Order No - 570627 The specific problem with the product is size issue. Then I made a return request on 29 Dec 2020. Thereafter pickup took place at 11 January 2021. Return Reference No - 50ADD9 After that I called your advisor, he said your refund will be credited within 7 Days. But I have not received refund amount yet. Since then, I am calling your customer care number but nobody answering.

I visited Brand Factory a month back and bought some jeans which didn't fitted me so I returned them back. I was given a Credit Note of the return amount with an validity of 1 month.
