Grappa is a great whiskey joint with excellent ambiance and friendly staff. Good vibes after 6pm, can return to drink.

Nice bar located in the Shangri-La Hotel in Delhi. Decent spot but like everything at this hotel it is very very expensive compared to similar places in New Delhi. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Cricket matches playing on the televisions both inside and outside. Complimentary peanuts and chips served with the cocktails.

Definitely the worst service, the food was okay ! Alcohol was best, the restaurant was reserved for a private party which was not even happening. Not a very fine first experience that would make me go back. The staff was absolutely lost, it took us calling 4 people to just get a take away box and 20 minutes. Thank you

Went for lunch on Saturday, good food and service. Aloo goat was spicy & tender, fish dishes were good, prawn Tom Yum noodle soup was a little overcooked & not spicy enuf, Asian beef was tasty & tender, grilled prawns were bland, grilled tenderloin was tender, Asian tofu was decent, good desert selection and tasty and place was not crowded. There's Internet but make sure you have an ID to show and you need to ask for the login credentials unless you're a guest in Shangri-La hotel. Not all the food was out for lunch time when I started at 12.30pm. Masala chai tea was on the weak side.

Absolutely Horrid service. I brought my team of 10 for corporate outing. The menu items were sparse and once we ordered, we had to wait more than 20 minutes at atleast every time. It honestly felt like they couldn't be bothered at all about the experience.

Grappa Bar is famous with italian and Chinese food lovers because they serve this food only. The bar is open till early morning. There are happy hours for hotel card members. They serve chips and popcorns along with drinks. There's nothing special about drinks. Prices are exotic. The best part is that it's located in Shangri-La at Connaught place and there's very nice open Seating along side garden.

Pretty outdoor place for those pleasant evenings . Service was slow , requests were missed and delayed ,inspite of an enthusiastic response. Mosquitoes were bothering . The hot dish with chillies was “ too hot”! Inspite of separating the populated red chillies the dish was difficult to eat( mind u we are chillie eaters)

It's interesting how much underage public they allow but yea good place. Costly but good food. The liquor is cheaper than any other place in that area and that is the only selling point.

Very bad experience. Food was very disappointing. Will not recommend this restaurant. We ordered some pizza, spring rolls, chicken dumplings and vegetables. Pizza felt like it was old and reheated. The spring rolls were very oily and felt like they were old and been reheated as well. The dumplings tasted bad. The service was also bad. The servers were not wearing gloves or shields. Servers were not responsive and had to be called to the table multiple times or reminded to get something. The drinks were ok. We asked the server to remove the ice and he came back with ice in the drinks still. The ambience was nice outside. Overall, it was not a good experience. Would not recommend you to eat here.

Its a good place to spend evening. It has appealing ambience too and liquor served is of good quality.

The best I've possibly ever had. Delicately seasoned, crispy exterior, awesome. And the profiteroles for dessert were perfection. Creamy ice cream, excellent pastry and dark chocolate sauce. Our server, Cindy, was so knowledgable and kind. In addition, she is French - with her accent, she made the experience totally authentic.

Probably one of the worst bars I've ever been to. The manager showed a lot of attitude while talking and was very disrespectful,

Worst experience we had in a bar so far. Cocktails with almost no alcohol inside. Clearly let them notice about it and staff didn’t end up with any reasonable solution, instead they avoided the person who complained. Waited 15mins for an orange juice. Got overcharged for a pack of cigarettes without prior notice of the price. Finally they tried to charge underhand tip to the bill even though we clearly expressed our dissatisfaction. Never ever again.
