Everything is awesome except breakfast. I made a booking with complimentary breakfast but the breakfast is not up to the mark and they don't serve breakfast in room. Rooms looks clean and fresh. Lighting effects in room is just fantastic. Bathroom is clean but they don't provide the bathroom slippers you have to carry your slippers.

It was my first stay with park Plaza Delhi, I planned an outing with my partner for the occasion of Valentine. Our stay was very pleasant. We really enjoyed the food. It was a perfect treat to my taste buds with the buffet they serve. The service was quite warm. Thank you park plaza for such a memorable evening. I will surely re-visit soon. and lastly, I would like to thank Mr Devinder ( Head Chef) for taking care of all our needs. Keep spreading the love guys.

We stayed here two nights. The first night, upon arriving late from the airport, we found a room that smelled bad and the bed linen appeared not to have been changed from the previous occupant as there was a smell of sweat and pieces of gravel in the bed. The carpet in the hallway was extremely dirty and the rug in the room looked like it had not been cleaned in years as it was very dirty. The toilet ran all night making it difficult to sleep. The next morning, we found that the bath gel dispenser was empty, as was the shampoo dispenser. We reported these issues to the front desk and were assured it would be taken care of. After a day of touring, we took a shower later that night. There still was no shampoo or bath gel in the provided dispenser. The toilet still ran constantly. We were left with no additional bathroom tissue and the water in the shower was ice cold. Although we had not requested additional supplies, we were left bathroom toothpaste, bedroom slippers, shoe shiner, and a razor. While we were appreciative, we would have preferred that the dispensers for bath gel and shampoo be replenished as we requested. Breakfast was good and the employees in the restaurant were excellent. Unfortunately the lack of cleanliness of carpets/rugs, the operational facilities in the bathroom, and the total lack of the bare necessities in terms of shampoo and soap/gel is a huge letdown, as was the location of the hotel. I cannot recommend the hotel to travelers, especially those who are visiting as tourists.

We just loved to stay here. The location is not near delhi central, however u have lot of options to commute. The service was really good. We had to start for agra visit by 4.30 and they were happy to prepare breakfast box to carry. Which was really kind. Room and other service was also good. One call and they get it done for u

The hotel entry and nearby area was average but when I entered inside it was really a nice and clean hotel . The room was not much specious but good. The food ordered from room service was really mouthwatering and delicious . The breakfast spread was also nice and tasty. Great experience although very short stay.

The food here is the unique selling point. Amazing food. Order anything and you will have a smile after tasting it. Rooms are really clean. Service is good. All in all a pleasant stay. Will come next time again for sure.

I booked it for my first anniversary room and a private dinner for us. My wife went to the women's washroom in the spa section after asking the spa person and there was a male taking a shower in the women's washroom. Then my wife had to wait for 20minutes. It spoiled the evening. They are very unprofessional and do not deserve 5 stars. However I appreciate the effort of Mr. Vineet F&B manager for the support and his efforts.

This is a really nice hotel with clean rooms, that include everything you could need. Serving delicious traditional Indian food in the restaurant, with friendly & helpful staff. Special mention to our waiter: Mukul, a very helpful and pleasant guy! He guided us through the menu to choose the most authentic & delicious food. We hope to return someday.

The hotel is strictly okay. I feel it doesn’t justify the price paid to stay. Under maintained room. My experience is not so good so far. The food is not checked before sending to the room. I ordered bread butter with tea. In which the bread was stale & it got replaced when i asked for it. The other thing i ordered is a burger which had blackish burnt fries. Again i had to ask for a replacement. The TV didn’t have any English channels so i requested them to add, and after 2 days i haven’t got them. I requested for a iron & ironing board with a dental kit as there were not toiletries available. The housekeeping just came into my room dumped it. He almost threw the dental kit on the study desk & just left the room. There was no acknowledgment, no greeting he was just too busy on the call. The only good service i received was at the breakfast buffet. Where the food was okay but the staff was attentive & smiling. Special mention of Ms Manisha whose service was good. But overall all standard of formal behaviour of the hotel staff was below average.

The food was delicious and the drinks were also quite good. The overall experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. The prices are also quite reasonable. I would definitely visit again and would recommend this place for a good dining experience.

