One of the best built, and organised Museums in India. Each aspect of this museum has been arranged and planned very well. There are TVs and projectors everywhere with specic clips and sounds of the indian freedom struggle. Just walking through this building will give you a great sense of pride, patriotism and nationalism. Located a few hundred metres inside the red fort.

(Translated by Google) Freedom Struggle Museum is located in the Red Fort of Delhi. Lal Qila is one of the main monuments in Delhi, which was constructed by Shah Jahan in 1648 AD. After the fall of the Mughal Empire, the British army was captured on the Red Fort, in which many structures broke and formed new structures. In 1945-46, INA in a military court (court martial) The officials were sued and the court proceedings raised interest in it throughout the nation. Congress accused Shahnawaz Khan, PK Sehgal and G.S. Set up a committee of lawyers to protect Dhillon. These were found guilty, but they were forgiven in the wake of the fury that spread across the country. Features: - On August 15, 1947, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of India, hoisted the National Flag from the ramparts of the Red Fort. Thus, the Red Fort became a symbol of freedom and national pride. Keeping in view the role played by the Red Fort in the freedom struggle, in 1995, the freedom struggle museum was established in a two-storey army barracks. This museum offers a glimpse of the major steps of the Indian Independence struggle. The following steps / episodes of freedom struggle have been displayed in the museum: The beginning of the 1857 rebellion First Indian Freedom Struggle - 1857 AD In the middle period, India - 1858-1884 AD Origin of Congress - 1885-1905 AD Moderate and extremist stage - 1906-1919 AD Gandhi era begins in 1920-1929 AD India during the Civil Disobedience Movement 1930-1939 AD Quit India Movement - 1942 AD Indian National Army - 1942 AD India's independence - August 15, 1947 In the museum, the history of freedom struggle is depicted through photographs, documents, paintings, carols and guns, pistols, swords, shields, cats, medals, paintings, statues etc. We discovered so much new inside Red Fort on this visit because we at Curly Tales are always looking for new things. There is a complex of museums inside the Red Fort known as Kranti Mandir. It was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in January 2019. The Museum comprises of the Subash Chandra Bose Museum, the Yaad-E-Jallian Museum, Azadi Ke Diwane Museum, and the Drishyakala Museum. This complex of museums is a tribute to the revolutionary zeal and courage of our freedom fighters. Celebrate Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav by visiting Kranti Mandir on this 75th Independence Day as this place is truly a treasure trove of Indian history. Everyone should visit here.

When you buy your ticket to the red fort, you have the option to pay more for a ticket that includes "all the museums." This place refuses to honor that ticket, and instead insists you pay an extra fee. That's dishonest. It's annoying that so many places in Delhi exist only to extract more money from foreign visitors.

Inside the red fort lies The Swatantra Sangram Museum which is mainly based on the Indian freedom struggle and the journey. This is one of the best designed, built and well maintained museums of India. There is an entire building dedicated to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose which is built by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in 2019 which depicts the life story of Netaji and the INA. The museum has TVs projectors and information boards which is amazingly maintained. The best part is photography is allowed inside these buildings. Definitely a must visit place to get a great sense of pride for our country!

(Translated by Google) At Vagadke Jallianwala Bagh Mangad Dham, the youth will be able to get a glimpse of the glorious history of this tribal area from the 12 Crore Swatantrata Sangram Museum. Recently, Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, who came for the foundation stone of the museum, also pledged to provide facilities like electricity, water, road, after removing the bottleneck of about 3.5 hectares of forest land in the development of Dham. The state government has sanctioned Rs 12 crore for the dham, due to which the museum is set to be built in grand form. Though the government's fourth year of Dham's development journey is gaining momentum, but if the museum construction is completed in a year, the Dham's memorial will become another scenic spot. Significantly, Rajasthan Heritage Protection and Promotion Authority President Aunkaarsinh Lakhwat is engaged for this. In the current situation, the part of Dham's neighboring Gujarat is covered with greenery, while in Rajasthan, there are dry hills. On this situation, the Chief Minister has also instructed the officers of the Forest Department to expedite the work of greening the entire area. If everything is right, according to the intention of the government, water will also reach here on the lines of Gujarat and the entire dham will develop into a beautiful place. It's a museum inside the lal qila. Place has good collection but it is quite congested. It walks us through the struggle our people did for the independence and gives inspiration. If you are a history lover with inclination towards patriotic history then you will love the place.

