Well the first thing I wanna say is....it was an amazing experience from the entrance to the exit. The best fine dine in place in South Delhi for an experience of South Indian cuisine. The ambience is peaceful, artistic and the food...yummy for the tummy 😋😋🤤🤤🤤 Really had a delightful lunch over there. Perfectly balanced spices with finger linking taste. The cost is very reasonable and affordable as compared to any other restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend going there for a yummy tummy time 😋😇😍

Juggernaut is like no other when it comes to offering the most authentic south indian experience. I went there on the occasion of Christmas and the people over there offered us with a complementary coconut barfi which tasted really great. Following that, they also offered us complementary Papad and Rasam that they serve every time which was really great as well. The ambience was top notch and really great inspite the odd hours at which we came. Everything was nothing short of perfect. The sanitation was really great and everything was very clean and hygienic. Coming to the main food, it tasted really great and authentic. One cannot find such great service and taste for South Indian in Delhi. The price is really less for the quality, taste and experience that they offer. This restaurant is a must visit for everyone! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

One of best restaurants for trying South Indian dishes. The service need some areas of improvement and good taste was good. Dosa is delicious. One need to keep in mind that this restaurant has a waiting time of 30-40 min especially on weekends. Other days do also have waiting . The best time to visit is before 7:30 as it is not crowded but after 8 pm it is very busy.

Smells lovely, looks and feels good but lacks in food quality Ambience and Decor - Went to Juggernaut on a monday morning. I was surprised to see marigold garlands adorning the outer facade and numerous urlis with marigold petals and rose flowers lining the entire property. As soon as you enter, your olfactory receptors are in for a treat......they light in house incense to fill the space with a beautiful aroma. GF is basically for selling snacks, masalas, bakery items, incense sticks etc etc. We were seated on the Second Floor, again the decor was very welcoming. Service - We were attended by a lovely boy, he served us with rasam and papadam within 2-3 mins. Both the dishes were good. We asked for help with the menu and also with recommendations; were explained and helped appropriately. Food - Had ordered Anaar Dosai Assorted (Paneer, Masala, Mushroom, Spinach and Corn), Ghee podi masala dosa and 2 filter coffees. All the food items and drinks were below avg or avg at best. Was disappointed with the overall experience because at the end of the day food is what matters and Juggernaut lacks in that department.

This place is my new personal favourite and an absolute favourite of each of my family member. We love love love this place. We’ve been here multiple times and never been disappointed. Every single dish is beautiful. The service, staff, ambience & the whole experience is always top notch. The waiting period is like 30 mins always. Words cannot encompass how special this place is. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

The food was super yummy 🤤 especially I loved the Dosa and spicy 🌶️ rasam which we ordered twice 🙈 but the service was extremely poor 👎🏻 Had to request for even the cutlery and even though we were two people they only served for one. I mean the staff was bit lost 😒 But overall the vibe of the place is good but hospitality is not upto the standards!

Atmosphere is bright and friendly. Live musicians playing instrumental music adds to the traditional vibe Servers are friendly and prompt. Food was served without much delay Food taste is average - Complimentary rasam and papad was good. Lemon rice was good but tamarind rice did not have much taste. It was spicy but had less salt and the rice did not seemed to have blend well with masala Dosa was average also it’s filling……did not get any flavour Rawa kesari served with dosa was not even lukewarm Idli is good in size but texture and softness was missing Have had tastier South Indian food at many other places

Amazing service - always available and polite and professional. Classic ambiance - felt almost transported to Tamil Nadu. Food is spot on except for dosa fillings. They have a lot on their menu so a bit hard to generalize in just one visit. But definitely coming back for food again. Onion vada was just superb! Sambhar and all three chutneys were exotic. Just spot on! The podi idli weren’t as soft as I’d expected. Rava masala dosa and ghee roast masala and paneer dosa were great but the filling wasn’t a solid 5 that I expected! Adrak mirch tea was average but the orange juice was yummy.

