It's huge and offers wide variety and vast range options across all budget

Good selection of wedding clothes, however they don’t have tailors on site so you can’t even get basic hemming done while you wait but need to return— which is fun in Delhi traffic.. Also beware if you have a Foreign credit card— even after we told them to charge it in Rupees they put it dollars and we ended up with a super lousy exchange rate that added $20 to the price.

They showcase as Mall and provide party wear. NO Air-conditioning. Please charge more to customer but have basic air conditioning for customers.

Sooo, Recently visited this mall known as The CTC mall, sorry didn’t get to ask the reason for which it’s called ctc. I don’t think there was any eating spaces available or any shops which sold food items inside, the mall is for shopping : mainly for women and some casual items like bags and jewellery were also available. There were suits : lots of them and other various items of which the names I don’t know, but the quality and the customer service was on point. There were small fans everywhere and it was quite cooled off. ####

Got my wedding lehenga from them, amazing experience, however do not try to customise the dress the outcome is not nice, for example picking a design from one dress and colour combination from other which they say they can do but the outcome doesn’t come as desired hence just go for the final versions they have its the best and the work is just beautiful! Highly recommended for wedding lehengas

Worst ever place to go for shopping. If you want to waste your Money. This is the perfect place. The staff is very rude. They don't have basic manners to talk to their Customers. The articles have are over prized.

Very rude security and car valets. They claim that the road out side their boundary is also owned by them and no other vehicle can be parked there. Though they have ample car parking inside. There car valets claim that traffic cranes are on their payroll and nothing can stop them. If you park your car against their will they will block it.

Very high pricing. Saw few gowns at Shrimati outlet in crossriver mall and same in CTC, pricing is very high in CTC. Also did not find that good collection.

There is a good collection of clothing here. Prices vary but they have some in every range. Despite the Mall in name it is a single shop(huge one though) One thing to note is that they mainly sell women's clothing.

The collection is very good. However, CTC mall lacks in tailors. The alterations take so much time and you have to visit again and again which isn't professional. Otherwise the staff is very good. Also the best part is they have wheelchair. When I went there, I couldn't walk. So they provided me with a wheelchair. Thankyou

It's an very nice showroom containing menswear and mainly womenwear. My mom taking sarees from here since long. We took shirts and lehnga also .. earlier there was a scheme of free chaat papdi on purchase. It was a great attraction.. now it's not there so we miss that .. but still it's a great place for ethnic wear for family. I guess kids stuff is also there besides purse, jwellery, travel bags etc. If someone from management reads it then I'd request to start chaat paapdi option. Oh yes I will not mind paying for it as it makes my family happy 😁. Shopping and eating 😄😄

No AC to save money. Asked 3 times, previous reviews as similar. First time fantastic service, second time no one to attend. Complaint lodged with manger.

We dont have to remove bra. To get perfect fitting and I think people shouldn't be forced too. Even if a sales girl/ lady is a women . Still you have no right to tell some to take it off. There is something called privacy. I had very uncomfortable experience.

The rude behaviour of the staff along with the fake behaviour of the sales persons ruined our experience at the mall ..they are least bothered if any customer is having some issue ..instead of sorting out they ruin the whole experience by their illogical explanations and show their disinterest in entertaining the customer . .

They might have a really good collection but everything else below average. The love to waste your time to the last dime, also while taking the delivery a heavy legendary was just handed over to us, when asked someone to help put in the back of the car, they said -there is no one 😅🤦

I visited CTC mall it was amazing for shopping saree, suit, lehenga for men cots, jackets, sharvani etc.

There is a vast collection. But you don't find different unique styles here. All good general styles which can be found elsewhere also. The prices are good too.

Worst place for shopping. Bought a bed sheet which developed holes after one wash. But manager never admitted. Zero after sales services. Please avoid shopping here.
