I love this place. But with inflation and rates of all precious metals touching sky, it becomes difficult to shop so frequently. Also making charges all the stores charge is like 50 of your jewellery value. Tanishq, Joyalukas, Malabar.. caratlane, I found has some really nice young designs, but store is too small to even look at things or try and buy things with peace.

Centrally locations of this Mall makes it popular. Very niche mall,just for jewellery like precious stones,gold n Silver. All big brands of this field have showroom here.

I am a wheelchair user. And there is no ramp anywhere in the basement to access lift area. Especially lower basement (-2 level)'s access to lift area is pathetic that we had to lift the chair within that small space to reach the lift. Level -1 was atleast decent enough that the step was smaller to bring the wheelchair down from lift area. And we cannot access ground floor(level 0) directly through wheelchair again. Very poorly constructed. We had to reach floor 1 and then take another lift inside the mall to reach floor G. And navigations are again very poor. It was like a maze hunt. No doubt the jewellery shops are very good but very disappointing that such a place is built without proper access given to wheelchair users.

I am living right opposite to this mall for 3 years, here's my take: The place is really convenient for jewellery shoppers since it has all the major brands under a single roof endless variety. That's pretty much the only good thing. 1. The shopping experience (gloomy vibes, top floor full of shady spas) 2. The architecture of mall (just has one slow moving lift, stairs/escalator move only in one direction, lol.) 3. Parking is ill planned, always congested in the evenings and costs 50 Rs. to park. 4. Ground floor has all fake and overpriced items open stalls which keep changing every month (Doesn't have a prestigious feel for a mall selling prestige luxury items.) Food options in mall is one small but really good cafe near entry gate, and a chaat stall right behind it. (Keeps changing frequently as well)

The experience was great. The most variety of gold at a single destination. Though the basement parking was quite scary as the lift that take you up sound like hell(lift is very old). You could park just outside the mall there is a designated parking as well. Security is top priority which is the best here.