The Ministry of Culture has redesign the Freedom Struggle Museum, modernized it by renovating the Freedom Struggle Museum, with cleanliness, ventilation and seating arrangement. The history of the struggle has been made alive. From the regional rebellion to the post-revolt of 1857, the movement of the movement is clearly shown, the contribution of women, children and students is also mentioned.

The┬аLahori Gate┬аis the main entrance to theRed Fort┬аin┬аDelhi. The fort is approached through a covered street flanked by arcaded apartments called the┬аChhatta Chowk. Situated on the western wall of the fort, the gate received its name because it led to the city of┬аLahore, in┬аPunjab,┬аPakistan. The secondary entrance is the┬аDelhi Gate. The gateway consists of three stories, each decorated with square, rectangular and cusped arched panels. These are flanked by semi-octagonal towers crowned by two open octagonal pavilions. The whole gate is clad in red sandstone, except the roofs of the pavilions, where white stone is used. Between the two pavilions is a screen of miniaturechhatris having seven miniature marble domes. Continuing around the whole wall are flame-shaped battlements. The gate was provided with a 10.5 high metrebarbican┬аby┬аAurangzeb┬а(1658-1707), with its entrance to the north. It is said that┬аShah Jahan, while under house arrest, wrote to Aurangzeb and criticized his decision: "You have made a fort a bride, and set a veil on it." Every year since┬аIndian Independence Day┬аin 1947, the national flag has been raised and the┬аPrime Minister┬аhas made a speech from the ramparts at the gate. In the 1980s, the security of the area was increased by blocking the tower windows as a security measure against sniper attacks. A lift was also added to the gate.[

Swatantrata Sangram Sanghrahalya also known as the museum of Independence movement is located within the premises of Red Fort, New Delhi. If you enter the fort through the Lahore gate, you can reach this museum with ease. The museum represents significant features of Indian Independence movement such as the Sepoy Mutiny in 1857, the first battle of independence and Quit India Movement. The Red Fort was occupied by the British Army after the Mughal rule. You will learn all significant details about this important piece of history here. In the Sanghrahalya, you will find a vivid depiction of freedom struggle through paintings, documents, photographs and lithographs. Also on display are guns, swords and pistols used during the struggle. Medals, shields, sculptures and dioramas are other important objects to be seen at this museum. The museum provides you with a clear idea of how the Indian freedom fighters gained confidence and opposed the mighty British army. You will be inspired by the pictures of great freedom movement leaders. The museum is open between 10 Am and 4 PM on all days except Monday. The entry fee is included in the Red Fort fee of Rs. 11 for Indians and┬аRs.100┬аfor foreigners.

There are about 5-6 museums in the Red Fort area. The tickets are available along with the tickets for the Red Fort. A must visit for all history lovers and youth. It portrays history of India from 1857 along with Museums dedicated to great leaders like Subash Chandra Bose etc. Do carry your own food or water, there is no canteen inside

It's the best place in the whole Red fort area. The museums within the Red Fort complex serve as repositories of India's true history, offering a candid portrayal of the nation's past. Through their exhibits, visitors gain a deeper understanding of the struggles and triumphs that have shaped India's identity. Particularly poignant is the strong criticism of British colonial rule, which is vividly depicted through artifacts, documents, and narratives. These museums courageously confront the atrocities committed by the Britishers, shedding light on the dark chapters of India's history, including the exploitation, oppression, and cultural suppression endured during colonial rule. Exhibits showcase the resilience and resistance of the Indian people in the face of such injustices, celebrating the spirit of freedom fighters and revolutionaries who fought valiantly for independence.By presenting the unvarnished truth of India's past, these museums serve as reminders of the importance of preserving national heritage and learning from historical mistakes. They offer a sobering reflection on the consequences of imperialism while celebrating India's journey towards self-determination and sovereignty. A visit to these museums is not just an educational experience but also a profound encounter with the collective memory and resilience of the Indian nation.

(Translated by Google) The Red Fort was the palace of Shahjahanabad, the new capital of the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. This was the seventh Muslim city of the city of Delhi. He changed his capital from Agra to Delhi, to increase the prestige of his rule, as well as to give new opportunities to the ambition of creating new ones. There was also his main interest in this. This fort is situated on the banks of River Yamuna just like the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. The water of the same river surrounded this fort and filled the trench. Its northeast side wall was attached to an old fort, which is also known as the fort of Salimgarh. The fort of Salimgarh was built by Islam Shah Suri in 1546. The construction of the Red Fort was completed in 1638 and completed in 1648. But according to some opinions, it describes an ancient fort and town of Lalkot, which was captured by Shah Jahan and built this fort. Lalkot King Prithviraj Chauhan was the capital in the last phase of the twelfth century.