Delicious, authentic South Indian food. The portion size is good and value for money. Pesarattu is a must try as you won’t get it at many places in Delhi. Also they give complimentary rasam papad, which was delicious too. Also they are observing Covid-19 precautions very carefully and allowing 50% seating as per rules. Overall a really good experience.

We keep looking for early morning breakfast places in the city and discovered this from friends and family recommendations. Had been wanting to come here from a while when today’s Monday morning seemed just the right day to head here. We were ushered through the #colourful retail area on the ground floor through the elevator to the second floor. The place as you walk in has some amazing happy energy which welcomes you. The server seated us near the bright light windows looking towards the lush green trees of the park across the road where we had parked. While we were waiting for the filter coffee we ordered // the server offered us pappadum and Rasam as starters. The steamy hot filter coffee “kaapi” was served in shiny brass metal tumbler with a dabarah saucer and was just what we needed to complete the vibe. Tasted just perfect. The idli vada platter was served with sumptuous sambar and chutneys. The staff was extremely welcoming and courteous. The service was prompt and really good. We ended up ordering some dosas as well and were completely satiated towards the end of the meal. Definitely a place were we would like to go again and again.

Went to Juggernaut after hearing a lot of buzz around it. Its situated in a very casual lane of GK. The ambience as soon as you enter is very calming, authentic and beautifully done. The staff was very courteous and professional. We had Mysore masala dosa, ghee podi idli, Filter cold coffee and Jalebi. We were full beyond words but had to enjoy diverse items as the menu is vast, there are South Indian and North Indian options both. The food was - AMAZING!! every dish was prepared to perfection, it tasted very authentic, the quantity was apt as well. Even the coffee was unlike the usual north indian coffee, so all in all definitely a must must try for all South Indian lovers. I have heard great reviews for North Indian too, like pao bhaji, mirch pakoda. Will surely try next time. Also, they have a little sweet shop where you can buy incense sticks from there too, smabar masala and other stuff as well. I got sandal and lotus incense sticks, they were greatt! All in all must visit!

Amazing place to eat the authentic south Indian food as well as North Indian food. The filter coffee is the best I have ever had and they have great variety of food. They serve delicious Rasam appetizer that keeps you craving for more. The ambience and staff are also very welcoming. Perfect place to dine with family as well as friends. Simply loved it.

A very beautiful place to have a nice Sunday breakfast. Location is good. Parking is possible unless its a very busy day .the second floor and third floor gives a very good secluded and calm atmosphere. Both The south indian and north Indian cuisine was very tasty. The complementary pappad and rasam is a good starter. The three varieties of chutneys with dosa was nice. The filet coffee was superb. Chai was decent. Prices are like for any other restaurants in delhi.

Such a cool vibe and beautiful interiors. We got a window seat which was sweet. Delicious food though we ordered a very basic selection of dosa, idli and vada but they along with the sambhar, chutney’s and filter coffee were perfect. Reasonably priced. The welcome drink rasam and appams are a really nice touch.

I went to this place last Saturday with my friends and it is really an amazing place to visit and enjoy the amazing food with the relaxing vibes. The ambience was totally great and the staff also was very friendly. They serve you one tangy and masaledar complimentary welcome drink(I didn't ask the name though 😅) which was very good along with some papad. Then we tried their Garlic Paneer Dosa (recommended by a friend) , Veg & Cheese Uttpam and Mini podi Idli which was served with Sambhar and three types of chutney and Rawa Halva. All the dishes we tried were absolutely mouth watering and fabulous in taste. These three dishes cost us around 1000 which was justified because of the taste of the food and amazing ambience. I recommend everyone to go and try once.

My favourite restaurant for South Indian cuisine. Just loved the food and drinks. Had tried different things. Anar Dosa in multiple assortments, ghee podi idli, medu vada, and vegetable uttapam were great. If you want to try some fusion food then go for their Anar dosa. Filter and other Coffees are nice there. I have also tried the Kumbakonam Tulsi drink which is really a refreshing and recommended one.

