Worst hotel stayed till date. Awful service and bad tone of the manager. Booked a 2night stay. I reached the hotel 1 hr before and was not given the room even when the room were empty. After reaching the room I found that the AC was not working and I called the staff and staff came 1 hr later then though the AC was not working even they were not able to change the room after been empty. Then after an hour they changed the room after I talked them rudely. Wifi and TV were also not working smoothly.They were even not confirm that they can provide extra bedding or not. Room service and tone of manager was not tolerable. Then we're not able to manage the hotel and opened a hotel without knowing that a hotel management is not there cup of tea. There are the hotels which should be closed permanently . No license should be provided for this kind of hotels .

Pleasant staff and stay. Budget friendly. Wifi network and data networks were bad. Was on a workcation and had multiple timeouts. Asked for an early checking in my advance booking but did not get it on early arrival impacting my working day. The restaurant is just below the hotel. It has a pretty ambience for guests and service is good. Food is tasty and reasonably priced.

Rooms were costly around 3450 per day as the area is overrated, otherwise room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Thanks

Located in the heart of Greenpark, close to the market as well as the metro station. The room was clean and had quite a few amenities including hot water, fridge, kettle, air con... etc. The service was quick. The wifi was one thing that was very unpredictable, as I had work and often needed to use my hotspot as the internet was not working. Apart from that, the stay was all in all good.

Nothing is good, not even one point. They are showing pictures of restaurant. It’s not open for breakfast. No WI-FI, AC not working, shower not good, paint peeling off, old/unclean towels. I booked for 3 days, stayed only for a day

Rooms are good but the hotel is besieged with the old disease of taking advantage of the situation. Captive boarders after a gruelling day often have little choice but to dine in the restaurant of the hotel. And there comes the syndrome of making hay while the sun shines, although here it's after the sun sets, but the implications are the same with the prices in the menu card is a classic example of how to rob decently the helpless guests. The results are obvious. Next time look for a more reasonable and customer-friendly hotel.

This place is very much centrally located and very easy to commute however, not much attention is paid to upkeep of rooms , this Hotel is part of a famous restaurant a nd room service is very good..

It was a great stay overall. Rooms are good, staff is excellent. Budget friendly in a great location, safe neighbourhood, 100% privacy and good services ensured. Deducting one star because of a certain issue: 1. Only one plug in charger facility. Too less for a big 3 people room. 2. Lack of affordable food juncture with the hotel. The one which is there is very expensive.

Dont understand the negative reviews. I really enjoyed staying here for my visit to New Delhi. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet and safe. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Plus the hotel is only a 3 minute walk from the metro. Rooms were very clean and spacious, and with facilities like a soap, a water boiler with coffee and tea and even a fridge. Staff was very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend for this price and stay again!

Really bad experience with their service. It's very slow. You have to ask multiple times even for the simplest of things. Even extra bedding wasn't available despite having asked for it previously. Rooms are good. But the service really let us down. Not recommended.

The rooms were pretty neat, comfortable with great quality furnishing. Utilities and other amenities were adequate. Staff was well mannered and helpful with additional requests. The associated restaurant was a bit expensive but the food quality and quantity was great! Overall great experience.

Hotel location is perfect, very much congested inside, parking available, good behaviour of staff, food quality average, furniture gives look like old furniture, beds are also not so perfect, tooth brush and clinic plus shampoo lux soap was provided. Electric kettle and tea and water was compliment from Hotel side. Easy check in and checkout. As per price 2200 plus taxes it's not worth of money i think 1500 is good price. Cheff gives burning paratha.

Just 10mins away from US embassy…Friendly staff, good room (upon request they provided heater, since it is raining).. and their complementary breakfast is very nice.

Staff Behavioral Issues , they want tips , one of my colleague stayed with me for 6 hours , without giving prior information they charged the amount and misbehaved, they dont have a discussion table and they dont allow people to meet you after 10 PM , charges are comparatively high with context to their service. you ask for a bottle of water between 10 am to 12 noon, it will take half an hour to provide you the same, if you dont have any options , explore this place , best part is the location.

The place is near green park suitable only for a someone who needs to work around this place and save some time.. Their restaurant clay over actually serves good food and u can count on them. The qty served is quiet high so be a bit careful when ordering. Nothing extra ordinary abt the rooms.. But decent clean and bathroom also decently OK.

Good place to stay near the haldiram and it have its own restaurants the staff behaviors is good.I stayed for two day (amount 3500 ). The facilities were good. The hotel is in a super safe and peaceful area, perfect for a woman solo traveller. The rooms are spacious, airy, well kept and clean.

We had a MOUSE IN OUR ROOM. It came out of a hole in the wall. We got no compensation. They just offered for us to switch to a different room which was of course out of the question. They were super nonchalant and acted like nothing happened, I mean what if we were asleep and the mouse would get on the bed or touch our food. Awful experience, definitely not recommended.

The owner is wasting, hurting and killing the quality and reputation of the hotel having a wifi system from the last century. We needed to do work using wifi and was not able to because their internet system does not work. Hey owner, instead of buying so much alchol for youself invest it into the hotel with a new wifi system.

I stayed for two day (amount 3500 ). The facilities were good. I booked room with bath tub but they refuse to provide me bath tub in my room. So pls confirm this by calling them before check in. Location is very good (walking 270 mtr from metro). Food is expansive but you have luxury of ordering online food...

I booked ac deluxe room, but They provided room where ac is there, but there is no fan available. It's just a corner room where lot of outside noice is coming. Not happy with the service.

I have given 1star just for the sake of rating cause I wanted all to be aware of this hotel. It is not at all what they claim. Its all over rated and not at all how I anticipated. The service was awful, the shower in my room wasn't working, the room is suffocating, they didn't even bother checking on the water boiler before we checked in, it was used and stained. The hype over the clay oven restaurant beneath the hotel is not worthy. Everything ordinary nothing that one would expect of a hotel of this rate. And the service provider were rude. Other than location there's nothing that one would like bout this hotel. Honestly the worst hotel ever!!!

Hotel park residency is situated in green park area New Delhi, very close to metro station. Rooms are spacious and clean. They served good and delicious food. Good room service. Very polite and trained staff. Overall good place for solo travellers and family too.

Nice hotel very near to IGI Airport food quality is very good all staff is good

The room is not worth the money at all. And the food is as soo expensive as that of a five star restaurant.