Don't visit this hotel. Worst room with no proper water facilities and no proper washroom facility. The water drainage was worst,the water was coming out of the washroom in the room. Food experience is ok ok. Overall bad experience.

Triple sharing were not organized on arrival as the person took my family to a asked to make use of the chair and foot rest however we were booked by travel agent for Deluxe suites double sharing & triple sharing and we have paid for deluxe suites. we given standards rooms and the day prior departure were we given deluxe rooms. The rooms were smelling of moisture with dirty carpets. Anyone that book at this hotel please beware of the service.

Good place

Rooms are super spacious, luxurious, comfy and what-not! Bathroom products are super good. My room and bathroom were neat and clean. There was a mini fridge containing drinks available on a chargeable basis. Overall a great experience staying here, will recommend it. There is a mall on a walking distance.

*WORST STAY*, better Choose Marriott over Radisson. Stayed their recently when it was raining heavily in Delhi. 1. Check-in itself was pathetic, they make you sign a document where they mention to charge ₹2000/- in case you bring outside food or visitors. That is something which can be informed verbally to a guest as well, don’t force it on people. And mention the same on your WEBSITE AND MEMBERSHIP APP so that people won’t book the room beforehand. 2. Nearby areas were flooded, you have to swim across the roads with your car to reach hotel. 3. I wanted to eat from a nearby place and since it was all raining outside i decided to order. Informed the Front Desk guy about the situation and still they were adamant on not allowing outside food. After a discussion he mentioned that he will call back after checking with his manager, he never called back. 4. Only 2 Water bottles in the room? Are you serious. And when you order they forget to deliver. Classic!! 5. Gave me a room right next to elevator, i refused to take the room, they asked me to wait for 1 hour and i agreed to wait. In next 5 minutes, a room surprisingly emerges on the same floor away from elevator. My point is, when you do have a room available, why to ask the guest to wait at the first place? 6. Upon checkout their printer was not working, they told me they will email me the invoice, its been a day already and still no information from them. I have to remind them again for the same. I hope you will choose wisely, I recommend Country Inn & Suites or even Golden Tulip if you want stay in GZB or Vasundhara.

This hotel is not suitable for a family having children & babies. We had a 1.5 yrs baby, and the baby food & outside food is not allowed in this hotel. Our baby eats with us only and our food wasn't allowed too. We had to take our baby outside the hotel to eat food by ordering from zomato. They haven't allowed space to sit in their hotel with our veg food, so we ate outside by paying some money to erickshaw person for allowing space to eat food but he haven't took any penny. There is no nearby restaurant and no street food. The hotel is located in a slum area where you feel a lot of smell. If you are adults without family, then you can manage here. Not suitable for Hindu families specially. You will also face the public transport issues here, only uber will be helpful for cabs. Not everyone likes the taste of hotel food and paying money for such tasteless food. It is better to live in some other hotel where you can stay and live with freedom instead of a JAIL hotel. We stayed in various hotels but never witnessed such an insult and humiliation by hotel. So, we left the booked hotel next day and shifted to other. THIS HOTEL IS A SHAME IN INDIA.

Hotel is good. Restaurant is good and restaurant staff are humble to serve the guest. Only problem with the Hotel room is, they don't provide you the complimentary packaged drinking water, shaving kit, dental kit etc. Even if you ask to provide mineral water, they say it is chargeable, room rent is relatively high but they don't provide mineral water to their customers as complimentary. They think customer need to beg in front of them. This culture is not good for this hotel. While check in also they ask us to deposit Rs 2000/- even if you had paid full rent online.

Sleek and decent property. Placed at a silent but key location. Front line staff shall be more responsive and quick to handle the grivenses.

Liked the hotel...Rooms were good but few necessary bathroom amenities were missing got but on request.Room service was good...ordered food served on time ...I must mentioned the food was very good and having very good flavour. Keys of rooms sometime don't work but overall experience was great.