Love the ambiance with soothing music on the background. The food tastes very authentic to South Indian style, they can and as a suggestion- implement the southern style of plating and servings. A party hall at the top converts to open dining when loaded with people.

10 on 10.. or in Google review terms.. 5 on 5. The food is light on your stomach and also on your pocket. I was surprised that such quality food and ambience is provided at such reasonable rates. The food is amazing! The fact that there was a 15 minute waiting period even at 12pm on a Saturday says a lot about the place. Would surely recommend you try this place for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Some of the best south Indian food I have had in Delhi. The ambience is airy and light. The entire establishment is beautifully decorated in ethnic murals and nostalgic woodwork. The attention to detail and the gentle instrumentals in the background make this place feel like an isolated, relaxing, alternate universe. We were greeted with some papad and rasam on the house. We ordered filtered coffee, the juggernaut south Indian thaal and chettinad masala dosai. All of these were incredibly flavourful, yet wonderfully balanced. Every item had its own, discrete flavor profile which is quite amazing, considering the number of dishes involved. I am thoroughly impressed. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful place to go to with their loved ones or family.

I am from south India, and this is one of the best and the only good South Indian cherished restaurant that I have experienced in Delhi. Brilliant ambience 1000/100. Authentic food, no compromise on taste at all. Masala dosa & Uttappam and their delish chutneys were tasteful. They gave a welcome drink that is Rasam. Soooooo good. Very hygienic. Thoughtfully designed restaurant. Great music.

The lunch at Juggernaut was absolutely fantastic. The restaurant is really nice. The staff is quite friendly and you are welcomed in a unique manner when you enter the store. There is a nice store at the entrance and you can either take the stairs or the elevator to go up to the restaurant, which is on a few levels. The variety of dishes is excellent, you are really spoilt for choice. The South Indian food is really delicious and the presentation is fantastic. We had such a nice time here and the service staff was quite attentive to our needs as well. A must visit place.

It is one of the authentic South Indian restaurant in Delhi and the overall experience was great. We were welcomed with rasam and papad. Rasam was extremely good and you can ask for more if you wish. We ordered and rated few items Cheese dosai mushroom 7/10 Cheese paniyaram 6/10 (have tasted better earlier) Onion rava plain 8.5/10 Butter masala dosai 9/10 Curd rice 9/10 Kotthu parotta 7/10 Cold coffee 7.5/10 Hot coffee 9.5/10 The ambiance, vibe, music is worth waiting for. Even the washrooms are so unique. I would recommend you to use the staircase instead of lift as it is also beautifully decorated. If you are planning to visit in the evening confirm the waiting time on call as you may have to wait for 45 minutes. You can try the narial barfi at the counter it's yum.

Bcz one of the packet accidently was taken by ur walk-in guest. Good place for South Indian food, loved it... Also try pav bhaji here, the pav quality is too too good... One star is deducted only because of the quality of service, very slow service in case of something you asked like water, lemon, extra plates/spoons or any other thing, they even forget that we ordered that...

Hands down the best South Indian vegetarian restaurant I’ve been to in Delhi ! After visiting Lotus Temple and Qutub Minar in the morning, we decided to have South Indian breakfast and after doing a quick search on Google decided to go to Juggernaut. The location isnt very pleasing hence we were hesitant initially. But as soon as we entered Juggernaut there was no turning back! What pleasant ambience and interiors ! To be honest, I was awestruck! Ground floor is where they have their bakery with various packed goodies. We headed to the restaurant on the first floor. We could hear the sitar being played as soon as we entered. And there it was … live music ! I was speechless 😱 One by one they were ticking all the boxes right! The menu has wide variety of options in dosas and each and every dosa sounded too good to be true. We ordered their Anar paneer dosa, Chettinad masala dosa, chettinad mushroom masala, dip idli with sambhar, sambhar vada, golgappa, papdi chaat, onion uthappam and lassi ! We were enjoying the music until the waiter served us glasses of rasam and pappadam ! The rasam tasted heavenly and we soon asked for refills! Talking about the food : Pani puri / golgappa : 8/10 Papdi chaat : 10/10 Anar panner dosa : 5/10 Cone shaped dosas filled with paneer burji Chettinad masala dosa : 9/10 (spicy) Chettinad mushroom masala : 10/10 (spicy) Onion uthappam 8/10 (Its huge and heavy ! ) . . In shot, it was beyond amazing ! Parking sure was an issue but managed to get a spot

