd was very excessively dry . Same with pao hard . Only muffins were fresh and soft and tea was good .

Nice and clean place. Food quality and variety also very tempting. Coffee and tea are very good. You have to pay extra money for alcoholic drinks. I book the lounge before my traveling and I paid 750 INR.( which is worth to pay) Few things which I didn't like is limited charging points, Long chair for power nap and Small toilet and wash room. But overall very good πŸ‘ I will definitely visit again because at this price you will get good facilities.

This is the Plaza Premium Lounge for the Business and First class only. Please be sure to go at the level 4 and not the regular Plaza Premium Lounge. Amazing service especially when it comes to cocktails and more in case you prefer that before getting in your lay flat (tight as hell) seat. Buffet is average or not so good if you are a foodie, but it wasn’t crowded at all when we were here. Servers here are very sincere and responsible. Me and my wife were very pleased with the service and food here. Good job!!

The best Lounge in IGI. I got free access in Plaza Premium Lounge by HDFC Platinum Card. You can check with your bank for the lounge access. The overall experience was too good. I had 2 hrs waiting after immigration process so I choose Plaza Lounge to spend my time as well as to avail the facilities like free flow of house pour drinks, coffee, soft drinks & Juices etc. The food buffet is good enough with different varieties from soup to starter, chips to quick bites, main dishes to dessert etc. My overall experience was really so good. I recommend everyone to get a Platinum Card from your bank & get a access to Plaza Premium Lounge to spend your time while waiting for the flight. The wine they using was Made in India - Sula Satori, such a nice wine from Nagpur. The stafd was so helpful as well as attentive. The overall Experience - 5/5 Entry - 5/5 Product - 4/5 Quality- 5/5 Quantity- 5/5 Service - 4/5 Attentiveness- 5/5

The lounge has two sections - business/premium is separate from regular lounge Business is less crowded, else not much difference Food is ok, nothing great, but like a decent hotel buffet breakfast Plenty of seating space. Lots of charging ports The lounge chairs are tiny and not very comfortable if you want to sleep - which most people were doing. I would recommend proper lounge chairs near gate number 43-45 for those who want to catch some shut eye

Stale food alert ⚠️ ⚠️ I am not doubtful, but I'm pretty sure that a lot of their food is stale. Maybe it gets stale in the lounge kitchen itself, or they source the leftover food from nearby hotels. Not just food but even fruits from the salad weren't fresh. Paneer was totally stale. With just one bite, I could tell it was stale. Other people with me had the same observation. The taste of Rajma was worse. Believe me, you get much better rajma at roadside eateries. In the salad, melons and beetroot tasted like they were cut 2-3 days ago. Luckily, the desserts were good. Sewaiya and walnut burfi πŸ‘Œ

This place is always full, but you will find a seat anyway. One is allowed to relax here for max 2 hours. Food is decent but don't expect a lot of varieties. Everything is complimentary apart from alcohol.

I took short stay at Lounge A at T3 Indra Gandhi international airport. Front office staff was calm and polite. House keeping staff was quick in cleaning and taking up used plates. However Mr Gandharv was kind enough in hospitality services. Menu was though not much extensive need to add some more items.

A well maintained and managed lounge, it has come a relief for a 4 hours layover between flights. The staff are very courteous and helpful and goes about with a smile. The food is good with decent varieties and taste well. The facility, including the washrooms are kept clean. In particular, Ms Gunjan, has been attentive and always checking for the comfort of the patrons. Recommended highly when one need to take a break.

Let me fill you in on this place if you're not familiar with it. When you're on your way somewhere and have a bit of free time, but hunger strikes... You're in for a treat at this place, which is reserved just for you. Get ready to be astonished by the incredible selection of food options that await you. Enjoy a feast without breaking the bank, with prices ranging from just Rs 1 to 25 for all you can eat. Don't just take my word for it, come and see it for yourself.

This lounge is for eligible card holders. That's why you will see queue of crowd h entering the lounge and crowd inside the lounge. Food was tasty and having sufficient variety. Well, this was first time for me going in lounge so I don't have much experience for other lounges. I got good food at no price. What all I want!!

The most important thing I like about this lounge is the atmosphere I found along with food 😍 that too with minimal price with credit card(particular- you may ask at reception). Moreover their service was amazing with the kind nature of their staff. However there was water leakage issue from AC ducts due the access rain I guess but they just solved that within minutes so I must say people who are working there were decided towards their work.

The lounge has changed to ELCAM lounge now. The only problem is it's too crowded at times. But the team here is superb.. they take care of guest in a amazing way. They will make sure all the amenities are available all the time despite of rush hour and being over crowded. It's getting crowded day by day ..... They have placed a limit of 2 hours per.card per.pax

It's a good lounge but when u compare the variety of food and drinks offered by other lounges at T3 then it's not a good one... The staff is neither polite nor rude not welcoming either. They have shower rooms but didn't use them. Food was hot but it tasted like it was prepared a long while ago.

It has been replaced by Enclam Lounge. All the premium facilities are still there. I stayed there before my flight. Had good food and drink. Enjoyed the stay.

Now name has changed to encalm lounge. More spacious, nice ambience, when I visited wifi was not working and food was ordinary. Cut fruits was not fresh. Good sitting arrangement, overall still 4 star.

Lounge of average international standards. This lounge often runs over capacity, and it’s furniture desperately needs a facelift. Otherwise, cleanliness and food is good. Very happy to see that alcohol is not charged since most Plaza Premium lounges globally charge for alcohol. A great plus point for Plaza Premium at Delhi’s Terminal 3! Coffee machine and bakeries are okay but require improvement too.

Plaza premium lounge for international departure is great. Good food, proper hygiene and clean toilets. Staff is helpful and polite. I loved it. But the premium lounge for domestic departure is pathetic. No AC. Rest is good.