Its a decent place to stay in and around this area. Pros: 1. Good and clean rooms 2. Humble and prompt staff. Cons : 1.Was initially alloted a room which wasnt ready, after that was given a non smoking room , the smell was unbearable, I had to ask for a new room multiple times before i was given one 2. Need to ensure there are dedicated non smoking rooms. 3. Access cards stop working abruptly. Also some room locks arent easy ro open. takes multiple attempts to open them. Would stay again when i visit this area,but if they could improve on their management would be great.

Visit here for business meet on 29.08.21. Hall ambience was good and sound proof where no internal noice going out. Board room setup was nice to have face to face interaction. Food quality was nice. However service was not at all good. Chapati/Cutlery/Deserts/Vegetables was replenished very late.

Rooms & room service was nice. Mini bar wasn't expensive. Free bottled water supplied was not branded. Morning breakfast was OK. Papad was of poor quality and cappuccino wasn't served hot. Reception was very friendly and efficient. Porter Tilakraj was very helping and pleasant.

Surroundings are not good, Service very poor, washroom allotted to me was in shabby condition none was there to hear me. Finally I had to call the staff including Manager, none could reply the queries properly. They ( staff) put the items like liquid soap, tooth brush shaving system when we were to leave the So called 4 star Hotel. Sorry , Sir is no solution....

It is weird place to be. The rooms smell of cigarettes. The keys don't work. Breakfast is bad. Waiters don't even want to offer napkins. Milk had to be specifically asked for. It sounds small but the experience as a whole is just bad. And the wifi doesn't work. Won't come back again!

Durgesh were amazing, and the food was delightful. I am elated with the meal I had here! Must eat at Promenade no matter where you are staying in Delhi! It is definitely worth a trip, and you will love your meal and service

The hotel looks old from the outside especially due to the poor condition of the name board . The locality is not clean. The rooms are ok but the service is average. The quality of food is average and also not great. The restaurant ambiance is good though.

The food is really good - I especially enjoyed the breakfast selections. We had two stays 9 days apart for arrival and departure from. Delhi airport. Sanjeev was especially helpful during our morning dining! The reception desk was very responsive to our requests. My only issue is the location. There is not much easily accessible by walk. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel. Amazing staff. Everyone is super courteous. They are willing to go the extra mile to have happy clients. I asked them if they have a place to attend meetings online somewhere in the hotel. Even if they didn't have it, they made all the arrangements quickly. Gathered table, chair, water and coffee for me within a matter of few minutes. Not only that, they even occasionally checked if it was a comfortable set up and they could do anything else. Small gestures like these make so much of difference. Other than that, really nice and clean rooms, nice views, nice furniture, great breakfast buffet and amazing service. Staying at Park Plaza CBD was one of the best day activity of my life. It was the first time that I visited there and everything was so good from rooms to dining area or lunch to swimming pool and then all the services were top notch. Totally loved my stay over here.

Stayed for 2 days with family in two rooms. And it was a good experience. Although the surroundings area is not very pleasing but the hotel and rooms were nice and clean. There was ciggerate smell when entering the rooms but it didn't linger for long. Would recommend if anybody has work in east delhi and want a good budget hotel.

Hotel experience was amazing but the location can be of somewhat inconvenience for some people. Pool is small and is almost occupied by people so I didn't get to use it. Other than that, everything was quite nice.

The location of this hotel could not be worse. Surrounded by waste land with no decent restaurants or points of interest nearby. The hotel was fine. As usual in India the reception and restaurant were ornate and welcoming and the staff very polite and professional. The rooms however were fine but faded and in need of refurbishment

Had attended a wedding here. The rooms are clean and spacious. The service was great. Every aspect of the hotel, starting from the lifts, lobby area, washrooms, cleanliness, buffets, room service, etc. was taken care of. Would love to visit again. Although they are providing valet parking service, but the place where the cars are parked is an open area with dust all over.

Our check in and check out was so smoothly front office staff awesome they welcome us with smile face. Rooms was so cleaned and we'll maintained with nice view. housekeeping staff was was also awesome and with quik service. Overall exercise was awesome and had a wonderful stay. Keep it guys.

Neat, clean and plush rooms, clean environment, friendly staff, helpful Managers like Mr Sundeep from Front Office Team, who is always there to assure about the hotel services with pleasing personality.