Great South Indian food, thought service it bit compromised this time when I visited. This place not only offers great South Indian food but also North Indian food... There quick bites like samosa chat and dahi bada is also good to try. Mysore masala dosa, onion Rava dosa and Uttapam are my favourite here. Best part is this place opens at 6 AM so it's comes up in the list for early morning breakfast options.

I had really high expectations from this place but I must say I was left quite disappointed. I visited with my wife and parents and we ordered a variety of things: Podi Idli, Rice Idli, Masala Dosa and the Juggernaut Thali. The Idli was chewy and the masala dosa tasteless. I feel that for a good South Indian restaurant, the Thali should be able to represent the core flavours that the restaurant prides itself on without leaving one overwhelmed. This one managed to be underwhelming and overwhelming at the same time. Serving Appam without a good stew should be a crime. And having a variety of dals and curries that didn't go so well with the rice didn't help the cause. The service, while quite prompt when they had your attention, was inattentive. The only saving grace was the Degree Filter Coffee which is the only reason I'm giving the place an extra star. There are dozens of amazing South Indian alternatives in GK. Give this one a miss if you're in the vicinity, unless all you're really craving for is a good cup of filter coffee.

Ambience is really excellent. Price is good too. Food is a little below Good. I had Dosa, while the dosa was really well made and tasty, the chatnis were average which made the overall taste average. Still a pretty popular place. I can go often.

Good ambience and helpful servers. The first experience was ok! The chutneys at the place were good. Food was ok, not a fan. Food looked great but taste wise we felt it could be better. They have live music with Sitar player and tabla which is definitely a great treat to listen to live music.

We visited this place on recommendations of couple of friends on our visit to India this winter. We loved the ambiance. The food was good (won't say great). They have a lot of fusion in idlis but those weren't that great. Also, there is a room to improve service.

It was a good place. All the stars are for the ambience. Food was pretty decent to. They start with the traditional rasam and papad. Music is a bit different. But overall experience was good. Only one picture to savour 😂

Service is very poor Two people ordering two dishes will get their order delivered at two different point of time meaning when person can start eating and after sometime the second person will get his order delivered means he has to wait after the first person's order has been delivered Quantity is unsatisfactory No one comes to ask you whether you need more sambar They don't offer sambar or chutney etc the second time Rates are exorbitantly high seeing the quality and especially the quantity being offered I will never visit this place again

Juggernaut's service is top notch. The food is absolutely great when it comes to their dosas, idlis, uttapams. I love the way they serve it like a mini thali with different chutneys and one dessert. We have also had their thalis and they are average. But the overall experience always leaves you with a smile.

I am not fond of South Indian cuisine but in past few months I started enjoying various dishes and those were home made by my Tamilian friend. Here I found the original taste of food and that was so amazing and after eating I felt satisfied and filled. Chettinad idli was so yummy 🤤. I definitely recommend this place to enjoy the touch and vibe of south India.

Everytime we are in Delhi, we have to visit this place. Authentic Tamilian experience, the food is simply divine and reasonably priced. Their service is fast too and many times we have ordered their food online as well which is also a great experience. Overall, this place is a gem and you must go if you love south indian food. Wish they would open branches in other cities too!

Juggernaut- authentic south indian cuisine and taste. 1. Food The restaurant located Kailash colony market offering cuisines which will entice the taste buds and take you down the memories of eating in South India. The food has the authentic south indian touch. Well it was clear when item like nannari sharbat was also available.( The about of detail is great) 2. Ambience The restaurant has a smoothing ambience with play of wood, gold and green . The use of wood facade for walls , green in upholstery & cutlery and gold in table 3. Bar The bar is present in 3rd floor with variety of mocktails. P.s. please try the filter coffee from the place.!!

Clean. Social distancing. Staff wears mask. Decent service. Good decor. Parking is a problem after 9 am. Early mornings are good. Opens at 6 am. Good crowd. Good for families, friends and couples. Service can be a bit slow depending on the crowd. Lots of options for everyone. All vegetarian. The food items are filing in a way so much so that a plain dosa is good for next few hours. Which is surprising. May be its the Sambar. On a good day you can also see the Kingfisher bird or other birds outside.

  • 5/5 Trishala J. 2 years ago on Google
The restaurant is huge, spread across 3 floors. Perfect for a family meal. The decor is beautiful. The food is great, and so is the presentation of the food.

Experience was super amazing Food was quite good They maintain fully traditional food. Staff is very good & polite Atmosphere is amazing Sitar & tabla is playing till 12pm from morning breakfast. There complimentary warm water drink is very superb. Love this place. Located on the main market. Restuarant is at 2nd floor but lift is given for elders.

Pathetic food. Tasteless. Average sitting arrangement. Over priced. You can try other South Indian restaurants over this. Only one thing is good that is ambience of the restaurant.

  • 5/5 Sejal B. 1 year ago on Google
What a pleasant place to enjoy good food. I was amazed to see their hospitality. In Delhi I've been to many south Indian restaurants but had not seen such a welcoming culture. The restaurant's soft music gave it a soothing ambience.

Very nice variety of food items. It has elaborate menu of food items. Sweets are also good. It has iconic heritage restroom kind of washroom which is a must visit. It needs to improvise on chutney especially coconut chutneys. Take a leaf from the Hyderabad chutney restaurant. A must visit restaurant but plan for 40-40 min wait time

Amazing South Indian food in the GK market. The sheer brightness of Indian colors, pleasant smell of spices and myriad samplers greet you as soon as you enter this restaurant. Food is extremely delicious.

We went for a breakfast on Saturday and found the place full of people mostly eating Dosa. So we also ordered Dosa. We were given welcome drink - Rasam and papad. Food was mostly South Indian with very good taste. But other options are also available. Must go place

Visited Juggernaut east of Kailash for the 1st time. It’s a South Indian restaurant with branches in Rajouri Garden too. Here they have a shoppe with incense, snackibles, namkeens, cakes and mithai sweets on the ground floor. Their restaurant is on the 2nd floor. 3rd floor is also a restaurant for gathering. Washrooms are also on the 3rd floor. Lift is available. Lively fragrance on all the floors. Restaurant is nice with some light music and live table traditional music over weekends. Nice fragrance. They serve rasam papad complimentary once u sit down to dine. Glasses for water are nice too. We had onion tomatoes uttapam which was good. Spinach dosa was good too. Spinach moong dal dosa was nice but when we asked for plain they served the one with stuffing. Appam with stew was tasty. Then we tried the traditional South Indian thali which comes with veggies like sambhar, drumsticks, beet root, dal, ghiya, rice, curd, butter milk salted, coconut laddoo for dessert, once laccha and one appam. This is the Juggernaut thali and it’s limited. You can get extra rice once. Every dish comes with nice sambhar and a small portion of rava Kesari dessert, which is good. Rasam was good too. Filter coffee was ok. Food overall is tasty. They don’t offer any discounts. Pricing is ok. They serve samples of coconut ladoo to foreign tourists without asking for it but not to Indian guests, which is not nice. Guests are guests be it any nationality. There shouldn’t be any differentiation. We happened to see while exiting and queried then they told us about the sample one ladoo per guest and that we had never asked for it. But we were visiting for the 1st time, how would we know? This should be a default policy. After asking we were served a ladoo each and it was good. Likewise they do Tilak and garlands for foreign tourists and not Indian guests. While exiting the restaurant after having our meal & complaining they did our Tilak. We tried their South Indian paan. It was good. Rs 40 a piece. Overall nice experience Washrooms are vintage kinds and good and clean. The floors are decorated with fresh flowers Cakes are expensive.
